Currently unable to import user enrollments via the cvs file.  Is there a problem with this function? When I choose to upload the file.  I just get the waiting….. message.

Hello, Community!I’m attempting to use Docebo’s APIs to pull information from Docebo to use elsewhere. I need to pull a list of all enrollments for a given time period (say enrollments created or updated in the last 14 days). In the API browser, I see how I can pull enrollments for a particular course, but not how to pull all enrollments, regardless of course. Has anyone been able to accomplish this using an API who would be willing to offer some advice?Many thanks!

Does anyone know how to report on how many users have shared a badge through the LMS? (i.e. to LinkedIn or Facebook?) I can see who has been allocated a badge, but it would be great to know if people are sharing them. Thanks!

I’m looking for information on whether your organization is aware of the OpenSSL 3.0 vulnerabilities disclosed earlier this month, summarized in CVE-2022-3602 and CVE-2022-3786.  If so, have you investigated whether any of your internal systems are vulnerable and have you mitigated those vulnerabilities if they exist?Thank you!

Hello and Help! ;-) We are a decentralized learning organization. For us, this means that, while I am the Super Admin for LMS, we have learning admins throughout the organization that create, manage, assign, track and train for their departments. While my power users are able to create courses in Docebo, they do not have access to the Central Repository. This is a huge design flaw, as the benefit of the Central Repository is to keep materials clean & up to date where ever they are used. If my admins cannot access it, they are forced to upload new materials every time they create a new course. I’m sure you can see what potential mess this could create. Is there anyone else here that has a similar set up when it comes to managing learning in your organization? How do you get around this system design?   

Good morning everyone.   I have been talking with a few key people in Docebo and after many conversations it has become clear to me that the Product team is not getting a full picture of what key improvements and features are needed by many of their customers.   I would like to start a Sub group that is made up of a broad range of customers from various markets where we can identify what features and functions we need to have the Docebo team work on.    These can be anything from key functionality to bug fix to filling out partially developed functionality. We would need to come up with a list of things we believe should be worked on and in the order of their importance to the overall platform.  We should put together use cases and benefits.   Once we have this then we should sit down with the development team and explain each one of them and show a fully thought out solution and not just a quick fix. I believe that this will help the Docebo product becom

Hello! I’m wondering what is the best way to set up weekly recurring quizzes in Docebo. I have some thoughts, but I’d like to get some ideas from the community! Requirements:I’d like to keep this in a single course so that 1) the link never changes and 2) I don’t want to flood the course management with weekly courses for each quiz.  I’d like to send notifications to complete the quiz every week - likely based on the learner has yet to complete course notification. Going back to my first point, I think this would require me to either 1) manually change users enrollment status from complete to enrolled every week or 2) add a secondary SCORM object that would make the course impassable. Basically, this would allow users to complete the quiz, but the course would stay in progress thereby always triggering the notification. Since yesterday (Sept. 8), all our background jobs are stalled...Cannot import users, run reports, mass enrollments, etc. All seems to be ‘stuck’. We logged a ticket and it has been escalated, etc. Just wondering who else may be experiencing this issue and what if anything you are doing to mitigate this serious service issue.We sent out an alert to all our PU’s to ask them to refrain from logging any new jobs and have aborted all current jobs. This will surely be frustrating for many and will cause some disruptions I’m sure.Thanks all.

Our content team needs to assign items from our course repository, but it doesn’t seem to be an option that I can find anywhere when setting up the profiles for courses.Our content team now has access as a super admin which we want to eliminate if at all possibleI created a power user and gave course edit and view permissions.

Hi all. We’d like to achieve the desired state described below. Does anyone have any ideas on how to achieve this?Current state: We use a “Content language” additional field in addition to the Docebo platform language. This means users wishing to change their language need to change the “Content language” additional field in [My Profile] - [Personal Info] and then change their platform language in [Preferences] - [Language].Desired state: Content language and platform language are linked so that changing the platform language changes the content language as well. Once this is achieved, we would like to activate the following setting in [Advanced Settings] - [Users].“Hide the Personal Info tab except for the avatar image in the My Profile area for all users”. 

As a superadmin, is there a way for me to check a specific page’s statistics to see how many people have visited the page? Thank you! 

We’ve been creating notifications recently, but we’ve run into an issue with the [expire_at] not generating the due date in the text of the notification.We currently have the Days of Validity set to 21 days after enrollment. We also currently have the “soft deadline” set to on - could this be what is cause the [expire_at] to not work? 

