Hi Community!We have been experiencing a lot of issues with our custom reports not being delivered to users. Is this something others are experiencing? If not, how are you setting up reports to get delivered to internal users daily? 

We are new to Docebo and offer Bi-weekly training sessions that anyone at the company can attend on our product and encourage all new hires to join. When setting up the vILT is it better to have 1 session with multiple events under it, only requiring someone to attend one event to get completion or watch the recording. ORMultiple Sessions with 1 event per session? 

Good afternoon from the East Coast.I am aware that all of our organizations are different.We are just kicking off OTJ checklists and I want to make sure I am thinking about it in a clean way.From what I am reading We get multiple opportunities to let people know about an OTJ checklist being assigned with the user level - enrolled in a course, has not yet completed a courseWe get also opportunities from the learning object itself (which in this case is the OTJ checklist).It does look like we will have a centralized person acting as the observer per course. which is good.So I wanted to see, how do you all take advantage of these levels of notification?

That is, I had a power user try to share a /play/ link for a course to someone who was not enrolled in the course (a course with open self enrollment to all users) and that end-user got a 500. I thought this was fixed? Or is it just coming soon perhaps?

We’re looking at using Docebo to support our staff’s regulatory CPD requirements, but struggling to find an elegant solution.Our staff are required to…complete regular self-evaluation and development (rather than prescriptive CPD points/hours) on training they complete both internally and externally, make notes on the learning objectives for a piece of training, and to reflect upon what they have learned and how it was useful to their professional development provide a report detailing their CPD reflections if asked, they’re not required to submit annually etc. So far we’ve been looking at the external training app, but a few of the default fields aren’t really relevant and it’s a bit clunky using it for any internal training too. We’ve also looked at using a Course containing a Survey Item, but that doesn’t seem to be something users can repeat to log new activities.  Wondering if anyone has any similar CPD requ

I want to find users that we’ve put in but who have not done anything…. How can I figure that out? 

Hi all, I’ve got a massive mandatory testing rollout coming up - one of the modules going out is SM&CR and our compliance function have split the module into several different versions, dependent on job role and SM&CR level. Some of these versions are difficult to organise for as they apply to multiple different users with different job titles, branches, departments etc. and the easiest way I could think of organising it all is by setting up a different group for each version (some with quite complicated assignment rules - manual assignment was a no-go, we just have too many people working for our company!) Long story short - is there a easy(ish) way to check:If there are any people in my user list who don’t belong to one of these groups, and If there are any people who appear in more than one of these groups (due to accidental crossover of assignment rules etc.) Thanks as always for

Hello everyone,We would like users to have the ability to post to social media to announce at the point when when they complete a course.I understand that the way users can share on social media a badge they have gained which corresponds to completing a particular course. However, to do this it appears the user needs to go to “My Badges and Points”. We would like to capture the users enthusiasm at the point of course completion. Does anyone have a way they prompt or encourage users to share their achievement from the course completion screen in the course player?Cheers,Jonathan

I’m trying to do a clean up of our system in Docebo and found that many users in one particular branch are assigned to multiple stores (sub-branches). Is there an easy way for me to extract this information so I don’t have to check each individual sub-branch to see if there is a duplicate?

Hi all,I was just wondering if anyone has had any success using 3D games in Docebo. My organization is interested in adding some 3D training material to our site, but we're wondering about integration with Docebo. If you've deployed 3D games in Docebo, please let me know in the comments below. I'd love to know what software applications you use, if you outsource game development, and the final format of the games (SCORM or otherwise) when uploaded to Docebo.

Hi Community!I am about to start work on developing a system of thumbnails with our designer that are cohesive, simple and tell the user what they are looking at without having to open a course/asset. I want to create a consistent brand experience and use the thumbnails to support content management for the different types of content, users and learning objects. Feeling inspired by the share from cshrecengost in the Design and creative ways of using your platform discussion, I’d LOVE to see how you have handled this in your platform. 

I know you can follow a channel, but is there any way to accomplish this for a catalog?  What we’d like to be able to do is get some sort of notification when new courses are added to a catalog that the user has permissions to see.  If not a notification, then some sort of news feed that shows the newest courses that have been published?

Does anyone know if it is possible to run an interaction report that shows you the answers each learner submitted for each question in a SCORM package? I see that the data exists because I can drill down to this level by each learner, but that is very time consuming. I want one spreadsheet that shows each learner, the question, the answer they chose and the correct answer.

