Is there a way to archive enrolments within a learning plan in the same way you can a course? It would be great to be able to remove leavers/in active users from these as the archive enrolment in the course does not work if they were enrolled via a learning plan. It would also be great to be able to filter/ archive etc on the certifications screen.  ThanksLucy

A user sent a screenshot of the "Well done! The course is completed" screen for a course.The problem is: I can't find any record of this completion in Docebo. I've looked at:Users-Courses report Users-Training Material report Audit trail > Enrollment Events > User enrollment status has been changed Audit trail > Enrollment Events > User enrollment status has been updated   Course Management > Course > Reports tab > search for user > click link for user > Is there someplace else I can look at to see the Course Completion?Thank you! 

Is it possible to allow a Power User access to the OpenSesame platform, or a workaround to allow them to preview courses without them being published? The OpenSesame website only allows for the first 5 minutes-ish to be previewed - they need to search and review all courses, but we can do the rest for them. Is the only solution to give them Superadmin access? Thank you to anyone who can help in advance!

Hello all…I need to land on a video hosting partner, and am currently considering Vimeo and Wistia.We’re looking to use the chapter/bookmarking/video menu features of these platforms to improve the engagement in the videos.Questions:Anyone using Wistia?  I can’t find any indication that I can download an xAPI or SCORM file from their servers, which I might need in order to get some of the analytics that we want. Has anyone tested the new Learn course player with either of these platforms, either with embeds or with uploads AND the chapter/bookmarking/video menu features? Has anyone taken this type of video into Go.Learn?Thanks!  I am doing my own research, so will post back here when I have my answer...just to add to the knowledge 😊

Does anyone utilize the Credly to Docebo feature? Specifically referring to the Docebo Connect recipes that are supposed to show/display the badges/credentials in Docebo.  I am looking to see what it looks like in Docebo from a user’s perspective, not necessarily how to do it. I believe you can set it up as External Training, but I am not sure. Is there any way to configure the platform so that learners are notified via email when the recording of an ILT Event is successfully added to the Event by the Instructor? I did not see this option in the list of Notifications.

We have been successfully using OC for the last year, as training material in courses (not scheduled OC)  We have a new location with 2 new courses that we have duplicated previous OC for.  They are not working at all in the new location.  I have tried deleting them, changing the observer to a different manager, typing in that managers name directly and still get the same error.  Anyone dealing with a similar issue. 

Is there a report or API that can be used to get a list of coin and points balances for all or selected users in the system.  I found an API that shows the current user’s totals, but I can’t seem to find where I can check someone else.We need this for accounting purposes to balance our financial exposure and other estimates.

Looking to get rid of the borders on this.  It is a link to a viewable sheet from the Channels, but we have to scroll to get all the information.  I think if we can get rid of the borders it would just about eliminate the need to scroll. Is this in settings anywhere or more of a CSS item?

I have a set of PDFs I MUST maintain that get updated quarterly as reference material for my learners. Slide converting a file 50+ pages is out of the question and the slide converter also does not allow for live links (so users can’t navigate via Table of Contents or other internal document re-directs.Uploading as a file in a course isn’t ideal as the user must re-download every quarter which they are very very unlikely to do.I was thinking that maybe there is a way to upload the PDF in Docebo and use an iframe in the HTML training material to embed a PDF viewer? I have made a few attempts but haven’t found a solution.If anyone has a workaround for a true PDF viewer in-app that would be amazing. (Already submitted/voted for related Ideas).

Does anyone know what happens to a quiz score if learners take the quiz, and then on the admin side, answers for that quiz are changed?

I am excited to explore the updated tool to create smart questionnaires. The “Enabling Evaluations for a Course” help page suggests that I to go to the gear icon and then look for  learning impact/learning evaluation in the Apps & Features area on the admin page. I can’t find it anywhere. What have I missed? 

Hello, I have users enrolled in a Learning Plan with Enrollment Priority set to Mandatory (on learning plan). The courses for the user do not inherit enrollment priority, it’s blank.  Shouldn’t it be accepted and automatic that if it’s a Mandatory learning plan that all the courses in the learning plan should also be Mandatory? Is there a way to accomplish this automatically that anyone can come up with? This is messing up reporting, and our dashboards that report on individual courses and we use learning paths to bucket our courses to make it easier for our users.    

Is there a way to generate a link, either manually or via a button, to a course that isn’t an enrollment link? It just takes you to the course overview?

We have had emails set up for at least a half a year without an issue, and I realized last Friday that some key compliance reminder emails (trigger: Learner has yet to complete a course) and enrollment notification emails (trigger: learner enrolled in a course) had not been sent out since before mid July.They should have been firing.Once I deactivated the emails and duplicated them, they worked fine.I opened a ticket with Support, but I’m wondering if we are the only ones.I put a ‘code’ in the body of each email template, and put the same code in the email notification code within the Docebo UI. We have CCs turned on to a Do Not Reply box.  When I search for some of my email codes I can see that they are firing as expected, but others have not fired since mid July, but they should have been firing at least weekly as part of our onboarding program.

Hello! I’m looking for CSS support in eliminating the details from the course cards in the catalog and learning plan. For example, I’d like to remove the footer, type description, and language. I’ve checked fark.tools and there is nothing included regarding these items. Hi all! I was wondering if there was any type of resource on the overview of the My Teams tab and how to use it? (I don’t want anything about how to set it up) Just an overview of what it does 

We would like to be able to use either Learn Data or reporting within Docebo to report on ALL attempts made on a test. We have tests that allow 2 attempts and then lock the learner out for a day before they can attempt again. Right now, we can only see the combined reporting at the course level. It would be helpful to be able to send scheduled reports to the team that is doing the testing or add the data to our dashboards, so we don’t have to pull the information manually. I have tried to extract and combine the data from the tables in Learn Data, but the prior attempts appear to be saved in a single cell that needs to be split out and reformatted but even when I accomplish that, it is near impossible to get the two tables to line up in the format like you get in the nice report from the course, with all the questions lined up and the answers shown below the question. Does anyone have any advice? 

Hi! Our Senior Leaders are asking if it is possible to customize our learner transcript so that it doesn’t show the course code. We figured out how to use CSS coding to hide the code on the transcript page, but when the PDF is generated, the code is still showing. Is there a way to customize the PDF that is generated?

We have a power user who gets an HTTP error every time they try to upload an MP4 into a course shell. It is not an issue with the MP4 file because other users can upload the same files, and if we log in as the power user, we are able to upload MP4 as well, so we know it is not anything to do with their profile.  Also, they are able to upload SCORM and AICC with no issues.So we are wondering if it has to do with something on the user’s computer?  Has anyone else run into this, and has any idea on what might be the cause?Any help will be appreciated!Here is the error:  

I am developing a virtual workshop. I need to upload multiple files (about 150). Is there a better way than just uploading one file at a time as training material?

Hi all - I’m cautiously optimistic that I’m overlooking something here, and hoping someone can help.We’ve got a course that contains a SCORM file, and in the SCORM file, the learner answers a few questions using pre-defined options. I’ve noticed that I can see these responses at the user level in the “Reports” tab of the course, in Course Management. See the GIF below for an illustration…  My question: Is it possible to extract and export this data at the course level?For instance, I want to see how all 1,659 users who completed the course answered that question, without clicking into each user individually.Crossing my fingers...🤞🏻
