We use the restrict domains field to allowlist domains for our users to self-register. As a result of a platform migration, we’ll soon have hundreds of domains to add. Does anyone know of a way to add these domains en masse? I’ve tried separating the domains by comma and semicolon, but neither are working for me. 

I have searched and consulted with Docebo on this one.  We put our instructor names in an additional field.  Within the course properties > details - What is the benefit of putting the name of the instructor in the session instructor field?  Is there a report that exports that info?  The reason for my ask is that we had double-booked an instructor for the same date and time without knowledge.  One of our other instructors saw the conflict when she was pulling her attendance info for the 2 days.  I tried to find a report that would give me what instructor is assigned to what session/event and couldn’t find anything.  Support gave me a work around; however, it’s not a pretty export and I have to do some major clean up.  Just wondering….thanking you in advance for your input and insight!!

Based on what I’m reading in the help guides I should be able to edit skills by clicking the ellipses in the skill’s row.  However, I’m not seeing the ellipses to do so.  I only see the unassign option.Is this a change in skill management or am I missing something?

Our users log in using their company email addresses as the Single Sign-On identity. We’ve noticed that when users post comments in the Forum/Comment widgets within the courses, their usernames appear as their company email, which reveals their identity. As we work with multiple clients, it is essential to maintain user privacy and ensure that their identities remain hidden from on another. Is there any way we can anonymize these usernames, without having users manually create a identity-hidden username? Is it possible to randomly generate usernames for the forum purposes? Any insights, recommendations would be appreciated!

Hey community! I have some assets that were uploaded out of order to a channel and I wanted to see if there was a way to either edit the creation date to use the Newest to Oldest Sorting method or manually set an order of appearance for assets in a channel. Thanks for any help!

Hello DoceboiansI was just wondering what you are using when creating your certificates to make sure your text is appearing correctly on your certificate. As an example, the following code was used:<div style=”width: 1810px; height: 2560px; margin-top: 600px; margin-left: 50px; position: absolute;”><p>[firstname] [lastname]</p><p>[coursename]</p><p>[date_complete format:”d F Y”]</p></div>When looking in the wysiwyg editor this did exactly what we asked of it, however in the certificate preview and certificate download, although it gave the correct information, the text was placed at the top of the screen with no left margin and had moved down only 50px.Has anyone else had similar issues?What did you do to align the text in your certificates with your background image?Any tips you are happy to share?

Hi. I’ve added a HTML/WYSIWYG Widget with custom styles. In web everything is fine, but in mobile app custom css doesn’t work.Are there any ways to make it work?

Hiya,We’ve run into a challenge and wanted to see if anyone else has experienced the same and/or has come up with a fix. TLDR - Deactivating instances breaks the login page for front end learners, and we can’t redirect to the default platform login. We have an Extended Enterprise setup and we use our instances for client projects. Two projects are moving back to the main platform (Branch) and we’re in the process of deactivating the instances.For both of these projects/instances we need active learners to still be able to login via the main platform and we don’t want to have to email everyone and say there has been a URL change.Subdomain InstanceThis instance was setup as a custom subdomain and we use a domain registrar to create a CNAME record pointing to our Docebo URL. After deactivating the instance, when front end users went to the subdomain URL they encoutered a broken Docebo login page. Docebo support

Hi all. I am trying to create a course that finishes with a test. I want the learner to have an option to watch one of two videos before having access to the test. Nothing jumps out at me as to a way to do this, but I wanted to see if anyone had any ideas here. The videos are exactly the same, but in different languages. Thanks!

Hello Docebo community! I have a question regarding reporting on quiz answers. I am trying to use Docebo to do some user testing. I have set up a course where users complete a sorting activity, then watch an instructional video, then complete the same sorting activity again. The purpose of the course is to see if watching the instructional video causes people perform better on the sorting activity. Thus, I would like to compare people’s results from the first activity to the second activity.  Right now, I have set this up as a course with three separate SCORM files that I made with Articulate Rise. The first file is a quiz which contains the sorting activity, the second is a lesson which contains the video, and the third is a quiz that contains the sorting activity again.  I cannot figure out ho

As a requirement, we are trying to connect Docebo session with VMWare platform. Knowledge base articles explains how to do it in the portal. But the user requirement is to do it from the API call. After raising support ticket with the team, we got to know that this feature is not available in production environment. Hence sharing this to implement it in the future.

Hi there !May be you can help… I hope :) I would like to create a sort of CVdatabase for Instructor with some additional fields (like : area of expertise, skills...). It would be very helpfull for admin to be able to search an instructor who is the perfect match to ensure a training.So I have created additional fields and set the visibility for the Instructor branch. I was wondering if there is a way for the instructor to update those fields and to maintain data quality ? Because there is a lot of instructors in teh database and it will be very complicated for admin to maintain the data? Thank you very much, CG

Hi everyoneI have set up a custom report, using Courses - Users, to monitor completion progress on a specific list of courses.  I want to report on four courses, three of which are e-learning and one is ILT.Using FILTERS I have identified the four courses and selected All Types (Course Types).  However my report is only showing the e-learning progress.  The ILT course is not mentioned at all.What have I missed?

Hi. Do I need to create two User Enrolled into a Course notification if the course is being assigned to both users and power users? I read through the Notifications Knowledge Base article and believe this is what I need to do, but wanted to confirm before I possibly create notifications that I don’t need.  

Hi all, we’re having a weird issue where some people are getting blank buttons on assets in channels when they should obviously have the share, download etc in there. I’m thinking the best way to fix this might be to change the colour of the icons within those buttons maybe? Anyone know what CSS would work for those?

Hi there,We have been given access to some AICC courses with the caveat that they must remain hosted on the providers site. Some LMS’s (Moodle for example) allow you to add AICC URLs directly as a learning type but Docebo does not. Not to be deterred, I ploughed on and discovered that I could publish as AICC with a URL via Articulate storyline and low and behold it worked! I am able to launch the material on the remote site. However, I get an error. The error relates to the lesson status communication between the two systems, specifically cmi.core.lesson_status. The admin of the provider site has informed me that the following are allowed: incomplete, failed, complete passed and not started.She also informed me that ‘sometimes it sends null which isn’t an allowable response. I can’t find what status is used by Docebo but I’m guessing it is null.I’m frustrated to be so close. I’m just putting it out there in case anyone has any experience wit
