TL;DR: 6 month program with e-learning and ILT requirements biweekly. How should I set it up?--I have a program,  set up as a Learning Plan, that includes a number of instructor led sessions. The learners need to attend a session every other week on Monday, Wednesday, or Friday. There are required e-learning courses that need to be taken BEFORE attending the equivalent ILT session.What I initially set up was a course per week, with the training material - e-Learning and then 1 event with three sessions. Here are the problems I’m having and would love your advice:The learners want to block out their calendar for the next four months of class, but if I make the previous class a pre-requisite to the next one, they can’t get to the session information to add it to their calendars. After several months of working on this, we found an issue that we can’t seem to overcome and are looking for assistance. I’m reaching out to the community before I go to support because I figure there might be some smart individuals out there who already encountered this. Here’s the scenario:A Learning Plan is created and Courses Alpha, Bravo, and Charlie are added. Data is exported into PowerBI, and the “Learning Plan Courses Table” shows courses Alpha, Bravo, and Charlie are all associated with the Learning Plan. Is there a way to call the users API and have it return all users that have their lang_code = null?  

I was hoping someone could help me with a question we’ve been struggling with.It seems at some point around February most new users were no longer being updated with a ‘direct manager’ field despite providing this information in our daily FTP user upload. I wonder if something changed in the backend that severed this link between users in the system. The strangest thing about it is that it doesn’t seem to happen to all new users, just a vast majority starting from around this date. I’ve looked everywhere and I can’t seem to find the culprit in our CSV upload settings or user provisioning. Has anyone else encountered a similar problem? Thanks for any advice!

I’m having some trouble getting my users to be able to see their certificate… We added certificates after the fact and I have about 150 folks who need a digital copy of their certificate…  I manually awarded the certificate for upon completion of a learning plan.. but the download certificate is not showing up…  Any idea what I should do? Anyone else having this issue?

Hello,We are going to begin using Docebo at my company soon. We publish many SCORM courses from Storyline, and for most of them it makes sense to select “Completed/Incomplete” under “Report Status to LMS as...” Our current LMS doesn’t register whether a course was passed or failed, even though that would have been a nice option for our tests. Since we’re moving to Docebo I need to know what the option are: how does Docebo treat each different LMS Reporting option? In particular, does Docebo register something as Passed or Failed? There are four total options:Passed/Incomplete Passed/Failed Completed/Incomplete Completed/FailedScreenshot attached. Thank you in advance. 

This isn’t really Docebo related, but I’m hoping it’s ok for me to use this platform to seek some advice.  I know most of you are in the same field that I am, so this seems like the best spot to get input.  I’m looking into possible succession planning software, and I was wondering if any of you have a platform that you love?  Extra points if it has a performance management module that you love, as well. Not sure if this is possible, but it would also be awesome if there were an option that could connect to Docebo somehow. Thanks for any assistance!! 

I’m aware that we can disable My Skills functionality completely to get rid of the pop up saying that you need to add your skills to your profile, however, the thing is… we want to be using My Skills - just without the pop up.The unfortunate thing about it is that after you finish adding your skills, you get redirected to All Channels, which is also something we don’t want - especially for new users, who see this pop-up as the first thing after they log in and then get redirected to a page that is not even our home page (and is generally not in use).Is there any way to disable this pop up using CSS or something else but without disabling the My Skills channel?Thanks!

Hi,I have multiple users who are experiencing the same issue:Rise course was started I, instructional designer, loaded a new version Rise course was started again, and now it’s a blank screen.Users have cleared cache and closed and reopened browser. I replicate the issue when I log in as the user in their accounts on my computer, where I don’t experience the issue.  Can I clear server-side cache? What options do I have? Preferable ones that don’t requires the learner to redo all the course content.

It also seems like it is only available from the learning impact side of the product...which seems like it is a disconnect to me.Any way to have users mark themselves as attending via the same mechanism without buying into Learning Impact??????

