Hello! We’re exploring the capabilities of the eCommerce pack in Docebo. For anyone using it in any capacity, I’d love to get your thoughts on the overall experience. I also have a specific question. Can you add “free” content to a paid learning plan? We want to create a paid learning plan that would include eLearning modules, an ILT session, and a final exam. It’s really the ILT and certification that we are charging for, but the eLearning courses need to be there as prework.  Learning plan example:eLearning #1 eLearning #2 eLearning #3 ILT Session Exam The ILT and exam would only live in the paid catalog/learning plan, but the eLearning would live in a free catalog. Is this possible with the ecommerce pack? What is the expected behaviour for a course that lives in both a free catalog and a paid learning plan?

Hi, I watched a Docebo webinar where someone had used the HTML widget to translate the English content into multiple languages, once the user selected their language embedded into the widget. Can anyone help me in terms of how to do this? I currently have 14 dashboards in different languages it would be great to find a simple solution where I I can have one dashboard that translates the content into  a users selected  language. 

Hello everyone,May I know if the Community Hub is made available in Go Learn? I checked the system but could not find how to add the page into Go Learn. I scoured through the Knowledge Base and this portal to see if this is doable but couldn’t find any articles on it.Is it because this feature is not available on the mobile app, or am I missing something?Thanks!

Does Docebo have the ability to automatically update a manual group that was created based on a group with automatic conditions?

I would like the instructor email to be displayed at the course level. I’ve added the instructor widget but the email is not displaying. Am I missing a step?

Hello,I know that a user cannot exist in more than one branch and that making User Additional Fields visible to the user can only be managed by Branches, not groups. Has anyone found a work-around or a way to mimic a branch?Our use case is that our Team Members take an assessment and input that result into a user-visible User Additional Field and they get auto assigned courses depending on that score. The issue is that the program is intended for Managers and up, not ICs, and of course managers span all branches.Right now, the only option I can see is a ‘need to know’ instruction set to the Managers that points out where the field is and don’t tell the ICs. It would be very rare that anyone goes into their profile to do anything. However, if they do and input a score into the field out of curiosity they’ll be auto enrolled in things. I can also put some ‘no touchy the fish’ instructions in the field title too I suppose. But overall, this is an inelegant solution.Any ideas?Thanks in adv

Hello! I'm seeking validation on our proposed approach to complete a data sync in Docebo. We were exploring Docebo Connect, but due to our internal IT requirements, we need to use our internal Workato environment instead of Connect. We have user data in multiple systems (Product, CRM, PSA, etc.), which is centrally stored and managed in Snowflake. Our users are customers, partners, and prospects. Customer and partners are manually added, and prospects self-register. In current state, a customer can also self-register and end up in the prospect experience, which is not ideal. Our goal is to sync our customers and their metadata from Snowflake to Docebo to organize users into branches, create automation opportunities, and strengthen our reporting across systems. We'll develop a custom Workato/Docebo connector and create recipes to sync data on two events: user creation and overnight (i.e., every 24 hours). We want to use Workato to:Lookup a Docebo user in Snowflake. I was wondering what impact it will have to course completions if any, if I adjust a survey question to make it mandatory within a survey in the central repository and used on many courses?All questions are non-mandatory, but I want to change that. Will this force all learners who have completed the survey, which in many courses is an end of marker object and completion criteria, will changing the question impact them?Has anyone done this?

My company is in the beginning phases of building recipes within Docebo Connect. One thing that we noticed was that anyone who is a Super Admin can access the recipes we build out. Since there will be access to some sensitive information, I was wondering is it possible to limit access to Docebo Connect or even a project within Connect to just a select few Super Admins in the platform?

I currently have a webhook setup to trigger whenever a user completes a course. I wrote a cloud function that is accurately receiving the JSON but the issue is that I do not see the user score in the JSON payload. Does anyone know how to pull the user score using webhooks or other APIs?

We currently are using the Workday recipe in Docebo connect to bring our Workday data into Docebo, however, we’d also like to send back completion data for certain courses/learning plans into Workday for compliance tracking. I was just wondering if anyone has experience sending data back to Workday and how it works for you. Thanks :) 

I am coming across a surprising issue.I have SCORM that I built in Rise that includes a video. When I upload that SCORM the button to enlarge the video is grayed out. This button works fine outside of Docebo, so it seems to me something in Docebo is causing it to not work. Screenshot below.Has anyone experienced this? Is there a fix?

Hi there Docebo Community. I wanted to ask if anyone knows the best way to change a name on an issued certificate?The background to the question is, we had a user that didn’t realise their name was incorrect on the platform until they completed a course and viewed their certificate.We changed their name on the platform, changed their course status to in progress, then changed it back to complete but the certificate name didn’t change.Is there a simple fix for this?Many thanksJoe

Community, We configured with Docebo 2 yrs ago.  Right now we are working on installing/configuring Docebo Connect for Udemy for Business.  We were thinking we wanted to customize the integration to map to Docebo Catalogs and to limit the number of Udemy courses we make available in a more curated fashion to different audiences.   We were told we could do this.  Now looking at the recipes it is not clear that we can.  And perhaps worse so, based on some experiences I’ve read doing that lift did not result in the desired user experience.    We are open to making config changes in our Docebo implementation but it’s not clear what we should consider to make the user experience better with Udemy.   Welcome others input on their experiences and recommendations. thank you,Mary Roche@NamrataSingh @chrisbarsoum 

Hi everyone,I’ve noticed a bug(?) where one of our courses shows there is a SCORM in the learner stats. This file doesn’t appear in the Training Materials page nor is interactable by the learners, so it’s just there preventing learners from completing the course while evading deletion.Has anyone encountered this? The only work around I can think of is manually setting this material as completed for all the learners one by one, but that is the less ideal option!

I can’t find a way to define a due date for a course (not an expiry date) that a user can see and use to plan completion of training on time. This type of due date would simply be visible for user planning purposes; it shouldn’t be the date that a course is no longer available to the user. I’m interested in any creative ways people have dealt with this type of need. Thank you all!

Can anyone define the pros and cons of using Learning Plans versus courses with blended content? I will be creating ILT courses and eLearning courses, combining the two different learning methods. I understand this can be accomplished both through a Course and a Learning Plan. I wanted to see if anyone on here had any insight into the negatives and benefits of using one over the other. I really appreciate any help you can provide.  

HI AllWe really need to be able to easily report on which courses exist within our learning plans within Docebo,The learning plan report does not contains course titles.Any ideas? Thanks in advance

Is there a way to archive enrolments within a learning plan in the same way you can a course? It would be great to be able to remove leavers/in active users from these as the archive enrolment in the course does not work if they were enrolled via a learning plan. It would also be great to be able to filter/ archive etc on the certifications screen.  ThanksLucy
