Since quite some time is Docebo working on a new reporting area and since roughly 2 years Docebo has 2 menu entries for reporting (“Reports” and “New reports”).Unfortunately, our customers regularly run into time outs within the “Reports” section, because the reports are quite big.@all: do you also experience time outs in the “Reports” section?@Docebo: when will Docebo deactivate the “Reports” menu item? Because our customers are confused and as they also have time outs, they have a negative experience.@all: does anybody know how to disable the menu item through CSS (keeping in mind that the menu is created dynamically, based on the right you have as a power user)? 

Hello, I created a bunch of ILT events via CSV and did not set the attendance options. Is there a way to bulk update all the events using CSV where I set the 'allow recording completion' and 'allow join completion' options set to true? 

Hello,I have created a learning plan. It is composed of an e-learning and an ILT session. I have set the rule that the e-learning must be completed prior to being able to access the ILT session.When accessing the ILT part of the learning plan the learner is asked to pick a session. This is the issue I have; I do not want the learner to be able to pick a session.What I would like to see happen, is the learner is put onto the waiting list/queue and the instructor will then assign them to a session. We do not always know in advance when there will be a session, so we are kind of using this as a queue and to keep track of who needs it. We do not want learners enrolling in random sessions. Is there a way to make this happen?Note: I have already checked the course’s settings (i.e., self-enrollment not allowed) and do not see any way to make this happen.  Thanks for the help. 

Hi, Docebo do not currently support the Welsh language as part of their localisation options. I am told there are a number of clients who are asking the same question- is this something Docebo are looking to invest in? To comply with the Government Welsh Standards, we need to ensure our site is Welsh bilingual and any help and support in achieving this is appreciated. Thank you.  

I created a short introductory guide for our users on how to navigate our academy. My higher-ups want this video to play automatically when someone logs in for the first time. I’m not sure how to do this. I can create a course out the video and have new users automatically enrolled. I can create a “Start Here First” label but I don’t know how to “force” users to watch the video first. Does anyone have any ideas? Thanks.

I was wondering if you can guide me on the coupon functionality. We have a Partner Program coming up and need guidance on the same as this involves almost 25K Partners.I would like to basically create two batches of single use coupons (250 each) for 5-6 different paid courses in Docebo. I see this possibility via API but it asks me details on usernames.Unfortunately these need to be random codes that any user could use as a one time purchase.Any used cased scenarios or sample body would be more than appreciated! :) 

Is it possible for assignments for multiple trainees to be uploaded by an instructor or power user?We have a ILT training session with multiple trainees and would like to save a short assignment for each trainee to Docebo as evidence of completion. Ideally, the trainees would not have to upload this document personally.Does anybody have any ideas on this?

This is a long shot…. But Is there way to set up some sort of flow To automatically update a custom field on a users profile summary once they complete a certain course?  ProblemWe host graduations for our users who have completed coursework every 12ish weeks. And the data is getting unwieldy to manage in Excel.  So I was thinking if I could get a list of my users who have already graduated I could pull those folks courses out quickly  to make it easy to follow…  I have a secondary idea that could work, following graduation upload the users into Docebo and update the custom field on their profile.  Are there any other ideas for pulling a report of users and completed courses to see where they are in your learning plan? 

Hello! We are implementing the Learn module and looking ahead to plan how we will use skills within Docebo.  Is anyone using skills in Docebo? To what extent? Are you willing to share what you are doing and what’s been working well? Has anyone integrated with a HRIS or ATS? How are you handling this? Is anyone using Docebo to support other skill projects--like career pathing or job architecture?We would love to hear from anyone who is using Docebo skills or external skills. We are excited about exploring how technology can support our skills strategy!

Does anyone know why the size (and aspect ratio) of the certificate template in Docebo is 2560 x 1810 pixels? I think this might correspond to the US letter size, but I'm not sure. It would be good if it could be changed to another size like A4, which is more common in Europe and the rest of the world.

In this case I am looking for the Eternal Training tab, but I can see a use case for the other tabs as well.I know how to find the URL for just that activity tab. What I don’t know is how to display that section in a widget by itself. Not the activities stream or the activity summary.Can’t iframe it (I don’t think) because it is an internal page. Thoughts?

Is it possible to copy all attendees from the roster on a course over to another course without having to individually select each attendee

Since sharing a course on social networks was depreciated back in September (even though the option to share is still available under the course properties - at least they are in my platform), I’m curious to know if anyone has found a way to make it easy to for users to share their certificates of completion on social networks?I know we can share badges, but I want folks to be able to share their actual certificate.Any ideas or anyone else accomplish this in some other way? 

Hi! I am new to Docebo and testing out the player view options. Is there anyway to disable this pop out option in desktop lightbox view? I have a SCORM file uploaded where the user can use the progress bar in the SCORM player to move ahead in the inserted video. Works just fine and they can resume wherever they left off. If they click this pop out button and try to slide  the progress bar forward in the pop up, it sends them back to where they were. Their only option is to continue to click the forward 5 seconds. The pause in the pop up also does not pause what they are viewing. Any help or ideas are appreciated. Thank you

The answer is very long and does not appear in the text box fully when the learner answers.Is there a way for this to be adjusted so the learner can visibly see the whole answer? I just got MS Teams integrated into the LMS.  I want to test it before I start creating ILT’s with a Teams meeting.  When I “join” the session as the instructor or as a learner, the Teams meeting shows as the event has not been started.  How do I start the Teams meeting? 

How do I change course type to External under Type (showing as Disabled) ILT

How do I create the instructor_id?  I need to add outside instructors to ILT’s so it will display on the completion certificate and the sign in sheet, however, I cannot find the “how to” on setting up and instructor. 

HI can anybody advise on removing the ID code from the course player?Ive tried using  subtitle-block ng-star-inserted {    display: none !important;But it did not work. any help?

We have a situation where we have a core course where there are lots of people who will have completed the training materials within it. We then have an update to one of the training materials, which everyone who has done the training material previously will need to redo! We had thought that maybe the new archive enrolment feature might have been our saving grace, but this either deletes the tracking of the previous versions (which we need to keep from an audit perspective) or if you turn the function off to delete tracking and re-enrol, they just stay as completed on that training material.Does anyone have any bright ideas that might help us with this at all? 

Hi! I have a test that is the final step to a Leadership Certification in my company. We have found the need to update a couple of the test questions, and in at least one case, it would change the point value for a True/False question (true was 1 point, now false will equal 1 point).My question is, if I go and update these questions, will it go back and update any scoring for those who have already completed the test or is it only for those who complete the test going forward? I assume it’s a go-forward chnge, but wanted to check first so I don’t create headached I don’t need.Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Hello!  I may not have searched correctly for what I’m looking for, so my apologies in advance if this has been asked previously! We are a new customer to Docebo. In our previous LMS, we had the ability to granularly report on what we call “roadmaps”. These are typically internal new hire trainings that are built month-to-month where each month they must complete XYZ topics. We typically build these out in their entirety in one course in our previous LMS. So, for example, a 6 month roadmap would be built under a New Hire Training Roadmap where Month 1, they may have a link they need to click on, a test to take, and an Observation Checklist assigned for management approval. Once approval is granted, they then have access to Month 2 and so on, but the entire roadmap is assigned to them at once. They’re designed for the user to take sequentially. In these trainings, we could set due dates for 30 days for month 1, 60 for month 2, and so forth. T