Hello, I need to send the certificates issued by the LMS to another system. I looked for APIs in the documentation and didn't find it.Can you tell me if this API exists? Did you do something similar?Thanks.

Can you change the placement of the join session button (or auto expand the drop down box).  users can’t find itIs there a way through CSS or another setting to automatically expand the course/session enrollment page?  We are having two issues: People enrolled in a session do not know to expand the session to get to the Join button when a session starts People enrolled into a course (but not a session) will see a list of sessions (often only 1 session) and not see the Enroll in this session button. Use Case #2 is needed for the new ILT bundles that we want to launch very soon.  Notice in the screenshot below that there is a message that you are not enrolled in a session but we are concerned that someone looking at this page who received a message they were enrolled in this course would also assume they were enrolled in the only session that is listed. 

We have a use case where we want the same Power User to have different course resources for enrollments vs. reporting.For example: In Q4 they need to be able to enroll users in courses 1, 2, and 3 as well as report on courses 1, 2, and 3.  In Q1 they should no longer be able to enroll users in the past courses 1, 2, 3, but now instead new courses A, B, and C.  For reporting however, they need to be able to report on both past and new courses 1, 2, 3, A, B, and C.  It looks like you can only assign one set of resources per power user.  It would be cool if you could assign resources based on the user and profile.  For example:Power User Dave - Enrollment Profile - Course Resources = 1, 2, 3Power User Dave - Reporting Profile - Course Resources = 1, 2, 3, A, B, CQuestion:How do you manage different resources for the same Power

Good morning or afternoon.I’m supporting someone who has 2 ILT courses planned in the coming weeks. I’m trying to figure out a way to create a notification that produces a link that can be used to add the event to the users’ calendars. I’ve been playing around w/ it & the best i’ve done so far is adding a link that opens the Teams meeting directly, which isn’t too helpful. Ideally, what I’d like is to add a calendar item that includes a link directly to the course (so the users enter via Docebo & the system recognizes them as having attended).If anybody has any suggestions or insights I’d sure appreciate them.Regards,Nate

Hi everyone, Does anyone know how to duplicate certificates in the Docebo platform? Is it possible to perform this procedure?  Clarity: I will keep the background image on the certificate. Only the name of the user and the course name will change on completion of the course. 

Folks, today I caught back up with my original sales rep and we were chatting about the past year in review and the look forward. I expressed a dissatisfier was the new My Team reporting outputs…and he suggested a viable alternative can be to consider establishing permissions for a supervisor as a Power User to give them access to the older dashboards in Reports.I am intrigued by this because he mentioned there will be no need to maintain the mapping of supervisor to subordinate as a resource…I hear this? And I begin to think the approach is viable.  To be fair and open? He did mention that “my integration should handle that…”I get I will need to do some magic with pages and menus to support the links to the dashboard…but does this sound accurate? I was under the impression I needed to maintain the supervisor to subordinate as a resource for each and every supervisor…which was one of a host of reasons to not go down this route….including exposing the

Howdy folks - I am asking for an assist with voting up something I find myself passionate about lately - which is the My Team tools.One thing that got a nod of evaluating what it would mean to take on is:My ask - drop a few votes on it if you have interest in an improvement from the top level. When we can get the detail to our managers without them having to drill into individual summaries by better leveraging details that could be in the card view? We are looking to assign Power Users a custom selected course catalog as a resource to enable them to enroll users in only the courses associated with that catalog.  It doesn’t appear this is currently possible?  You can assign a catalog as a resource, but it doesn’t display those courses under “Course Management” for the power user to then enroll users in.You can assign “All Courses and Learning Plans in Visible Catalogs”, but this then gives them the ability to enroll users in any courses associated with any catalog they have visibility into as a user which gives them access to enroll users in additional courses out of scope if our use case.  We only want them to be able to enroll users in the courses from a specific catalog.  The “Custom Selection” Courses & Learning Plans option allows you to select specific courses, learning plans, or categories, but NOT select catalogs.  USE CASE: Ideally if we can give multiple power users access to a specific

Hi! Can only super users see the content marketplace on their admin menu? Or is there a way for power users to see this? I saw this in the “idea” section before but not sure if there’s a way to grant this access now. thank you!

The Skills functionality in Docebo looks great but as global organisation we speak a variety of languages and large numbers (approaching a majority) of our colleagues little or no English. Skills are only available in English at the moment, would anyone else benefit from being able to unlock the power of skills for their non-English speaking users?
