Hi there,In the new course player, is there a way to hide the Learning Plan ID in the box ‘Learning Plan Details’?Thank you!

I posted this the other day - Lets Do Somethin....I mean we are the North East | Community (docebo.com)but one of our long timers noted that people may not have seen it.Any interest in getting together as a community? Even a meet greet and beer or something somethin in NYC?I just need 10 yesses to begin to organize a something out of the goodness of my heart and believing that there is value in regional user groups.

Here is my question. I have a branch that is dedicated to users that were created by mistake by our data team.Right now we have about 40,000 users in this branch and I’m can’t find an easier way to remove them. Only method that I’ve found was through User Management, selecting 9 users from that branch at a time, then when I reach 500 deleting those users. Then doing this about 80 times. This is very time consuming and we cant go over the 500 users at a time, since it will not work and error out.  If any of you have any tips or other methods of mass deletion.Thanks

Hello all!I’m looking to do some clean up of my branches.  I had preemptively created several branches with a mass upload for our client users.  After 3 years, I’m looking to remove any branches that are still empty.Is there a report or a way to quickly identify all branches without users? is there a way to do a mass delete of these empty branches?  Possibly including running an APIThanks!

Happy New Year everyone! What a new challenging start this January. I have been working on paring our Docebo account with Zoom 3 and it took me an afternoon and I am still stuck. This was my emotion evolution 🤣☹️😭In the past, we integrated with Zoom 2 and it was less challenging. We followed this KB article: https://help.docebo.com/hc/en-us/articles/360020079780-Docebo-for-ZoomBut we are in 2024 now and The integration with Zoom version 2 will reach end of support on December 20, 2023 and end of life July 17, 2024. 😅For the Zoom3, I am working on building the app first because nothing exists now. The screenshot indicated, I have passed the local test phase to beta test and now ready for app submission.

DocebiansCurrently, users have to click at least three times to access courses or content material. This process is not only cumbersome but can also be demotivating for users, especially those seeking quick and easy access to educational resources.A significant improvement in the user experience would be to simplify this navigation process. This could be achieved by implementing a more intuitive and accessible interface, where users can quickly access courses and content material with just one or two clicks.I wholeheartedly support the proposal to enhance the user experience on Docebo @erin.brisson @niccolo.servidio 

I’m experiencing issues with ILT creation using Zoom. I am wondering if it has anything to do with the updated course page? I was able to set up multiple events before upgrading and now, even if my Zoom V3 shows it is paired, when I try to set up new events, I always get a server error once I choose the event host and can’t get access to the templates created for the webinar. 

Does Docebo always CREATE the webinar in zoom? We will definitely have a major issue with this. We have a few different templates in zoom that we use depending on a few situations with tons of different settings.   Every other system I’ve integrated with zoom webinar or meeting has me setup the zoom webinar FIRST and then add the webinar ID number to the other system (like Docebo).  

Has anyone run into error messages while trying to create a webinar event in Docebo (our account is paired). We just keep getting error messages when trying to schedule, and notice that our webinar templates are not showing up when we try to select one. Anyone else with this issue?

Is there a way to prompt someone to select whether they are a manager when first signing up, or to toggle on being a manager in their profile so that others may label them manager?I understand if this doesn’t exist but figured I’d ask!

Issue: when choosing thumbnail images for Learning Plans, it is notoriously easy to accidentally delete an image instead of choosing it. Anyone who has had the misfortune to do this will know the inordinate amount of trauma this simple miss-click causes. Basically, once deleted, a thumbnail is removed from any courses or LPs it was used for, and the only way to fix it is to go through the library looking for missing thumbnails and replacing them.Solution: Luckily, the little ‘X’ that appears on the thumbnails when you hover over them can be targeted with CSS. And if it can be targeted, it can be made to go away!  This is the little #@!£ I am referring to:To hide the delete icon from all thumbnails, and therefore prevent accidental deletion, you simply need to add the following CSS to you

We’re having an issue (reported to Docebo) that we can’t send some html emails from the course to enrolled users. We can send simple ones but the more complicated ones won’t go and it says internal server error. These emails will send in notifications and the newsletter. So does anyone know any reason why they won’t send from the course? The Docebo support team have replicated the error with our emails but also at the moment don’t know why they aren’t working.

Howdy,Working on a Knowledge Resource that we are building out as a SCORM course.This is a deep knowledge type of a resource….and I had a need to break out some of the work to others.So I had someone work on the glossary….but it was the glossary in the classic player (dont kill me on the design choice 😁).I know how to bring projects into each other - but has anyone ever worked on lifting a glossary from one player to the next file and merge the two?I am thinking I need to effectively delete all the old “slides” and import all the ones from my file so I can use “his” player.Am I crazy? Please advise….

Anyone else’s email notifications not working?

I have a video training material in an e-learning course that is starting out automatically muted for people.  We are getting a lot of complaints from people struggling to get it working quickly.  Is there anyway to keep videos from being auto-muted?   I didn’t even know this was a thing.

Hi there! This is a bit of a weird one, so bear with. The past few weeks we have had a few issues arise with students being hit with an error when joining live sessions through the Docebo platform.  We have tried asking them to join through incognito windows, clearing their cache, restarting their browser, almost everything we can think of so I’m at a bit of a loss! The only other thing it could be related to is Zoom - We use zoom for our live sessions and I’m wondering if these issues are lining up with when Zoom v3 was fully integrated and Zoom v2 stopped working.  I wanted to ask if anyone else is having the same issue and if so, how did you find a fix for it? 

Greetings~I can’t find any info on this. My Power users can see this under their user management. What is manage team requests? Where would someone put in a request that would appear here? More importantly, how can I hide this? Thank you!
