Hello!For some reason, I’m receiving a 403 Forbidden error when I attempt to call the following endpoint:{base_address}/notifications/v1/notification/listI’m able to call this endpoint successfully (200 OK) via the explorer, but not via other apps or Postman. Why would this be and what is needed to complete this request?Thanks!

Hi We want to change the small icon that appears on the login panel to be our company Logo. I’m told this can be done via ‘Custom Styles’ but am trying to ‘locate/target’ the CSS that needs to be changed.The nearest I can get is:.ui-button .ui-icon {and it looks like there is an ‘Injected Stylesheet’ being used.Has anybody else managed to change this ‘icon’ to their own company logo?

When I go to assign resources to a power user, I am forced to choose either learning plans or courses.What do you do if you need the power user to manage both?If I select all learning plans, then the power user can’t see courses that are not in a learning plan.If I select the course category, then they can’t assign users to the learning plans. What am I missing?(sorry, I should have put this in Product Q&A)

As with other “policy attestation” posts, we’re having issues with the current workaround methods being insufficient for auditors. Last year, we used a survey training assignment where we asked users to type their name to confirm they attest to understanding and adhering to our IS policy and Acceptable Use Policy.  However, a few users submitted garbage responses, and survey assignments (at least as far as I can tell) do not allow displaying a user’s specific response after the fact for evidence collection (the only option we have is to export a full list of all responses).  Our auditors pushed back this year on having adequate evidence re: each employee’s attestation to policies, so I’m trying to make something else work for this year’s training.I am looking for a way in which to use the email shortcodes in test and/or survey questions and test validation responses, so that I can display what the system has on record for each user re: their [first_name] [last_name] in

Does anyone have any tips on what to do with Learning Plans no longer in use? I don’t want them to show on our users’ menus, but we want to keep the historical data that we have pulling into our BI tool. 

We want to allow self-registered learners a free trial and therefore access to courses.Can we automatically apply an expiry and prohibit the learner from seeing courses being held past the 7 day trial?

I know I have seen the report export limitation on rows before, but I cannot find it now.  Does anyone know what the row limit is and where I can find that documentation?  The limit of 175k rows sticks in my head for some reason.  Hoping @Bfarkas or @lrnlab may know this .  Thanks!

What are you best practices when it comes to updating SCORM files while users are taking the courses?We occaisionally have to make small fixes and we are commited to implement learner feedback on our courses but both replacing and re-versioning have their own challenges--mostly with retaining users existing progress.Hoping to get some ideas on how we can best update these SCORM files with the least amount of impact to the learner’s progress. 

Hi, while checking exams, we have noticed that in the case of multiple-choice questions, the incorrect answers are not marked with a red cross. (As is the case for single choice questions) This is confusing because the correct answers have a green checkmark.For clarity, I would expect that both incorrect and correct answers are checked accordingly. I want to provide feedback to the learner on what they should improve, which currently takes more time than necessary since I have to be extra sharp in identifying which answers were incorrect.I believe the checkboxes should facilitate this by allowing for a quick glance, which is not currently the case.Please advice/fix.Kind regards  

Hello,I am teaching a class that has weekly meetings on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. For the purposes of Docebo, I make a new session every week with an event on Monday, an event on Wednesday, and an event on Friday.I’m wondering if I can use the recurring meeting in Teams for all Monday sessions, another for all Wednesday sessions, and a third for all Friday. I need the learners to be marked as present/absent weekly, so it’s imperative that on a given Monday they are marked for that specific session, which they’d be clicking on the “Join” in Docebo for. Will this work? 

Hi there!  We’re in the process of moving from our Docebo instance to a Ceridian Dayforce Learning instance of Docebo, and we’re wondering if anyone else has made this move?  If yes, how did you go about moving your platform content and records over?  Our Docebo account rep is indicating we need an SQL file dump and a learning object extraction which seems to be a high effort and workload on our part to put it back together.  Is there an easier way to do this?Thanks in advance for your help!!   

Hi!I hope i’m being blind and stupid here. I can’t see any obvious way to list the phrases that have been changed from the defaults in the localisation tool. I know over the years we have changed some, but I am not sure which ones and we would like to identify the changes.Can anyone direct me to a way to do this?Thanks!Marion

We recently started testing out the forum widget within courses. We turned on the new discussion notification for the forum expecting it to notify enrolled users of new discussion posts; however, it seems that ALL of our users are getting notifications for new discussions. Is that right? Is there a way to send these notifications to enrolled users only?

Can we mass upload certificates to LMS 

First time poster here!  Are any of you using the LMS for employee recognition?  We have a program where you can nominate an employee for being remarkable.  It was asked if nominations could be handled in the LMS.  Thoughts? 

I’ve been tasked with adding an assessment to a course that will all staff to select if they: Strongly Agree Agree Disagree Strongly Disagree with a particular statement. However, no matter what they choose I need to assign a points value and give each answer points of 0-4. Then at the end I need it to give a total score. I can’t figure out a test option that will make this work. Also note, each question the points values for those four options will be different. So on the first question Agree may be worth 1 point, but the very next question agree could be worth 4. Any help or ideas would be greatly appreciated! 

Anyone know to download and use a custom font in an HTML widget?  I can obtain both an html link and @import for CSS, but can seem to find a place where I can add them to the header or style sheet.

I want to assign a default value during user creation.i am using /manage/v1/user API. and my additional field object is like this."additional_fields": {"11": "1"} i also tried with setting up the actual value "additional_fields": {"11": "my custom option 1"} how do i set a default value for a drop down  

I’m trying to find a way to import responses into a survey/poll on behalf of a student using the API.  Let me explain why…We want to make Docebo the central database of all training, including exams and course evaluations--even those that are completed outside the LMS.  In order to pull this off, I need to find a way to import question by question results into the LMS.  I suspect that the process to bring in course evaluations would be very similar to that of actual exams, and might be possible through what is documented here:https://help.docebo.com/hc/en-us/articles/11489147129234My problem is figuring out how to figure out the IDs of individual questions that are part of an exam or survey/poll.For example, I can use this endpoint through the API Browser and pull back the info on one of my tests:

I’m looking for the best way to have attendees of a particular ILT session complete a set of questions in order to gather registration information about the attendee prior to the session. Examples of questions we’d like to be able to gather ahead of the ILT:Dietary restrictions: Flight information Technology accessible I’ve thought about creating a training material survey within the ILT but I’d like participants to be able to go back to update if their information changes (ie their flight information is updated). I know I can utilize an outside tool and just link it for them to complete via an automatic email upon approval of enrollment but I’d like to stay within the platform.  Any ideas are appreciated!

Is there anyway to hide the breadcrumbs entirely on a specific course page? My new starter onboarding is very step by step and I don’t want them clicking on “My courses and learning plans” in the breadcrumbs at the top of the course page. However, I do want that available for normal users on normal courses.
