Is there a way for a learner to “follow” an ILT course without enrolling into it and be notified when a session is created for that ILT course? For example, I have a people manager who wants to be notified when a session is available for courses so they can enroll their direct reports into the session, but currently there is only a notification for ILT session created that is sent to learners already enrolled into a course. Is there a notification or a workaround that anyone is using for users to select to be notified without enrolling into a course and without sending a notification to everyone (just those who have selected to be notified)?Thanks!Julie

Wondering if there is a way to control how the questions are shown in the Answers Breakdown report when they come out of a SCORM package? I made sure all the slide titles were labelled with the question thinking that would solve it, but it hasn’t.   Secondary best practice question- are you including a final slide after results to give the system time to mark the course as complete? I have tried adding a trigger for course completion when the “passed” results slide posts, and made the quiz the final trigger to complete the course in the settings in Docebo with no success.  If I leave the course and come back it does mark it complete- but just looking for that pop-up “course complete” that normally occurs.Thank you!!

I recently watched “Road to Inspire | Building a tailored learning experience” on Docebo University and liked the idea of creating a “dynamic” new hire page where the steps progressed with the user. The way it was explained in the video is:Step 1:Create Group 1: User is new and has not completed anything (indicate using a field on the user detail record) Created Page 1: Page is setup showing the user has not completed any of the steps (indicated with an image that is shown in gray). Page displays for Group 1 only.Step 2:Create Group 2: User has completed necessary courses (indicated by saying course is completed in Group workflow) Created Page 2: Second page is setup showing the user has completed first phase of courses (indicated with an image that is shown in gray, but phase/step one is now in color). Page displays for Group 2 only.Step 3:Repeat for all necessary steps in new hire process.

Hello all, We have run into a bit of a situation.  We have it where our customers can take the same class either with a live instructor (ILT) or via e-learning at their own pace.  We have a mutual equivalency for classes since they are part of a certification learning plan.  We have discovered that if the users complete the e-learning, the notification for the ILT is sent out even though the notification doesn’t have the e-learning selected as an associated course. Is there a way to only send notifications when the course is actually completed, not by equivalency?  We would like them each to have their own verbiage.e.g.:Want to see a use case covered in the live course you took.  Watch this recording here(link to e-learning). Dear fellow members of this Community,I was asked to show a message to each users  after a course has been completed .I can configure notifications via email and appearing in the notification panel when a lerarner completes a course, but I didn’t find any way to show something as soon a course is completed.I also made a search in the previous discussion, but didn’t find anything useful.Has anyone of you dealt with such a request? hiDoes anyone have any idea if it is possible to hide the Start Learning Now button from a course where there is also a Renew Now button?  We have a new course that people are asked to complete as a renewal course, this in turn updates the certification data. However, if they select Start Learning Now and not the Renew Now option- it will bypass the renewal process? This is therefore causing us lots of work, having to cross-check completion data from the course and expired certification data.    

Hello world! 😎My team is working on implementing gamification within Docebo, and I would like to understand with you the feasibility of some ideas we came up with.In detail, we would like to have:A "public" profile page for each user -> a custom page (not the default one) that can be viewed by other users within which to see badges, skills, and courses completed by other users of interest to him (e.g., manager) Assign points for daily access on Docebo Display skills/competencies on personal profile (this should not be a problem, except for manual association of courses-competencies) Provide an “advancement” of the user -> e.g. with 100 points you are beginner, when you get to 1000 you become novice, and so on.Have any of you developed something similar? Do you have any other ideas and suggestions that might be helpful?As

Hi - when setting up a vILT event with myself as the instructor (I am also a Superadmin), I am able to select our MS Teams instance without issue (our MS Teams account has been configured in our Docebo system).  However, it does not automatically create a meeting for the event in my MS Teams calendar which I was expecting it to do.  Should this occur?  I also tested the enrollment process as a user attending the vILT event (with someone else assigned as the instructor).  When enrolling on the session, i was also expecting an event to appear in my MS Teams calendar?? Can someone confirm what should be happening as I cant find any clear information in the documentation or university modules.

Is there a way to disable the rating for assets?  I disabled “Q&A and Comments” but I don’t see how to disable rating.  I have disabled rating in Advanced Settings, but that appears to only apply to courses?  I appreciate any help in hiding or disabling this rating function.  Thanks!! 