Has anyone looked at the CSS options for the New course player?  For example I want to remove the Learning Object type (SCORM). in the old player there is theCSS option to remove this./* Remove the object type in the course player view */div.information.mdl-cell.mdl-cell--10-col.ng-star-inserted > div.info.text-main {display: none;}Not being very adept at this i managed to find where in the code it seems to be displayed, but I have no idea how to convert this to a CSS command..   Also I cannot see which module the course player resides in the localization app (any Suggestions?) 

How would you handle this scenario…..Learner can self enroll in an ILTThe organizers of the ILT are providing food. They want to know your food preferences PRIOR to the event.I was thinking a survey might work? I am stuck on how to make it a pre-work requirement.It would be the only training material option, so the whole ‘make it the first’ is moot. Attendance is still the method for course completion.I might be able to include the URL of the survey in the ILT enrollment notification instead of the training material option. But since I need the responses tied to the course and not shared responses, I don’t know if that will work. The reason for that is what if someone used to eat anything, but now they need gluten free.And then, how do we capture the survey responses? The instructor needs to see it per course. Thoughts?

We added a widget to our homepage for learners to see their required training. You can see I have this both in the “Not Yet Started” and the “Required Training” sections, showing slightly different information in each. I think that the one on the right should have something in the blank area I highlighted, but I can’t figure out what field it is. The module content I uploaded in the central repository has a description as does the course in the learning path. What am I missing?Thanks! 

We have been running for about 6 months. For the sake of discussion “Reports” area = “Old” Reports, and the New Reports are = “New” Reports.Is anyone else having issues with “New” Reports not updating for the last couple of days?DetailEarlier this week we received hard errors when pulling “New” reports. We contacted Docebo and was told it was a known issue. Today I found that “New” reports was working but the data had not updated over the last two overnight runs.Know that the “Old” reports rely on real time data and not the over night run I pulled a report and everything is there.Dave

Hey there community, I was wondering if any of managed to change the text on the “task list widget” tabs. I managed to change top bar color and the text color and “wrapper” color using CSS(see attached image) BUT, I was struggling to change the text where it says “ILT” to something like “Instructor led classes” for example. If I use CSS to hide or disable the whole tab it creates other problems… :( I tried the Docebo Localization tool but no luck there. Any help will be appreciated.thanks a lot!! Nadav 

We would love to have the option to turn off enrollment notifications when doing mass course enrollments via CSV.  The “send notifications” option is available for user management via CSV import shown here, but not course enrollments.The only way we can accomplish that right now is to turn off  ALL course enrollment notifications, run the CSV and then turn it back on, but this is not an option for our Power Users.  Any ideas?  

Hello, I have a large customer managing a large number of ILTs every month. When an employee leaves the organisation they add an expiry date to their user account. What they noted that these 'expired' employees, if they had an ILT session booked in the future, they remain on the booking despite of the fact that they left the organisation. This causes issues as the company has high turnover and busy ILT sessions, so these 'leavers' remain on the enrolment preventing other people booking onto the course if full. Shouldn't inactive and expired users automatically taken out or discounted from the ILT booking? Thanks, Gigi

I have been tasked with evaluating the strategy for using groups and putting together recommendations for new standards, cleanup needed, and governance going forward. I want to start by analyzing the current state. I can see all the groups from the Group UI but can only sort by name. I want to extract Name, Description, Type, and Eligibility Rules. How do I do this? PS. I tried a copy/paste from the UI but I can’t get it to copy into rows so I can sort. Plus, I still would have to open each one individually to capture the Eligibility Rules.Also, I know I can export the users by Group, is there a way to export users for all groups at once? I don’t see any reports with “group” in the user data fields.  

Hello! Is there a comprehensive list available of data fields and their definitions, to use as a reference for reporting? I searched for one in the forums and guides but maybe I’m looking for the wrong thing. Thanks!Kristen

When managing enrollments, it shows the users “username, first name, last name, email, enrollment status, enrollment date, start of validity, end of validity, and sessions”  Is there a way I can see the company they are from? Can I change the fields that are displayed?

Hi, I am looking for any recommendations for the following scenario:Our external customer require us to provide certificates to them to prove our employees completed a training. The certificate expires after 5 years for example. Since it expires, a certification (in the certification and retraining app) would be ideal, but it doesn’t produce a physical certificate like the certificates do.Is there a way to make a certificate (associated with a course) expire the way the certification can?
