Can someone clarify please?  If i have a course with scorm file and 1000 people have completed it, when i make an update to the scorm file and upload the new version, will it reset everyone's completion status (i hope not).  Do I need to make sure I set specific settings to avoid a reset to everyone's record?

Is there any way to see a list of courses that are not in any catalogs or a list of courses with their corresponding catalogs? The Catalog setup page is a pain because you can’t search it and your can’t sort it and I want to be sure that every course is in at least one catalog. Am I missing something?Thanks!

I’m about to have somewhere between 300 and 400 short software training videos (lesson and demo pairs) that will live for the most part inside Storyline360-generated Scorm learning objects.  There is a chance we may also need to place some of those into the Central Repository for use outside of the learning objects.  With so many videos, there is a high likelihood that we may need to edit content from time to time and I’m trying to avoid having to replace videos in (potentially) several places every time we do an edit, so I’m intending to iFrame embed our video content in both the learning modules and in Docebo training materials.  Problem - cost. For this many videos, we’re up against the high-end plans for Wistia, Vimeo and YouTube.But, I can load videos into our Docebo Central Repository and use them/view them in any course… so is there a way to generate an iFrame URL directly from the video content in our central repository? And if so, if/when that video is replaced

We have a user whose progress in an elearning module is not properly tracking the LMS. They complete parts of the module, and when they come back to the content - its not complete anymore. Im not sure if its a bookmarking issue on the LMS side or the elearning module - but how can I generate the user logs to review them to see if there are any issues? 

Does anyone know why a power user cannot select a venue when creating an ILT event?  My power user profile has ALL permissions for Course Management, ILT and locations, and can do EVERY step of creating an ILT course/session/event, but in the event when they need to select a VENUE, it is greyed out (screenshot below for power user).What I see as an Admin - the asterisk is red and when I start typing my venue, it auto populates.I do NOT want to give my instructors full admin access just so they can select a VENUE. Can someone verify is this really how it is supposed to work? OR does it ap

If a user is enrolled into a session, they are sent a calendar hold. If we update that session, docebo sends a second calendar hold. If you create say a webex meeting outside docebo and update the time/date it will send an .ics that will update the time/date. Docebo just sends a completely seperate one and this causes 2 calendar holds which is extremely confusing. Anyone have any recommendations on how to deal with this? 

SOLVED:Scratch that - I’ve spotted the folders show as content items in their parent folder - that is not immediately obvious to a new comer!Hey-ho every day is a learning day :-D------------------------------- I have an elearning course and have added a couple for folders for training material - however I can’t do anything with them other than add content via the main add content button. They are noneditable, removeable, orderable etc. which is not what I was expecting according to https://help.docebo.com/hc/en-us/articles/360020080300-Creating-and-Managing-E-learning-Courses.  I don’t see any of those options??

Is there a way to hide the EMAIL function for Instructors in the Instructor widget on the Course Page?  The way the email works, it exposes our instructors’ personal emails and we do not want our Learners to be able to email instructors directly (without going through the platform, etc.).  Is there a way in CSS to HIDE the Email icon maybe?  @Bfarkas I know you have worked some magic with similar “hide” functions in CSS.  Any thoughts?   

Hi all, we’re running the latest updated Go Learn app for our employees and have linked this in to SSO, with the settings all checked on SAML page.  The link to sign in with the SSO has disappeared since the app upgrade…. does anyone know of a fix for this or how to raise the issue as a significant problem?

I’m pretty sure I know the answer to this but I figured I asking couldn’t hurt:Is there anyway to bring back deleted training material from a course or is it gone forever? I’m specifically wondering about a deleted test. 

Is there an API to reset the training material completion for a user or group of users? 

I’m new here but I’m confused that the Zoom Integration change as depicted in the April 2023 Release course on Docebo University (https://university.docebo.com/learn/course/493/play/2331:446/zoom-integration-vilt-completions-breakout-rooms-and-hosts) doesn’t show up in the April 2023 Mid-Month Release notes . When will this change take place? Is there more documentation to help make sense of this upgrade?

Hello Everyone,  I recently observed that my power user has full access to Course management - with rights to create view edit and delete the courses.While creating an E-learning course the PU is unable to add training material? They can add the Training material in ILT courses thoughAnyone faced similar issue and can guide me what I need to change in their access so that they can create an e-learning course. ThanksAmi  

We have a public catalog in which we provide external users with access to specific product catalogs.  This catalog is in our public domain - not our internal domain. I am unable to find a way to arrange the catalogs. Currently, they appear in alphabetical order - the way they are selected in the domain settings for the public page. Is there a way to change the order in which they appear?  Thank you.

I am trying to set up the LinkedIn App for Docebo to allow users to log in using their LinkedIn credentials. Has anyone done this? I have two issues:I am getting an error “The redicrect_uri does not match the registered value” error when the user clicks on the LinkedIn button from the login popup. The Docebo documentation says to put the following in the OAuth settings for the Redirect URL: https:  // yourplatformurl/lms/index.php  which I have done (https://wingsforkids.docebosaas.com/lms/index.php) but that throws the error.  The reason I went down this rabbit hole is because I set up the LinkedIn Learning integration with Docebo and I know it’s linked properly and I have successfully imported a couple of test courses and enrolled some users. But when the user starts the course they get a error message: Oops! It’s not you.

Hello all,My platform is partitioned with another channel of our business and the Admin for the other channel is somehow enrolling all of their newly created users into all of our courses which shouldn’t be (even courses that are blocked to some of our own users purposefully).I am hoping I can get an explanation of how this is happening so I can help that Admin change up their rules, etc. so we can nix this. I can’t really see the setup on their end so any guidance I can get here and then work with them to undo the issue would be much appreciated!

Here is our Use Case:We train customers and partners on our product.  Some of our large customerx want to manage the enrollment of their employees into their private training sessions in our LMS.  They are not instructors and they are interested only in managing which sessions their users enroll in and they do not want to force them to self-enroll.I created a Power User Profile with these permissions:In testing the permissions, I learned that the profile can enroll learners to sessions but can also mark those sessions as complete. According to support, the enrollment permission to enroll a learner to a session cannot be separated from the ability to edit enrollment status which then puts our data integrity at risk if we implement this profile.  Does this seem reasonable?  Shouldn’t those permissions be discrete?  

I can’t seem to find a way that a manager can assign a due date to courses. I know as a admin I can assign 30,60, etc days to get the course complete but this doesn’t work for some situations. Some managers want to assign a specific due date to a course when they enroll teammates. 

Has anyone experienced integrating LinkedIn Learning courses and it not let you put the course in full screen when going through the course? If so is there a way to fix that?
