Hi folks,Slack is very heavily used and preferred as a method of communication for most of our employees, so getting the Slack integration up and running is important for us. However, our security team won’t approve as the Docebo Slack integration asks for too much access (ie access to all private channels) and they weren’t comfortable allowing it. Is it possible in the next version of the Slack integration to allow for custom permissions or other way to manage access to our internal systems? This will allow us to take advantage of this feature and make the lives of our employees (and L&D) much easier. Thanks,Kirk

I work at a software company and we are experimenting with posting release notes on Docebo. I have uploaded the release notes as a course. You can see them in the screenshot (blue thumbnail).  As the release notes are not actually a course, but rather just a collection of PDFs that users can look at non-sequentially, it does not make sense to have “Not Started” “In Progress” or “Completed” displayed for them. Does anyone know how to remove these statuses from the course display?  Thanks so much.

Ugh. We have so many issues with the Certification and Renewal functionality. We’ve been hearing for YEARS that this is going to be upgraded but it still has serious limitations. Because of this we have decided not to use the option to ‘Allow users to retake the same course or learning plan to renew their certification’. I had (wrongly) assumed that this would prevent the ‘Renew now’ link from showing up in the Activities overview under Certifications. It’s still there! And includes irrelevant information and also prompts users with the option to ‘Alternatively, you can submit a new external activity valid for this certification’. Uhm NO YOU CANNOT.  Does anyone know if it is possible to either:Hide the Renew Now link completely OR Hide the bit about uploading an external certificate?  Lastly, does anyone know when the long awaited update to Certification and retraining will be rolled out?Many thank

Since the latest software update, my power users have noticed that they cannot see the user activity of learners who have signed up for their courses, when previously they could.Here's the use case: The instructor for an ILT course wants to verify that a learner in the session has completed the recommended eLearning prior to being in the ILT. The instructor is assigned the branch that holds all users on the platform. I also have Groups assigned to the instructor that identify all the users. This was sufficient to allow them to check the users' activity, however it appears not to be the case. I've checked the KB article on the subject, which was recently updated, but it doesn't explicitly address this. It appears that the alternative is to assign all users to that person, but that is not sustainable given that new users are created everyday and the User resource only allows individuals to be assigned, not Groups or branches. As I said, I made no changes to the reso

I think this has been raised before but here goes…..   I enrol new starters into an induction ILT session. The new starter gets a notification to RSVP but at the same time I want their manager to know that they have been enrolled  so that they are can ‘encourage their staff memeber to attend’  Managers are power users. I can't get a notification sent to the manager at the time of enrollment.   What notification can I use. I have tried the user enrolled onto a session, and as there isn't a ‘manager’ option to sent it to,  I have selected the  ‘power user’ option but can’t get this to work either.  What am I doing wrong?  Is there a work around? 

Are there any ideas or known ways of adding the term “Change View” to this area like I have shown below in this screenshot? Or any thoughts on how to make the option to select this drop-down to view the Calendar instead of Cards view more visible? This is the public catalog view before logging in and we want our customers to have the option to change their view for ease of use.  

Hi all,I have been looking for a way to automatically send users a reminder when a certain time has passed after enrolment without them starting the course, but I could not find a suitable notification. Does anyone have any ideas?Thanks,Uwe

So our company has two different types of Customer Training. One is standard user training, which includes everything about how to use the product, concepts to understand, etc. The other is developer training. This is things like how to use our API’s, what to consider when integrating with our product, etc. The developer training is created and managed be our Developer Relations team, who use open source technologies to present this training. They have their own reasons for using this as opposed to Docebo which I won’t go into here. My question is, does anyone else have training outside of Docebo that they list inside Docebo? I’m not talking about the External Training function, which allows users to list external training they’ve completed. I’m more talking about having users be able to search for and be directed to external training that’s available. Since Docebo doesn’t have a feature like this, has anyone else run into this problem and w

What would be the best way to essentially make a course (that has reached its end of it usefulness) unavailable to learners, but still show up on any reports if learners have completed them?For example, if you have a course that is part of a collection of courses that lead to a certification, but this one course is no longer needed for the certification.  so we don't want future leaners taking the course, but would still like past completers to show they completed it on their certification transcripts.

