I’ve set up my subscription bundles and set up a plan and enabled publishing of the bundle, but when I go to the subscriptions page, I can select the plan, but there’s no “add to cart” button below like it appears in Docebo help.What setting/option could I be missing preventing purchase of the subscription?  This is set up as an annual, manual renewal since our payment service is Paypal.

Is there any way to preview what a notification email will look like?For example, we’re enabling eCommerce shortly and I have no idea what {{order_receipt}} is going to look like when included in a notification so I can decide if I want to use that shortcode or not.  Help pages don’t go into detail on this, no examples anywhere that I can see.Also, how can I get notifications from my sandbox working?  I need to enter a “From” email address for a notification but I get an error saying I have to set this address in Domain Management.  But Domain Management is empty in the sandbox!

Looking for feedback on how others would handle this.(Yay we get more reporting coming on event status, but…..I don’t know if that answers my questions/problem.)If you mark a learner absent on an event for a course that is attendance based for course completion. It shows their status as ‘in progress’.I don’t know what the right answer is here. I don’t think it’s fair to mark them complete, they didn’t show up. BUT the course is over, they can never complete it.I want to capture that they didn’t show up, I don’t want to show a completion on course reporting (Credit where it isn’t due), but I also don’t want it to hang out forever on their in progress course list.I could mark them as ‘suspended’ I guess? What does that status even mean?How are you all dealing with this? 

We are using Enrollment Priority Attributes for some assignments. We would like to know if the attribute designation (e.g., required, mandatory, optional, recommended) that is applied when the course is assigned appears anywhere in records. We know it appears on the home page on the assigned course’s tile, but we would like to see it in a report, or some other place we could pull data from. Perhaps there is an API that would expose it?Thanks!

When you add a new course to an existing learning plan are learners who are currently enrolled in the learning plan automatically enrolled into the newly added course or do I need to do this manually?

Hi there,We have many courses set up where the initial course is long, and does not need to be repeated, but a shorter ‘refresher’ course needs to be repeated yearly.  These have been set up early this year (newbies to Docebo!) as being equivalent courses, with recertification linked to the refresher.What I’m finding is that as soon as someone hits ‘renew’ on the certification, and chooses a session for the shorter refresher course, the system is saying that the course is now complete, and renews the certification for another year, before the user even attends the session or completes any training.Having read other past ‘conversations’ I believe this is because of the course equivalencies, is this correct? Suggestions on the simplest solution to this? Should I stop using the equivalencies function?Any help appreciated!!

When our employees go on leave of absence, their profiles are deactivated. When they come back, they are reactivated. While they are deactivated, they cannot receive any training assignments. Does anyone have a suggestion for how we can make sure that they are assigned training they would have gotten during their absence, in an automated way upon their return?

Anyone else not thrilled with the new course player header layout options?  I like having those options, don’t get me wrong, but they do not work like I would hope.I am actually testing from a Learning Plan at this time, not an individual course, so please correct me if this does in fact work correctly from an individual course!For the Solid Color Layout option, you can set a color to use, but it does not in fact show a solid color… it uses a gradient with no options to change the other shades in the gradient.  So we can choose to use one of our brand colors, but because of the gradient it does not align with our branding.  For example, we have a Cerulean color selected but this is how it appears:...when it should just be the very top layer of color:

Authenticated as a regular user, I would like to get all the user’s transactions, with course reference included (course ID).The endpoint /ecommerce/v1/transaction can be called by regular users, but it doesn’t include a reference to the course in question. On the other hand, /ecommerce/v1/transaction/list does include a course reference; however, it only works for elevated users.Any guidance appreciated.

