Hello all,I’m new to managing Docebo for my institution and have a quick question:Is there any way to exclude a course from the “Certification has expired” notification?I’m trying to set an ILT course up where people can obtain an updated certificate at any point they decide to re-enroll in the course and be trained on the material again. As of right now, I’ve found that they can unenroll themslves, and re-enroll themselves to then sign up for a training session. Though, it seems that when they’ve completed their training and are marked “Complete”, their certificate still shows the previous completion date.I know I could bypass this by utilizing the retraining/certificate renewal feature, but I don’t want users getting a notification to renew this certificate when it’s not required.I can’t wait for the new enrollment archiving feature to launch, but in the meantime, got any tips or solutions for this?Thank you in advance!

Is it possible to give users the ability to sort search results by tag just as we can in the Docebo community?  

I’m interested to hear ideas on how or if this type of idea is possible. I have read through several resources but so far haven’t found exactly what I need:Concept: Housing user performance information within the user profile as an additional field (potentially) that is invisible to the user but visible to their direct supervisor (not all supervisors).Some ways I thought about doing this:Additional field with the file uploaded to the user profile that’s invisible -- BUT this would make it visible only to superadmins and therefore their direct supervisors would not be able to view the field.  Some type of sub branching -- I think this will likely be my best bet but I’m having trouble wrapping my head around it and determining the best way to go about it without causing serious nesting situations that could become out of the control in the future. To clarify - the performance information I would like to include would be a file t

Hi everyone,Is there any way for a user to access information about their manager, such as the manager's name, in the Docebo platform? Currently, it appears that only the manager has visibility of their team members. However, I am interested in finding out if team members have any access, even if limited, to at least view the name of their manager.

Hi all.Maybe I’m missing something but I cannot navigate in the Custom reports builder menu - i can only look at the first page of entries; i don’t get any options to progress through the list. i’ve tried it on a couple of browsers & it doesn’t get any better.Has anyone else seen this? i was going to submit a ticket but i wanna see if anyone else has experienced this first.Regards,Nate 

Hello, I am wondering what is best practice for updating training material with a newer version when their is multiple training materials attached to the course and the learner has already started it? For example, we launched a critical care education that has multiple modules. About 2 weeks later we had to update it for a newer version but some individuals have started on the old version and I don’t want to make them start over the modules they completed but I need all training materials to be the current version for future learners. Any guidance and suggestions are appreciated. Thank you,Jodi 

Hello! I am not sure why, but I am having trouble uploading a new SSL certificate to replace the expired one. I removed the old certificate to upload the new files but hitting the save button does nothing. Further, I was expecting the platform to notify me of the expiration of the certificate...now we are at a hard down because I can’t get the SSL certificate uploaded. Is there a resolution to this problem?

Hello,  We are implementing a new Full Staffing Solution and plan to use Docebo to train our internal team how to use it.  This will be the first time most of our team has been introduced to Docebo and I am interested if any of you have used this platform to train your staff in a similar project. I want to ensure that I set up the courses to get the most out of the platform, ensure that the learners are engage and retain the information they need to be confident in using the software to do their jobs effectively.  TIA for your help.  Of course looking at DU as well. 

Hi,I was wondering if anyone has integrated Docebo with a video provider such as Panopto or Kaltura?

Our IT team wants us to move from our current web conferencing service in Docebo to Microsoft Teams. Reading the Docebo for Microsoft Teams integration documentation, only an account paired with the Docebo for Microsoft Teams integration can be the organizer of an event. However, we use shared mailboxes for LMS services like the help desk and, up till now, web conferencing. But Microsoft Teams accounts can only be created for users/services. Does anyone with experience using the Docebo for Microsoft Teams integration have any issues with revealing the meeting organizer's identity? Overall, are you satisfied with using Teams with Docebo? Or would you prefer something like Zoom if you had the choice? Would it be worth the effort to fight to keep what we have?Tusen takk!

I am wondering if I am missing something or if there is a limitation here. I am trying to create a group where we need everyone with field Company = 20   and Job ID field = is equal to any of a list of 100. Because of the way this is setup I can’t figure out a way to use one group. I have to create 10 groups with 10 job ids. Is there a better way to do this?   