The videos take a good bit of time to upload and I’m not good at sitting idle. Typically, I do something else on a different screen/pc. My challenge is that if I wait too long after the download to confirm it, the upload fails, and I have to start over.  Is there a way to play sound when a video is upload in Docebo so I don’t miss the window for success?

Specific group asking is around compliance trainings.My ask: Has anyone worked out a system to assign courses to users on an annual basis based on their hire date’s anniversary?The scenario: we want to assign compliance trainings that would need to be renewed/refreshed on an annual basis. We currently believe that we have to deliver this based on the calendar (i.e. pick a time and date and assign it annually). Some of my stakeholders would like to see it assigned on a rolling basis to every user based on their anniversary. I see a significant administrative burden to managing escalations/compliance by each person individually like an anniversary date system would require, but trying to see this through. My first insights: Certification & Retraining doesn’t work perfectly. Hello everyone,I'm curious to know how other admins who have switched to the new course player handled the switch. Did you roll out the update without any prior explanation, trusting that the new interface is intuitive enough for users to figure it out for themselves, or did you communicate the changes in advance to make the transition easier? If you did communicate in advance, I'd love to hear your thoughts on the best way to handle this. Thanks!

Up until recently we have been able to re-version pdfs in the central repository with the similar (if not the same) titles but recently all the new versions have been replacing the titles with random characters and I cannot figure out why. I’ve reported this to Docebo support but not heard back for nearly a month now and I’ve tried everything from renaming the file, going into the pdf properties and changing the document title, and this happens even when I replace the first version.Has anyone been able to figure out why this is happening?Here’s an example below!

Hi all - I’m really struggling with the ILT sessions and make it work for ANY of my use case scenarios. Is there anyone that can help?Here’s one example. Each quarter we offer vendor training at a cost to our departments with a limited number of spots. Right now we are using a google form for enrollments because we have to get approval from the manager AND make sure they understand that there is a cost associated. Problem 1 - I’m having a difficult time figuring out how to do the approval of when someone enrolls. Is this a notification that I need to set up? I have it ‘Pending Admin Approval’ on the course and enabling the Waiting List but I’m not sure how that works. Does this mean that only the SuperAdmin (ie me) can approve this? And if so, that doesnt really work / I don’t see where to do this approval.  Problem 2 - There is no nofication that I can find that is sent to the manager letting them know that their direct report enr

Hi all,When uploading an SSL certificate for the Https app, you need to upload the SSL certificate, a key file, and an intermediate certificate. According to Docebo help, all of these should be provided by the certificate provider. However, our certificate provider only provides the SSL certificate and the intermediate certificate. Does anyone know where we can get the Key file? I seem to remember being able to download this from Docebo in the past, and I have a copy that seems to work, but I’d like to know where the original file can be obtained and whether it should come from the certificate provider or Docebo.This is the relevant passage from Docebo Help:Option 1: You Already Have an SSL CertificateIf you already have an SSL certificate, flag the corresponding option in the Certificate section. You then need to upload the SSL certificate, the key file that was provided to you by your certificate provider, and the Intermediate CA.

Hi All,An assigned ILT instructor is unable to see the course card for the course they are teaching in their My Courses and Learning Plans and thus is unable to access the tools to view the list of attendees in their session.Searching from the search bar turns up the course but only prompts the user enrollment options.I have been around and around here. We manually enroll all users into Docebo, into a particular course. We have about 50+ courses in Docebo, all but 7 of which are inactive and no longer used. I have set all of these inactive courses to Under Maintenance and have categorized each as Archived. When I add a new User and then go to the ‘Enroll user to courses’ page, all of my Under Maintenance and Archive category courses still show up in the list - oldest first. So I constantly have to create a filter or do a search to find the course into which I want to enroll the user. Every. Single. Time. I created a filter in hopes that this filter would remain there the next time I was at this screen, but it did not. There must be a way, short of deleting the courses from Docebo, to get them not to show up in that list. I could surely use some help! Thanks.Deb

Is anyone having an issues manually registering users into an event that come from different companies?I used to be able to see all our users and then I could do a search and pull up who I needed, check them, then add more.  The past couple days, when I search I only pull those users at that specific email address and it won’t let me go back and search for another set of users.  I now have to do a couple at a time and then start the process all over again.  Just wondering before I submit a ticket.