Hello!I am wondering if anyone is experiencing issues accessing ILT & VILT via the Go Learn app?As an organization, we are trying to offer more flexibility to our members so I started testing and I cannot make it to work. I followed all the instructions listed in the knowledge base articles including ‘Managing Webinar Tools for VILT Courses on Mobile’. - We are using Zoom. I have the zoom app downloaded on my phone--- but I am not getting the notification and the ‘join the webinar’ button to show up on the app. The notifications are displaying properly on the platform and via the email.  I tried setting up notification to display ‘at the time’ of the event and also 15 minutes prior to the event, and still no join button on the app. I know it is hard to troubleshoot from this minimal amount of information but maybe you have an idea about what am I doing wrong? I’m configuring SSO via OIDC using Salesforce as the Identity Provider (as documented below).  I’ve run into a problem where the redirection to SF works, and upon redirecting back after successful authentication the Docebo UI says “Something Went Wrong.”     I’ve just had support come back to me and say that they can’t help me troubleshoot this super informative message and that I should work with my AM to engage PS.Our group is quite technical, and this seems like an unusually unhelpful response since the logging on what went wrong isn’t exposed in the UI.   Looking for a sanity check on anyone else who had problems with OIDC setup initially - did you get support or did you have to pay for a PS engagement?  

Dear Community, We tried to upload a mp4 video file of length 6:50 and the file size is 268 MB. When we uploaded the training material into a course, it plays only for 3:20 and the remaining part of the video is not uploaded. When I tried again, it worked fine, but still some of the power users in the system are facing this issue. Does anyone know how to resolve this issue.

Hi,is there a way to target a specific page via custom CSS? Like changing font or hiding stuff only on that page? I thought of using page IDs, but inspecting pages with the browser inspector I can’t find any reference to them.

Has anyone had experience of conducting an organisational Training Needs Analysis, and if so what tools/platforms did you use?

I’m looking for a best practice to configure ILTs in the system in a way that will ensure that participants register for all classes for multiple day ILTs.The difficulty is that we offer several configurations of ILTs, like an ala carte menu. For example:Class A Class B Class C Class A+B+C Class B+CRecently, we hosted a training with A+B+C, and had a terrible problem with participants not registering for all three, resulting in more people in attendance than expected. Clearly, we could create one ILT that combines all three, but sometimes we need to only offer class A, or class B. Further, we may need to run a report on all participants that have completed any configuration with Class B, for instance. Because they have to register for a session in the ILT, I don’t think creating a learning plan for each configuration would work. Has anyone figured out a solution for this problem?

I’ve noticed the message displayed to a user at login with a simple username/password mismatch seems to be the same as if they have tried to login with a deactivated account.Is there a way to customise the message to indicate the account is deactivated rather than the same generic message for an account username/password mismatch? I would rather they approach a solution to their problem differently than a simple username/password mismatch.I’ve looked in the localisation tool and the translation for the language I use and cannot see a way to adjust, or if there is a specific message I can use to modify.Any pointers appreciated.

Dear community, You might help in my course configuration. I am currently creating a course which aims at sharing best practices to improve one’s learning process. This course consists in a small video, followed by a discussion on the tips that were presented into it. I would like learners to share their best practices right after watching the video but unfortunately the forum only appears below the course description and not after the course itself. Hello, I am looking into the possibility of using slide converter to upload slides and allow users playing them without the need of download.I gave it a try with slide converter but media in the deck do not play. Is it supposed to work this way or am I missing something?thanks.Elena

 If staff have been enrolled to a course but have not attended, when we put on another session how do we get the enrolment  notification to send to the same group  without unenrolling  and loosing records of staff who completed the training?

Hello I have a problem/question about ILT course.In our last ILT course, that will be in-class, I want the learner to be able to go on the platform to take the final test. So i want to add a training material that is only available for the people enrolled in that session and only during a specific time. So lets say the session in tomorow from 10:00 to 18:00, I would like if the training material could unlock from 16:00 to 18:00.Thank you for the help in advance !

Hi!Will the notification User has been created (by administrator) work for users created by migration from another platform? We use SSO for our users and they automatically get migrated over, I assume by an API or some kind of data sync? We are doing auto enrolments for some courses that are required for our industry and we would like to send some kind of auto “welcome” email when users are created so we can explain what the LMS is, what courses they have been enrolled in etc.

I’m using mac and for some reason I can’t record voice though screen recording launcher. have anyone experienced this issue?
