We need a little something - I don’t mind catching up with peers or delivering a talk…but is there an opportunity to meet with “product”? Like product management that can take some feedback back home? It is a little hard to tell from the agenda if something like what I am describing will be available.Can someone update the title please? I do now how to spell..but that is what I get from working on the site while on a mobile device browser.

@erin.brisson answered a general Q to clarify that this course notif logic be design excludes learners in Completed status. (A side ask is please update the KB article and i think the notif grid chart pdf which has unclear wording, something like “assuming they haven’t completed” which is what prompted my Q to Erin).This is a follow-up set of Qs when wanting to send the notif to a user’s manager.When considering using this to send to “Manager”, it’s unclear whether or how to include short codes to display the manager’s name in the greeting and the learner’s username or first/last name. When sending to Manager, as the same shortcodes like “username”, or “first name/last name” the right ones to use? It kinda implies that would display the manager’s name. Or when used and sending to manager, the logic picks the user values for those codes? Confusing UI and KB article or I missed it. I want to use

Reports allow you to sort on one level. Many times it is desirable to add a sort on another level. For example, I can sort on Branches. This is helpful but I would like to add a second level of sort so each Branch is sorted by Username. Is this possible?

Hey there- I’m new to this, so I wanted to clarify my understanding and see what workarounds seem to work best for those who have been doing this more long-term. Our IT department would like our employees to take a course every six months and track the completions. We’re running into a couple problems in thatwe want to keep archival data on taking the course, we want to auto-enroll users, and we want to see if they could be prompted to recertify six months after their individual completion of the course instead of just doing it two general times a year. It seems that the go-to move on here is to create a certification that expires after the time allotment and create a new course for users to enroll in. My concern is that users have to self-enroll, archival data on past compliance completions may be overwritten, it seems likely it’ll just be twice a year for everyone instead of 6 months after the user has completed their first

Hello all!  I have recently pushed out our annual compliance training to 11,000+ of my closest friends and colleagues, and I’m getting reports that certain courses (created in Articulate Storyline and exported as SCORM files) will not load properly.  They just get a blank screen where the loading indicator just spins and spins, but nothing ever loads.  This seems to only happen to users who are using Firefox as their browser, but it doesn’t happen to all Firefox users. When they switch to another browser - usually Google Chrome - it works fine.  I have done some testing, but I’ve not been able to duplicate the issue.  Has anyone else had trouble with this?  

Hi How should I complete a course with a past date? Do I have to create a session? We have new employees  who get a course assigned to them as part of a learning plan, sometimes they may join the company with the certificate already. We were advised to add these certificates via external activities and add the certification to give the correct expiry date. However the course assigned to the user as part of the learner remains outstanding. If I complete the course it triggers it as complete with todays date and gives the new expiry from today so today plus 3 years rather than say June plus 3 years. Is my only way around this to create a session in the past, assign user to session then complete the course?  Thanks

We are not using points in gamification, is there a way to hide the “My Points” reference? 

In the June release, there is a new update release in which the users can send an account deletion request from Go.Learn. The thing is the request is been sent to  “Registrations, lost passwords and background jobs email sender” under the Advanced Setting. I have tested it, however, I found it to be quite hard to digest since the email sender and recipient will be the same. Have anyone explored this and would appreciate having a few points of view here?

One of our learners is getting this error after enrolling in one of our courses - it reads “We apologize, and error has occured. Error initializing the UI: media failed to load - no’media.error’ provided.” I’m not sure if it’s a Docebo issue or maybe something to do with their computer? She seems to be the only one experiencing this issue. 

So in the Advanced Settings > Self Registration section there is an option to make first and last name mandatory for users. We want first and last name to be required for our users, but all of our user provisioning will be coming from auth0. I can make first and last name fields available in the auth0 signup page, but I’m not able to properly set the “additional fields” section of the Auth0 settings to map first name and last name from Auth0 to docebo. When I make the fields required on the Docebo side user provisioning fails. Was anyone able to successfully implement Auth0 with required first and last name? Anybody know a way to debug the auth0 configuration on the docebo side? Audit trail is not helpful here.

Is there a way to download a course description (description, learning outcomes, pre-reqs etc) along with course dates, so that it can be emailed out to prospective learners?

HI all, I have 3 additional fields in my ILT sessions that I need to fill out in the CSV file. I can add them to my CSV file but when I need to map the fields in my CSV file with the Docebo available fields there are no available fields. How can I get them added?

In order to capture the audience, and all the metrics needed for our ILT courses, we’d like a shareable registration link for each of our ILT sessions. Currently, folks can share the zoom link and content, outside of the LMS, thus circumventing the system and not allowing us to count them as a trained individual. For Docebo, this is reducing the number of active users/month - something that may have an impact on revenue.

The goal we are trying to accomplish is to have a site with widgets (already built in docebo) that is the landing page for an Extended Enterprise. The goal is to have people able to view this page without needing to sign in. So far, it looks like this is impossible. Does anyone know a workaround?

My boss would like to know the total number of sessions recorded on our site for a one year period. Does anyone know if there is an easy way to calculate this? I see that you can set a date range in the Admin Dashboard, but doing so doesn’t seem to have any effect on the range shown in the “Recent activities” area. Any advice would be greatly appreciated! 

HI, I need to update the  Additional field which currently set to a Date and having Data type set to Date to Null through API. Anyway we can do it?

This is kind of a follow-up to the Swagger API post that’s “Related”.  Is there anywhere that the raw Swagger API information is available?  As part of our implementation we are needing to use the API quite a bit. It’s much faster to implement calls against the API if we can generate our connection objects using a Swagger endpoint, rather than needing to code each interaction from scratch.  I believe it was called out in the other thread that the API Documentation is generated from Swagger. Is there a way for customers to access the same Swagger endpoint as that used by the Docs?

I have an observation checklist where the responses were entered incorrectly and the manager approved prematurely. Now there is no way for the user to retract or manager to reject, so the user/learner can alter the response.I’ve unenrolled and re-enrolled, but the old response is still reflected/observation checklist automatically shows complete even with new enrollment.Is there any way to retract/reject an observation checklist once submitted and approved?Is there a work around?Any feedback/assistance is greatly appreciated!

SFDC gurus - is there a way in the API call to add users to an automatic enrollment group based on an SFDC campaign? Hopeful, but doubtful.  

Hi everyone! I’ve just started implementing badges for our organisation. I would like to know if a badge that has already been given to a learner that completed a learner plan would be removed from this learner if you add further courses to the existing learning plan.

Hi everyone,I think I’m missing something that’s likely right in front of me. I want to automatically assign an eLearning course. I know how to create a group and enrollment rule, but where do I select the criteria for “course is due in xx days from assignment”? Thanks!

Is there an option or workflow for the bulk removal of users from an assigned learning plan? We have several hundred users who received the wrong assignment and I can only find an option to unenroll them from the courses via the bulk csv file.

I have a Course Catalog consisting of 67 Learning Plans. These learning plans are self paced so on week 1 the user is enrolled in week 1 and once they've completed that they're enrolled manually in week 2 and so forth. I’ve set up a course widget that should display this course catalog but it doesn't matter how many of the weeks I enroll I cannot see anything populating in this widget. Any ideas as to why?

I have an admin who needs to have a course not publicly visible in the catalog, but which a select group of users will access via the enrollment link generated at course level. We have tried various catalog options combinations in conjunction with actually being part of a catalog and also not part of one but everything results in the user receiving an permissions error.  The only success was for the course to be visible and self enrollments on, which is what we don’t want. Is it possible to do what we are after?
