Hi all, We started using Smartsheet internally to track our projects. My team handles new hires as well as ongoing education. We initially thought we only use Smartsheet to track our ongoing education project until I stumbled upon this link: Smartsheet + LMS Integrations | Sync up Using Docebo ConnectI’m curious if anyone has configured Smartsheet and Docebo integration and if so, what are some of the pros and cons? We’d like to see if we can integrate our new hire learning paths and courses to a smartsheet that can then be viewed by the respective manager to review their progress. I’ve searched other posts but I don't think anyone has brought up Smartsheet yet. I want to create an ILT course, including a series of 24 sessions on Zoom happening over a year with Docebo. Once users register for the course, I want them to be registered automatically to all the Zoom sessions. Is this possible? Otherwise, do they then have to register to all Zoom sessions separately, or will they appear in the course page? I have never done this, and I am just wondering how the whole process works. Thank you!

I am having trouble with my surveys.  I have been asked to add a few questions into a section in the survey.  I use the drag/drop to move the new question into the correct place, but it doesn’t “stick” and keeps moving back to the bottom position.  What am I doing wrong?  There doesn’t seem to be a way to Add a Question to any position other than the bottom of the list.  And no way to “save” the new position when I move the question to where it needs to appear.  Any help appreciated. I can drag the question to the correct position, but it does not “stick” 

How can I pull enrollment/seat count information into a report, or get via API?  I cannot figure out how to get the enrollment count out.  Clearly, it’s being calculated and displayed in platform.  So, how do I get that data out?   

Hello, how can we turn off notifications sent to users in a new course - as we would like to notify them at a later date they have been added to the course.

Our platform is used by our different member companies. Looking to see how we can assign a group to a member branch and only they can see it, without having to create a separate group for each member. For example, we have a group called “Technician” we would like our company X to assign training to their “Technician” group only and not the “Technicians” at all of our companies. In other words, keep the group limited to just that member company for them to assign their training, where company A can assign different training the their “Technicians”. Thank you

Hello - for those that have been running optional ILT sessions that will not be repeated, once you've marked attendance, do you remove enrollments for everyone who did not attend so that they don't get the "you haven't yet completed this" notifications?After running a recent optional ILT, the course is showing as “Not Started” but locked and under maintenance for those that enrolled but were unable to attend. We do not want learners to receive notifications, but do not want to unenroll for reporting purposes. I appreciate any feedback!

Hi folks,Bit of an odd one here, we have multiple Learners within our environment that have two different experiences for their course thumbnails and it’s causing confusion within our team.Within “My Courses and Learning Paths” it shows as complete (as expected as they've completed this), yet on another page/catalog it shows them as Enrolled (also the New icon as we just launched our implementation of Docebo this past month).Note: We do not have duplicate courses for this course, and the user apparently didn't self-enroll themselves again into this course (either way even if they did they shouldn't see two visually different thumbnails on two different catalogs in my opinion).  Any help would be appreciated!!! Top Image: Custom page / catalog for New Hire TrainingBottom Image: My Courses and Learning Paths 

Does anyone know if Docebo has an integration with digital badging vendors like Credly,  Accredible. Badgecert etc for the certifications part of the platform? We manually enter certifications for our partners that have completed and passed an exam (not for completing the course for the exam). They take the test outside of the system with ClassMarker which only gives a certificate pdf and does not integrate with any of those vendors.We are wondering when we enter the certification for a user, can Docebo then trigger a digital badge from Credly or Accredible to be sent to that user with the dates that we put in certifications for when they received the certification and the expiration date? 

Does anyone face an issue with Course tab in user personal summary page? In User personal summary page, we can access all tabs (Learning Plan, ILT, External training, Certification) except course. It doesn’t function.Is there any known issue with this? 

Hello,I’ve been uploading content to my courses and have multiple times inadvertently deleted the thumbnail from the library when trying to assign it to the material. Is there a way I can turn that off? It’s really annoying to have to find and upload it again and reassign it to the courses.  

