By default, when you add time options for a course, the course duration on the cards (in a catalog) is displayed with just the initials for hour, minutes, and seconds.We consider showing the seconds as insignificant and would want to display only the hours and minutes or just minutes. For example: 1 hour 10 mins or 70 minsOur initial thought was to do it through CSS changes but that does not seem to be an elegant method. Is there a way to apply this customization?

We need a solution to track dropped students that includes a status (last completed course in the learning plan) and/or the reason for the drop (which may Include dropped by instructor or voluntarily dropped by student).  We are exploring using an additional field for this however, are hoping there is a more efficient way to capture this information.

I have adobe captivate content and it has short videos in it. When I  try to update the version, it does not show the revised version and only a few the videos are working. it’s in a scorm format and have tried at least 6 times.  any advise/help will be greatly appreciated.Thank you,chris

I am trying to find a report that will tell me the most accessed course for the month.  Basically I want to find a way to understand what the users who accessed our training platform did for the month.  Does anyone know of any reports that can help me with this?

What is the difference between branches and groups? Can a group be assigned to a branch? or would the only be a sub branch?

HI All,We are looking at getitng this set up to use Teams for our ILT’s and I have looked through quite a few posts on this topic but they all seem to be from a year ago. Ideally we want a generic/service sort of account so we dont have to set up individual instructors with an account. Has anybody done this succesfully and do you have any tips on how to make it work?We tested with the account we set up and paired, but the user did not get the joining information in their email and the calendar invite was added to some other outlook calendar and not their calendar. Any ideas why this would be happening? Also looking for any good tips and tricks in general for either the set up of the account or set up of the ILT to make this process easierHas anybody also used Webex and does it work better than teams? Thanks!  

That’s my first post in this community, please be kind :DIn my company (software editor) we are building several learning plans (several product lines) targeting different profiles (experts, architects, presales, operators, ...).We want to build a modular approach where one learning plan could be embedded in the learning journey of several profiles. For example, we add a new training material in a learning plan “API Fundamentals” which is embedded on several API related profiles. This modular approach is crucial to the maintenance/improvement/new topics of the content. Think of this as an Object-oriented approach in software development as an analogy. This is crucial to avoid maintenance nightmare as we are starting to experience right now. This is why I was naturally thinking of building Learning Plans as the building blocks and then being able to nest these into my profiles Learning Plans (sort of Meta-Learning Plans). Greetings,Currently when a new user is created they are not being sent an email. I believe it is due to the setting below. Is this true? Also, if I change the setting to “email” how can I sure it doesn’t send an email to all previously created users? Thank you for your time. BK

Can you edit multiple employees (for example changing who they report to) by uploading a CSV rather than going to each person? What is the best way to update multiple employees?

We have 20+ Power Users that help us get training information out to the departments in our organization. I thought a great way to get them a list of class locations would be to use course management, export session/event data - which includes location.In order to do that, according to support, we would need to enable “edit ILT” permissions. I don’t necessarily want to open that up for potential bad clicks / incidental course modifications.Is there another way for them to get an easy list of class locations in a spreadsheet, or other simple list view?

Why learners are not getting certified for the additional certificate attached to the course? The learner is getting certified to the main certificate but not getting certified for the additional certificate-Getting certified for the default certificate but additional certificate is not assigned to learner completing the course!

Hi all, We offer various different levels of membership subscriptions to learners but we’re currently handling payments for these outside of the LMS. We’ve just configured Stripe so I’m keen to set up as much as I can in-LMS. Looking to get the opinion of someone who is familiar with subscriptions please as to what would be the most straightforward way of setting things up for the following scenarios: We currently offer subscriptions that vary based on what learning users have completed, e.g. one of our subscriptions is £50 per month for a select group of learners, but once they have completed a specific learning plan, we discount this to £30 per month. To replicate this on LMS, I was thinking - set up two subscription models and two groups, then move learners from one group to the other based on enrolment status? Is this something that can be changed dynamically, or do users needs to unsub and resub at the new price point?

Hello Docebo Community, I need your help and advice with regard to the training material - test. At this moment, we have set unlimited attempts for the user to pass, but we are curious about how are they actually doing on the first attempt. We are tracing the competency gap among our users, and it would be really helpful if we can get a report of all the user’s first attempt in any test/quiz in our platform. I am trying to to figure out an automated way to get this kind of report, without having to visit each course, then click on each user to see their breakdown and compile manually, definitely not ideal. Any suggestions?
