Hi all,Does anyone know if it’s possible to use CSS to move the survey description to the top? At the moment, it’s positioned below the survey and hidden offscreen as shown in the following screenshot.

Hi there,Can anyone help me with some HTLM code please?I’m trying to create an HTML / WYSIWYG widget looking similar to the one below:I want to have a series of these (in the 3 across formation), in different colours, on a page that can be clicked to go to another page in Docebo.  I am struggling to get it to format properly and stay a uniform size (when the sub-heading text is only one line for example).I don’t want to use a Custom Content widget as these are too big and taking up too much screen room.Can anyone offer me some guidance, or direct me to some online learning resource where I can figure it out for myself?Thanks very much (and Happy Friday!)Sean

I am somewhat new to Docebo, but I am trying to figure out all the tricks and secrets regarding Docebo to make our page and back end as efficient as possible. It was brought to my attention that we don’t exactly use everything the way it was designed, so I am slowly changing our processes and procedures. I am curious to see how the community uses the Course Catalog and, more specifically, the categories tree or how you would set that up? I essentially want a department as the parent category and each catalog corresponding to that department as a sub-category. Any thoughts on the best way to set up/ organize this? I have seen on the Docebo help page below that they almost have what seems like sub-categories under a catalog on the second video example. We have close to 400 catalogs which might be an issue🤣 https://help.

Hello,Can someone help me figure out how to get a field to populate under our Salesforce Organization Chart?Admin Gear> Salesforce Manager> under Synchronize Users>Configure> Organization Chart>Use Additional fields Hierarchy Something has changed with the way our sync occurs and all user are going to one branch. Prior to whatever has changed, they would sync to their respected sub-branch. We have been working with support with no forward movement and are running out of time with the Holiday’s and New Year approaching. The field is available in Salesforce (and has been for years), it is just not populating on the the drop down under Use Additional Fields Hierarchy. We do not know what changed nor our original set up (we acquired the platform, I will be taking a screenshot of all settings once this is resolved to prevent this in the future). I built out a learning plan using content that was pushed into Docebo from Blue Ocean.The problem: Each article is a lesson but the lesson/activity is showing completed before the article is opened. How can I trigger the completion to be after the article is opened?

We have a series of courses that all users are automatically enrolled in, but do not actually take.  Does anyone know of a way to not list these courses in the my activity tab other than putting them under maintenance?

Hi all,Looking for some assistance here. I have six different catalogs for six different teams within my part of our organization. Each Manager of their team wants to people to report on user activity within courses of their respective catalog. Now the obvious solution is to include the Catalog filter in New reports. You can vote for it here:New Reports to include Catalogs | Community (docebo.com) However, until that feature is introduced, what they are doing is going into the catalog then have to enroll in the course just to see the “Reports” button for that course. Hi everyone,I’ve got some ILT coming up soon. I’ve just set up the course, sessions and events within each session - I’m now trying to use the “user enrolled in ILT session” notification to send out some calendar invites but I cannot for the life of me get the notification to trigger!I’ve tested it out with a couple of people on my team - I’ve sent them the course link, they’ve clicked to enrol onto a session...but no notification. I’ve checked notification settings and it looks to be configured to the correct branch/s & the correct course is selected. I’ve tried adjusting the scheduled time for sending the notification a few times but it doesn’t seem to make a difference.Is there a “trick” to these that I’m missing?Any help would be appreciated as always!Many thanks,Rob

Do people have best practices for reporting? I am creating a dashboard (outside of Docebo) and it is hard to get data through the Docebo reporting system - the custom reporting is nice, but if I use the percentages I get from group reporting, it does not include specifics that I need (which the user-courses custom reporting has). Looking to see what other best practices are out there for trying to use the custom reports in Docebo to create a dashboard for company reporting.

From what I am reading and have experienced, new enrollment rules for a group are only applied to new members as they are added to the group. I have some new learning plans that I want all users in an exising group enrolled in. How can I do that automatically? I need to include both the existing group members and new members? 

Hi everyone,I often receive roster information long after the event has happened. When I enroll people into the session/event, Docebo sends out an email with a calendar invite. This creates confusion since the calendar invite is for something held in the past. Is there a way to suppress this from going out on an ad hoc basis? Thanks!

Hello, am attempting to test Stripe SCA as payment gateway. Am fairly certain it is configured correctly (got a “successful” message upon adding email and keys) - but am getting the message noted in the subject line.Any experience or tips with this?

If I have two courses each with course duration set to 60 minutes each, then the learner completes 1 course, will the training time report show 120 minutes of training time if the courses are set to mutual equivalences?

I've been trying to find a company that is using DCS with all the functionality. The Discover part - meaning My Skills, the Coaching part - meaning ask the expert, and the Sharing part - meaning users  uploading assets to channels. At least that is what I think of as the main functions. Could be wrong. If there is ANYONE out there using all the components of DCS can you please DM me? We want to launch this at the beginning of the year but I would be greatly appreciative advice on how others launched at their company. Also to ask what worked and didn't work.

Morning - we run into a problem with leveraging observational checklists out in the field.It is hard to get people beyond that their checklists that are laid out on a paper/pdf form are superior to what can be developed and leveraged in Docebo.So instead of trying to pop that bubble? I wanted to see if anyone has tackled using PDFs and webhooks to trigger an observational checklist completion.Ideally the system becomes the system of record for those PDFs - and we have some means of doing that with assignments.But I am curious if anyone has tried to pop that bubble.