We run a First Aid at Work qualification course that requires requalification after 3 years.  However, the requalification course (2 days) is not the same as the original course (3 days) and therefore the usual certification process does not work.  To complicate matters further, once qualified, the First Aider is required to complete an annual refresher course on each of the two intervening years prior to requalifying.When the user has requalified for the first time, they can then requalify every 3 years by attending the 2 day requalification course but they still need to complete the two annual refresher courses in the intervening two years.  We are struggling to set this up so that, on becoming qualified, the user receives reminders to enroll on the annual refresher courses each year and then to enroll on the requalification course.   We also want the First Aid at Work course/qualification to be listed/reported as a certification.Any ideas? Hi,  I am building an academy that serves several different product lines. I have branches for each product and would like users to land on their respective Homepage that I created for each product. I have been able to create separate menus for each branch, and those show up properly for the different branches, but I can’t figure out how to change the default homepage.

Hello allIs it possible to implement multiple SSOs, where each company in the company group can access a Docebo platform, from its own AD?

We need to know how many learners who have selected a language other than English are completing our English e-Learning courses.  I have not found a way to pull that data into a report and am told by support that it’s not possible in Docebo.  Does anyone else need learner language data in reporting?  We are trying to decide what languages to translate learning into and having this information enables us to target our polling.

Is there a way to include the Ask the Experts Q/A feed for a channel ON the given channel?

Is the Notification Events and Details document no longer available for download?  We have to come to the help site to see it each time?  I have a version downloaded from 2 years ago that I downloaded and moved to excel to keep track of which events were used and the verbiage in the body of the email so that it was a collaborative working document.Please tell me that I am just missing an updated downloadable document!!

I have courses that will be consumed at multiple organizations, each with their own timelines/expectations for due dates. Some will be relative (3 months from enrollment), some will be absolute (12/31/2023). How can I have different due dates for the same courses depending on the user? I would like to handle this using enrollment rules.From what I can tell, the dates are all course-specific, but I can’t believe that there isn’t a request for the same course to have different due dates depending on the learner user. We are not using Manager/Team member functionality. Thank you!  

Hi - We have a learner who’s due to renew his Certification, he accessed the courses from ‘renew link’, however, upon completing some of the courses, his progress was not recorded, hence, status was reset to ‘Enrolled’. Has this happened to anyone else? How to resolve the issue?

Hi all! Wondering if anyone knows how to reduce the level of padding between the widgets? The widgets here are custom content boxs and then the catalog widget. Ideally, they would be less far apart so there is less scrolling required.  

Hello,I’m attempting to use the Localization tool to change the phrase “You have failed the test” to something stating the test percentage.I’m trying to use a variable to achieve this - I’ve tried [score] [percentage] [scorePercentage] [totalScore] and [scoreCount] in both regular and curly brackets, but none of them have worked :(Any ideas? Any help is deeply appreciated! 

We have D,C + S enabled and are still in our pilot phase, so still learning what is possible. We cater to 3 audiences: customers, partners and employees, and allow all learners to create playlists. The issue we are facing is that the learners want to share their playlists with others, but for privacy/security reasons we can’t enable the “share with people in your channel and subdomain.” This means they can’t see anyone to share with, and we are getting questions about how they can do this. Am I missing something or is there no way for people to share playlists without the learner being able to see every registered learner? 

Hi all!Any way to replace or cover this “wheel” graphic showing the percentage someone got on a Test?I am attempting to replace the text using the Localization tool, but would love to cover the graphic with something else and hide the final score percentage! We want the buttons to still be visible/usable as well.Thank you for any help in advance! 

We are a Utility Company for Gas and Electric Services for the city.  We maintain the Electricity and Gas for our Customers.  With that said we have lots of people who work in the field who have to Qualify to perform certain tasks.  We call that Operation Qualifications.  Basically if you haven't passed what we call a KNT online course and shown by means of a PEF (Performance Evaluation - someone seen you do the task in person) then you can't do the task.  We maintain this information on who is qualified to do such a task and reports are ran daily to show the information that is updated.  People have to requalify depending on the task either every 12 months, 24 months, 36 months, 60 months.  Wanted to know if Docebo can output the following:OC / Division Reports•    Reports that show the qualifications and positions for either the Operating Center or Division•    Example: Fleet shop, Damage Prevention•    Suggested solution for Docebo: consider findin
