This may be a silly question, but how can i easily see courses that haven't been assigned to a catalogue?

Hello all, I’ve got a set of four “Jeopardy” games built in Captivate that are specifically for fun/knowledge checking.  We just moved to Docebo from Captivate Prime.  In Prime, I was able to publish these packages without selecting any kind of reporting (No specific SCORM or xAPI configs, just the published .zip file).  It all worked just fine there, the users were able to play the game whenever they wanted and it would always start from the beginning.Docebo won’t accept those same .zip files unless I turn on some kind of reporting, and have been using SCORM 1.2.  The games work fine...except if the user ‘passes’, it becomes marked as complete and they can no longer play.  In Captivate, there is no way to -not- send a completion flag if the person passes, and once Docebo considers it complete, the SCORM file will not start from the beginning, it just lands on the end page.Any thoughts on how to allow someone to retake these games, even if they pass? Hi guys,I am trying to set up a group that excludes the word external in the position title. I know there is the option for contains or does not equal but anyone know a workaround for the opposite of contains.We have agency staff that look the same systemically to all others apart from the work external and need a way to exclude themThanks!Max

We have power users who are set with permissions to ‘View Users’ and ‘View Reports’ in their assigned profiles, with specific groups assigned to them under their assigned resources. I noticed, however, that (although the ‘Branches’ field is selected as a View Option for the report), no data populates in the Branches field when the reports shared with these power users are previewed/exported by the power users. The data in the field DOES populate for me as a Superadmin when I preview/export these reports though. I am guessing it has to do with either the report settings or power user permissions, but I cannot figure out what needs to change in order for these users to see the 'Branches' data for the groups that are assigned to them as power users on their reports.Has anyone else experienced this with their power users? If so, do you have any suggestions? I have sent a support ticket, but also wanted to reach out to the Community.Thanks!

Hi everyone!I would like to give a power user account the ability to view all surveys in multiple courses. The problem is that I can only assign the existing users as resources. Is there, as with the courses and learning plans, a way to assign all existing and future created users?

I upload a CSV file and the users are added quickly but the enrollments take hours, sometimes overnight. Support tells me this is as expected. But I say it is too long. I would like to request that the process be made faster.

In working with email notifications the last couple days, I finally came up with a custom look for them that, so far, *fingers crossed*, seems to work as expected with Microsoft Outlook. The key was in building all of the customized look using tables and inline CSS. Outlook is pretty fussy about what it will decide to display. Although I didn’t find much in the community on this topic - I figured I couldn’t be the only one running into issues formatting the emails so I thought others might benefit from a template to get started.I chose to make one for posting a new comment as it was quick and easy to trigger new emails.Now I can copy this over to other notifications and just change out the message and shortcodes.All you really need to do is make appropriate adjustments for your own color scheme, logo, and shortcodes. I recommend doing this in your favorite editor and then pasting it into the HTML editor provided by Docebo as you will lose formatti

When building an automatic Group, we need a way to eliminate a termed employee from being added to the automatic group.  The options when you pick “Term Date” do not allow for “blanks” to be an option.  It only allows us to pick a date based on the following:On Is after Is before Is in the rangeThere should be an additional option called “if blank” so that when an employee is termed, they would have a date in that field and thus would not be blank.  Therefore, their name should not be added to the Automatic Group being added.  Otherwise, programmers would need to eliminate anyone that has a term date in their programming code.   

Good Afternoon, Does anyone know if there is a way that you can add a field to the Central Repository through CSS?  I would like to be able to add a section that speaks to the version history or something along those lines.  Thank you in advance.  

If you are like us, we do not let managers manage and update their own teams. This is usually done by user updates by a centralized admin team, or via a connector that automatically updates user profiles. We needed a way to prevent managers from removing users from their teams as this could affect things like reporting and assignments.Here’s a quick CSS snippet you can use to hide that option:/*Hide "Remove from My Team" in My Teams*/a.action-can_remove_relation {    display: none !important;}You can add this to your “7.0 Custom CSS” block under Configure Branding and Look. Evening,There was a thread that started to answer a question, and it actually helps me to understand how to handle “severe” structural changes for a SCORM course when I should consider hiding and showing training material related to a course.@lrnlab described a model where he hides the older training material and adds a brand new training material to the system - thus preserving the older completion data...this is neat and will definitely serve its purpose to help us manage learning objects moving forward.BUT I am curious - we were thinking of leveraging a learning plan that we slowly add courses to it so that we trickle a curriculum. Admittedly, the content is actually not ready for the courses as of yet, the roadmap for said course

Does anyone know if there is a video size maximum for users uploading to discover, coach and share?I can only find information on size limits for training materials which is 800mb for videos. 

Hello community! Back with another question about Deeplinks. I was able to set up a handful successfully, but I’m running into issues and I’m stumped. The course I’d like for them to have access to:has self-enrollments enabledis visible in the course catalog& the account I’m using is assigned to the catalog ...but for some reason, I still get the 404 error when I use the deeplink I created using the same format as the others that worked fine (this is link btw: https://portal.sondermind.com/sondermind_university?deeplink=/learn/course/internal/view/elearning/52/military-veteran-baseline-education) Is there any other condition I’m missing that would force a 404 error? Hello, I was wondering if there was any way to find out if the notification emails you have sent have been opened. I know that if they have an image in them then that is accessed when someone views the images in the email as they are held in Docebo’s servers. But is there a way to access this information?? Thanks

I’m looking to utilize Digest notifications- but for notifying users of new content posted within our DCS channels. So, I would like a weekly or bi-weekly notification email to go out for all users of a specific branch that contains all the new content that has been shared in our channels over the past week/two weeks. Would this be possible utilizing the “Digest: Assets marked as outdated” notification and changing the wording and using different short codes? How would you go about creating this notification? Thanks for the help!

I’m attempting to create a link at the top of the page that will link down the page to a course catalog at the bottom of the page. Instead the link goes back to the homepage. I can’t quite figure out why this is and I can only assume its some kind of code in Docebo that’s causing the issue. please see attached this is on my mobile app - the assets have teh CTA to RATE, then you can’t do anything from there - there are no stars to choose, etc.  the RATE NOW does nothing what’s going on - if this is broken, how do i turn rating off on mobile.  makes zero sense

Hi all,I was wondering how you collect and share feedback received in course surveys. We would like to setup a system that collects and delivers feedback to instructors automatically, but I have no idea if this is possible. Currently we go to [Course Management] - [Reports] - [Training Material Statistics], export the results of each survey manually, and then send the results to our instructors. It would be great if it was possible to do this automatically once a certain number of responses are received.

Hello everyone, I am organising one of the pages I am working on by using CSS. The problem comes since the footer stands in the middle of the page after doing some changes. It is actually quite weird because it is behind the calendar widget but on top of a catalog widget.
