Hello Community! We're looking for some ideas on how to use Docebo to best deliver DEI (diversity, equity, and inclusion) training to our employees. What have you had success with? A dedicated page for DEI resources? Individual courses? Channel/Q&A? Are you using notifications?We’d love to hear your creative solutions and ideas!

I’m trying to move learners from one LP to another. The target LP is a new “generation” of the LP, and I need everyone who in incomplete in the source LP to get assigned to the target LP. I’m trying to do this with groups and enrollment rules, but nothing is happening. I have the enrollment rule configured as groups/learning plan.I have enabled the enrollment rule before assigning the groups.Thanks for any help.

We got so deep into working with the Custom Report builder to find out….that because we are not on an enterprise plan? We cant run a scheduled report? I am sorry folks - the UI seems horribly deficient in this case. I only figured this point out by hitting my head against the wall and trying to schedule over and over again to find out that it is not me or the UI, but then I went to go read about why I kept on getting an error to finally surmise our level of licensing does not match the function? Something should be done here…tell us right on the page that this option is not available to us - dont allow us to try something to find out it wont work until we read up about it or go onto DU - this needs to seriously change.And then? There are suggestions to migrate our reports that can be scheduled...to the new custom reports builder?…ha!Sorry - has anyone else learned this one the hard way as well? Hi All! As a new Docebo client in our implementation phase I’m finding the Central Repository frustrating from a CMS perspective. I want to be able to create folders to organize cross-departmental content but there isn’t any concept of categorical folders, only *course* categories. For example, I have a desire to upload our quarterly newsletters on the site to be available to push to channels or courses, but I don’t want to create a course category for newsletters. Your options seem to be to 1) create a ton of extraneous course categories you never add courses to or 2) drop all your content that crosses categories into the root completely unsorted. For those of you who have a large volume of content, how do you stay organized? Is there something I’m missing? 

We have a scenerio: Manager fills out an evaluation.  We want the manager to submit the evaluation as a step in the course in order to complete the course.  Currently we only see the user is able to submit the documentation.  Has anyone needed to do this? What is your tip/best practice for this? 

Hi - I am getting feedback that a bunch of enrollment rules that have been working have not been successfully triggered between yesterday and this morning. Is there something that I should watch for as a best practice?I know that the enrollment rule should be doing its thing as a moving forward type of criteria….but for whatever reason? They did not seem to “run”??? And I find myself going into groups and triggering their associated mapping.

Hi, everyone!Does anyone know if there is a chance to upload the users to the group through the CSV file? Sometimes we need to make groups that can’t be done automatically. We have a list of users that need to be added and we assign users by hand. It takes too much time because sometimes it's hundreds of users, so we just want to add them through CSV.I will be glad for any help that you can provide.Thanks!

I have a need to update literally thousands of enrollment “Active  Until” Dates via CSV. We have many customers who have paid for access to courses based on multiple conditions of sale. We have customers who wish to extend their access, renew a subscription, (or simply run out of time to complete the course).  The issue for me is that for different requests i need to be able to set different active till dates for different users and courses.There is currently no way to do this via CSV. ( if there was it would be a fantastic solution for my problem).Currently i have to run reports to extract the enrollment status, Active until date, Active from,  Completion date (and, of course, username)I then have to run an Excel macro to edit the enrollment status to match the API endpoint. (for example the report output is “In Progress”  and the API requires “in_progress”After running the macro i have to use POSTMAN to post API’s back to Docebo. Changing an acti

Hello!I’m new to Docebo, but already have a question for the community. I’d love to know how any of you have used Docebo to support resource/affinity groups in your companies, besides the obvious posting of content. We just signed with Docebo and haven’t even onboarded yet, but my DE&I group would love to know if they can use Docebo for their resource groups, or if they need to buy another platform.I know about channels and content. I’m curious to know if we can have folks opt-in to resource groups, give them a general discussion board, create pages for them, etc.If you have any examples of using Docebo to support resource groups in your company, I’d love to hear about it. Is there a way to set up an email notification to go out when an employee is enrolled in a class without having to add every new course to the “notification” rule?  That is so cumbersome.  I appreciate your help!