Hi there! When you go in to the course catalog that you have access to, it shows 4 pages you can arrow through with 6 cards (courses) on each page, however, we have a ton of courses available. To see all courses, you have to click on the catalog name, which is not so intuitive for our users and it makes them feel that there isn’t much content available. Is there a setting that can be changed so when you click on the course catalog, it defaults to all courses being displayed?

Is anyone familiar with an application or custom connector that we could integrate into our Docebo connect platform that allows us to block screenshots?Thank you in advance!

Hi Everyone,I have 2 use cases that I looking for help on Is there an ability for someone to purchase a course for someone else. EX- John wants to gift a course to Sally.' Is there an easy way for someone to purchase multiple seats for their team. EX- John is the manager of a team of 4 and he wants to buy a seat for himself and for his 4 team members.I have looked at the Subscription purchasing model and these two use cases almost seem too simple for it and dont appear to work. its also important that both of the methods be available from the same catalog page and public catalog.Im sure that if there is answer to this question, its a simple one that I should have known, but i appreciate any help anyone can offer :-)Thanks!​​​​​​

Is there some way to get a list of users that have never been active? In trying to filter the Last Access Date you are forced to enter a date range or a relative range, but none of those options will find an empty date that shows up as “Never” on the users personal summary. 

Hi - this has been mentioned a few times in a few different places - but it is not screaming at me...are there some references on best practices for how to publish SCORM courses in the Learn platform?Like screenshots that I could turnaround and share from popular tools like Storyline/Rise/Captivate?SCORM 1.2 and 2004 seem to work nicely for me in terms of imports into Learn from Storyline. I typically use Completed/Incomplete with exports to - this is the one I have concerns about - should we be sending success (PASS/FAILED) instead of Completion. Or a blend? Passed/Incomplete? Is there a recipe that will help to get a training material to report out quiz interactions in a reproducible way? 

Is there an easy way to eliminate the extra details of the course? we have used custom content boxes and linked directly to the url but i am curious if there is another option.  

Hi! I can’t find how to allow managers to enroll team members to a course in a catalog that both the manager and employee have access to. It is not showing on the options of courses under my team > enroll to courses. I tried looking it up in the knowledge base as well. Am I missing a step? thanks all!

I want to be able to create a course equivalency between “Course A” and “Course B” and I want to create an equivalency between “Course B” and “Course C.” However, I do NOT want Course A and Course C to be equivalent.Is there a way to do that?

I want to be able to add materials to ILT courses so that they are available to use by the instructor at the time they want to make them available to students. I don’t want the students to have access to those materials until they are “unlocked” by the instructor for the entire class so that the instructor can keep the students attention on the right thing at the right time. This of this like distributing “Paper” hand outs during a class. In some cases, instructors want to pass out one item at at time, just when it is needed. I want to do the same with electronic “hand-outs” during ILT class. This will allow me to provide consistent materials to local instructors to use during class which provides a more consistent program gobally, convenience for the local instructor and keep the students attention focused on the right thing at the right time. is there away to do this?

Hi - I would like to understand how you manage the assignments for Global courses, especially with multiple instructors to evaluate the assignments. How your instructors identified the learner’s location/region details? Currently, we approached the branch/group conditioning in our email settings, and it addressed just 30% of the requirement. I’m not sure if we can still drill down on the email settings. Is there a way we could include the learner's branch information or location in the user interface (Learner Assignment) or the email settings as below. I think it's impossible. But still wondering is there any workaround for this use case. The email should say: “The learner [user_name] from [branch_information] submitted the assignment for the course [course_name] on [assignment_date]”. Appreciate your input and suggestions.

Hi all,Does anyone know if it’s possible for a My Team manager to change an enrollment deadline after it has been set? They can set the deadline as shown in the screenshot below, but there doesn’t seem to be any way for them to change it afterwards.  

Hi!  I am wondering if there is a way to create a report that will show which learners completed elearnings within a certain timeframe as well as the answers that they chose.  I already have a report that shows completion date within the last 90 days, course result and course score.  I would like to be able to add to this report. Thanks!
