I am seeking the communities input on the following scenario. I am open to your thoughts, suggestions, best practice considerations, or other helpful ideas.We recently assigned a course with two training materials. The 1st item was a SCORM package created in iSpring, and the 2nd came in the form of a Docebo test. We assigned the course to employees with a course limitation of three attempts (Advanced Settings > Details > Maximum Number of Attempts). As soon as we enrolled employees, reports came in that some had failed the quiz three times and were locked out. While I know that I can reset the progress for the quiz, I discovered that doing so appears to wipe out their previous attempt history and their item responses. We are hoping to hold on to the latter as we need to review and provide future education based on specific response trends that we have seen.How have you handled building tests with a cap on the number of attempts?  Is th

We started using Docebo a few months ago, and are slowly approaching 10k unique users. We have enabled OAuth2 for user authentication.Since launch day we are used the user's e-mail address as the username. However we are developing several integrations that require the username to be the OAuth2 subject claim instead.Experiments shows that choosing the username attribute “subject claim” (“sub”) works fine for new users, but the existing users still remain with their e-mail address as username.Does anyone know of a method, API endpoint, or have tips on how this can be updated for the existing users?

When I set up an Enrollment Deadline, will the user get reminders as the deadline approaches and when the deadline has passed? I don’t want the users to get bombarded by a ton of reminder emails. When a user is In Progress, what happens if I set an Enrollment Deadline?   

Hi, I’m in the process of developing a new course request collection technique. Right now, we are using a formatted word document to collect the data we need to build courses. While this works, the docs tend to disappear in outlook folders a week or so after the request is made. We want a centralized request forum. While we could use survey monkey, Qualtrics, or Forms, I was wondering if there was a way to integrate something like this directly into our customers’ dashboards? Has anybody done this? 

I have a SCORM module that I use in a number of courses as part of the various new employee orientation options. The module was uploaded to the Central Repository. How do I run a report on the SCORM module itself to see the finish rate by the various learning paths, or see everyone who has attempted the module in the various courses where it’s included without having to run the report course by course?Thanks!

Hi,Some of our users will reference a training after they have viewed it once and taken the quiz. If a user go back to the training and try to watch it again, does it erase their previous status and quiz score?

Is there a setting to notify the instructors when they are enrolled? If they enroll as a user, they receive a notification but they can not access reports.If I add them as an instructor, they don’t receive an email. The only notification I saw was for instructors to get notified when participants enroll and that’s not what I am looking for.TIA!

I have a role based page that is displaying three course catalogs as part of their overall learning plan to advance in their position. Some of the courses in the catalogs are not self-enrollable, they must wait until new cohorts start before they are enrolled. For my Power Users, they are able to see these courses in the catalog as locked. Which is what I want. BUT for regular learners, it doesnt show up in the catalog at all. Im trying to figure out how to make it so they can see the locked courses 

Hello all!My organization grants certifications in specific subject matters, which contain a mixture of eLearnings, webinars, and ILTs. In some cases, there are equivalent courses - for instance, a learner can take an ILT OR an eLearning. For this, we have set up equivalencies, where the eLearning and the ILT are equivalents to a “shell” course inside of the learning plan. The shell course exists since we are using Dynamics to send over enrollment info, and the choice of eLearning vs ILT is done on our eCommerce site.The shell course is an ILT with no sessions, and this works great for marking things complete, but our learners click on the shell course and become confused about how to access their equivalent course. We’ve put in instructions that the course of their choice is in their main dashboard, but this is still not enough. Is there a way to lock users out of clicking into the shell course, but still have it within the learning plan for completion? We are hoping

Hello! Is anyone using the Shopify integration who’d be willing to share what you’re doing? We’ve had problems with the way products/courses display and were hoping that someone in the community may have figured out a work around. 

I'm having trouble quickly seeing within a course, what branches/teams have been auto assigned to that course. What's the workflow here? How can I see in a course what branches have been assigned, and which of those assignments are automated vs. one offs?

Hi all,We are going to be rolling out our first iteration of gamification in the next month. We’ve got our strategy planned on the Docebo end regarding how we’ll assign points and badges; however, we’re trying to find a solution for actually administering the shop itself so that the maintenance of inventory and shipping burdens aren’t too large for our admin team.Has anyone used a vendor in conjunction with points & badges in Docebo to get “stuff” to employees? Any ideas for best practices in administering a rewards program?Thanks in advance!

I have 3 videos in one course. The learners only need to view one video to achieve completion.Is this possible for eLearning?

Hello! We are in the process of updating our notifications and I wanted to see if anyone has found an easier way to manage notifications, rather than creating your own separate spread sheet from Docebo?The layout Docebo provides for Notifications is limited so once you start implementing multiple notifications, it’s hard to keep track of the details. Anyone else have a work around? Thanks! 

Hello Community! Our company is in the final stages of launching Gamification officially, but we are having trouble determining how the system converts points to coins so that we are appropriately allocating for the Reward Shop. We first opened Gamification a couple of months back to see how it works and didn’t connect to the Reward Shop and we found that some users seem to have a 1:1 coin vs point ratio, while others don’t. I don’t see where the system allows you to manage that, perhaps in another area of the Admin Menu? Any insight on this would be super helpful, thanks! - Danielle

Hello! I am looking for a workaround to gain better control over the reporting surrounding the Reward Shop and badge allocations to better grow this function of the LMS. Does anyone have any tips other than hiring a 3rd party? Thanks! 

Before we went live with the LMS, we had training in the live system, and looked at badges.  Some were set up but weren’t removed when we went live.  Unfortunately users ended up achieving badges before we had really thought about what we wanted to do in terms of point scoring.  When we realised this we removed all the badges, but unfortunately people who earnt points are now on a minus points figure.Is there a way of resetting points and starting again?

Hello - We have recently launched Gamification and we are finding some issues with the feature… Badges and points can be deleted, coins can’t be deleted.  Reporting options are limited and doesn’t allow you to track coins, only badge points and contests. There isn't a management option where you can track/review user engagement and progress. Notifications are limited in creating excitement for the learner to engage - “You just won a new badge!” or “You are only xx # of points away ...” aren't available.These are the top 4 areas that we have found to be a barrier in hosting a successful gamification. HELP if anyone has a work around for any of these options. We appreciate any feedback available. Thank you! - Danielle  

We have a new program that just rolled out and we are encountering a question with regard to the enrollment period in relation to a Learning Plan. The program is structured to create a cohort of new customers to walk through the learning together. We are allowing up to 20 people per cohort to enroll. The Learning Plan is set up to release one course per week for 4 weeks. Then the learners have X amount of time to consume the content before access is turned off. The enrollment is only allowed through the Learning Plan, not the individual courses. We need to turn off enrollment to the Learning Plan on a set date. In the Catalog Options of Advanced Settings for each course we currently have it set as “Self-enrollments are not available”.  QUESTIONS:If we turn on “Self-enrollments are available during a specific time period” for each individual course, and set the date range, will this open up the course for enrollment independently from the Learn

Hi all - quick question - should this say “events” in this definition in the last sentence, not sessions?My understanding is that the session is the wrapper and you have events sitting under it. This appears to be saying you can have multiple sessions that need to be completed for a course, which has confused me.It may be that they are just talking about different courses and sessions, plural.