Hello Docebo experts :)I am having an issue with using the API to set occupation and skills for multiple users and would really appreciate your help. I don’t understand what the “canonical” variables stand for and where I can obtain them from. Here is my attempt, which sadly resulted in an error. Hello!We have a customer that wants sub-catalogs or categories of courses. Their courses are already broken down into 4 catalogs, but they would like categories under one of those. They also want these subcategories/catalogs to display on the learners’ dashboards but I am having a very hard time figuring out how accomplish this. I have created two test courses and put them both in the same catalog but different categories. There is no category widget for dashboards, but I keep seeing references to this being accomplished with the catalog widget and displaying associated categories as “tiles.” Does anyone have experience with this or other ways to further categorize courses? We don’t want them in a learning plan but as individual courses grouped together. I hope at least some of this makes sense!  Thanks in advance  

I’ve been reading through other posts and the articles and can’t quite find the answer to my question.Use case: We have an in person ILT and want to provide a way for each learner to be marked as attended without having to pass around a paper for sign in and then enter in Docebo later. We would like to have a QR code that they can scan when in the room that will mark attendance.My understanding was that the only way to do this would be to have an evaluation set up, so I started working on that, thinking I’d just have 1 question so it’s easy. But looking at the evaluation settings, it looks like the evaluation gets emailed to all enrolled. Which makes using it as an attendance mechanism unusable.Am I missing something? This shouldn’t be so hard.

This may strike some of you as a dumb question, but I don’t care, I’ve spent too long looking for a definitive answer without finding one.If we configure Docebo VILT for Microsoft Teams, will attendance in Docebo be synced from the actual attendance records in Microsoft Teams?

Hi all, we’re exploring using the external training app to track conference attendance in our organization. Does anyone do the same or similar and have best practices to share?

My organization is in the process of onboarding Docebo and we’ve added on the Communities product. Has anyone else implemented Communities into their platform?Our use case will be for all internal employees with both companywide and segmented “Spaces” for job role and office location. The build out process has been very easy, but I think I’ve hit the limits of this product already and I don’t see any upgrades mentioned on the Feature Roadmap.The nomenclature makes Communities a very hard topic to search for here in the Community.So, is anyone using Communities? I’d love to hear how others are getting the most out of this Docebo feature. 

Hi...I’m hoping someone may be able to save my sanity.We’re holding a sales conference and have created courses/sessions using the ILT function...so that our attendees know where they need to be. All courses/sessions are fine apart from one. When a user logs into the desktop version of your platform the specific session they’re enrolled in is absolutely fine and visible (as below):However, when they log into the Go Learn App they see the below:I can only think it’s a setting issue and I've done something differently when creating this course/sessions, but I’ve gone through and all courses appear to have the same settings.Has anyone come across this issue before? It’

Hi everyone 👋I’d love to learn how others are managing last-minute learner cancellations for instructor-led workshops in Docebo.We’re currently facing a challenge where learners often unenroll very close to the session start date. This creates additional costs and operational overhead for our team, and it’s also extremely difficult to track consistently, which makes it harder to manage the issue and improve the process over time.I’d be really interested to hear: Do you have a cancellation policy in place for ILT sessions? How are you enforcing this policy within Docebo? Are you using any specific settings, automations, reports, or workflows to track late cancellations or no-shows? I’m creating an exam where I need to randomly generate questions from a number of categories. The “show a certain number of questions for each category” works great for my use case as far as pulling questions, but I need the categories themselves to appear in a certain order, as the test questions get progressively more complex. For example: Category A: 2/5 questionsCategory B: 3/10 questionsCategory C: 4/8 questions Is there a way to have the Category A questions appear first, followed by Categories B and C?

Somehow this escaped my attention for a while, since none of my Power Users brought it up, but I accidentally discovered that though my PUs can create new groups, they cannot activate them. And they cannot add users to the group until they’re activated. And I cannot give them this right.So what’s the point in letting them create groups they cannot use? They have to reach out to me every time they make one to request activation, wasting their time, wasting my time. Please help me understand why this is a logical workflow. Why can’t I just give them authority to activate their own groups, which wasn’t even a thing like a year ago?

At my organization, our learning team has done a bunch of testing with the AI Coach, and I was curious if anyone else's experience differs from ours.We are not a sales organization, so the primary scenarios we’ve been testing are direct report/direct supervisor situations such as providing feedback on meeting goals, how to properly interview, etc.The way the bot responds during the interaction is pretty good. It follows along well with the personality that we give it, and it’s fairly realistic.Where we have some concerns are in the feedback that it gives after the interaction. The feedback focuses a lot on brevity, clarity, and correctness, which isn’t necessarily bad but it can miss the bigger picture.For example, if you build a scenario where you’re giving someone negative feedback, it encourages you to be more concise when that can be detrimental to the relationship with the person.