We have an intranet wiki as well as a SharePoint site. When I try to share those links as assets using Discover, Coach, and Share I receive this error: Link is not a valid url! Does anyone else experience this? Is it not possible to share intranet links?

Hi, Hoping someone can help…I need 15 course shells each with a different scorm package in.Once all 15 of these course shells have been completed (in any order), a 16th course shell (with no content in) will automatically show as complete. Is there any way I can do this on the system?  I know this sounds a bit daft, but I need it this way for reporting to external auditors, so it’s super clear which employees have their full certificate (completed all 15 courses) and which don’t. I’ve been looking at Equivalences but struggling to get this to work how I need it to.  Thanks

Hello all, I am an Instructional Designer at a software company and we have recently started using Docebo as our LMS. We have created 14 courses that are meant to be taken in a specific order to effectively learn how to use our software platform.My issue lies with the built-in "my_courses" page in Docebo. On this page, I would like for the courses to be displayed in the suggested order for all users, but currently, they only appear in the correct order if the user sorts by "Code A-Z." The default sorting for the page is "Newest to Oldest (Enrollment)" which doesn't align with the desired course sequence.I am seeking a solution to either:Delete the "my_courses" page and create a new custom one, on which I can auto sorts by course code.  Change the default sorting on the existing page to "Code A-Z" (or remove the option to sort by any other method). Find a way to control the order in which users enroll in the courses, as I currently only have enrollment rules set up and cannot manipulate

We offer a instructor led courses on premises and at a customer locations. When we offer a course at our facility, we do not charge for the course. When offering it at a customer location, we charge per participant to alleviate travel costs. Invoicing is handled by our company and not through Docebo. The pricing structure could be confusing for users who might sign up for a course offered elsewhere not expecting to pay. I’m curious if others might have handled courses in this way and if you offered it as the same course, or did you create a separate ILT and corresponding session? Or can anyone offer suggestions on how to structure in Docebo? Thanks!

Hello all,We are facing a challenge with the layout of the "My Courses and Learning Plan" page within our Docebo platform. Our goal is to create a dedicated Learning Plan (LP) page that displays individual courses separately, exclusively featuring the courses associated with that particular learning plan. This layout should not combine all enrolled courses, as we want to avoid any overlap with courses that are not part of the learning plan.As it stands, the current features and functions in Docebo do not allow for such customization. When using the "My Courses and Learning Plans" widget, you are limited to either displaying just the learning plan or only the individual courses. There is no provision for a custom course selection display.We are curious if others have encountered a similar situation and managed to find a solution. Additionally, we would appreciate any insights into why Docebo lacks the capability for a custom course selection display. Your input and suggestions on this m

I might be over complicating things here- but my only way to currently isolate managers is to export users and filter by manager permissions and then reupload them with a custom field on the profile -essentially duplicating the manager permissions status in order to automate groups and enrolments.Have not done this yet- if there is a better way please can someone let me know?

Hi - How is your experience with the archiving feature? It takes so long to archive enrollments (Archive and Unenroll), about 5 seconds per record, and I have over 17k records to archive and enroll right after. Aside from that, archiving continues to abort. :( The reason I did not Archive and Re-enroll is because of the due date and the course is also used for new hire enrollment rule which has a different time options set. Any best practices on this feature? Thank you!

We have a sandbox environment and I am trying to send a user notification. However I am not receiving the email from the system. The notification is activated and the users are in the branches selected.Any ideas? What am I missing?

Hello, Could I use CSS to create hoverovers for the calendar, so users wouldn’t have to click an event to see details? I assume not but figured I’d try. See below. 

I hope to ask this question as clearly as possible:We want to send an email notification to a group of users, and in that email we are asking if they are interested (yes/no) in attending an upcoming vILT. Is there any code out of the box or code that would capture the yes/no button responses in a single place for us to track?Thanks in advance.