LMS-I-5063Reporting- Give the option to filter by text field too under additional fields and Download a report as a pdfWe have a lot of compliance reporting and it is very important for us to have an option to download the report as a pdf to prove that it was not tampered.Secondly when creating custom reports, only drop down additional field can be used as a filter. the text additional fields are equally important to make the report more meaningful. we come into instances that we can provide the right data because of that.ADMIN RESPONSE Thanks for the idea! We find this idea interesting and plan to keep it open to see if it will collect more votes. Community members! Please vote on this idea! i think its important to have this capability and we can make it happen if we vote more on this!

Is anyone else mapping skills, languages and external certifications in Docebo? We are using additional field to add more information regarding the learner. We started mapping this for the sales team so they can spot who can work with a customer in a new location. In addition you can alsoplan your next year budget by knowing which certification is about to expire. As always Docebo surprise us with the amount of things you can do.

Hi everyone,in august product update notification we can find an update to the timespan for SSO tokens generated to grant authentication for users logged in a third party service, as we do have.When you need to create a token to grant that authorisation, though, there are actually TWO tokens:First, you need an admin login to be allowed to make the API call for the user’s login (first token) Then you create the token used in the URL to make the user login (second token).Which token will be impacted by the change?Thank you to those who can help me.

Hi All,  I have a question, I have to do a quick survey within some group of employees in my organisation. I though to use Survey feature on the platform but unfortunately it’s not allowing me to track responses of particular users, can just see all responses. That’s crucial for us to be able to see answers of particular users.  Is there any option to collect date per users on Survey? or maybe you were facing a similar problem, if so how did you handle it?  Thanks for your answers and suggestions.  Cezary  

Hello Docebo Community - I have reached a difficult impasse with our Docebo instance and I could really use some help. We are building out a customer journey on one of our pages with widgets. We just reached a dreaded message telling us that we have a 20 widget limit. I am PRAYING that someone has a way around this that we can implement into our site. The only other way around is to create an actual webpage and iframe it into our platform but we really don’t want to do that. Hoping Docebo has a workaround or someone else does. Thank you!!

Howdy folks,Have you ever played Hide that Header with CSS?Well - I have a situation where I need to hide the header to avoid having some folks seeing that search bar and left hand hamburger menu….I need to give them the one page and the most vanilla experience possible.It is only for a specific page - and I have learned how to adjust the css for a page by working with the page ID.But if you have pulled this off? And are open to sharing it? Can you let me know how you have been hiding the header? Happy to mark you for the correct answer PS - I do know there is a function for replacing the entire header with something else….that is when I grow us up and can afford to have a sandbox of a site.

Hello,Is there a way to hide the “Start Learning Now” button on the course player once they have begun their course? Having both buttons is very confusing for our users and hiding it would help with the number of help tickets we receive from users thinking their course wasn’t saved because the “Start Learning Now” button brought them back to the beginning of the course. Any advice is appreciated!

Does anyone have a suggestion for a Users Transcript that the User can access themselves and even get a hard copy themselves? My client has over 40,000 Users that need to track their progress with the courses they have completed. The dashboard in “My Activities” doesn’t provide all the information they need (nor does it have a download option). I am open suggestions???Thanks,Tim

We have an annual re-certification for our employees that includes a combination of courses and learning plans in Docebo and external training.  Some of these activities are mandatory but the employee is also allowed to attend any combination of other approved courses external to the Learning Portal. Their activities each year must add up to a total of 6 hours.We are trying to figure out how to best manage this in Docebo.  I keep going back to Certifications & Retraining but I don’t think that will work? Anyone else have a similar use case?  Suggestions? Ideas?Thanks!

Issue: We are trying to find a solution to blocking training material (post assessment & evaluation) on an ILT which has multiple sessions & events & learners only have to attend one session/event - so the training material will be opened at different times.Description: We have an ILT as part of a learning plan and due to accreditation reasons, we need to have:Training material (post assessment & evaluation) as part of the “live” completion. Submission date to accreditation body must reflect participation date (event)  (we will be using APIs to submit to accreditation body) For our clients that only host one session/event at a time, they would be able to use the “Hidden” feature in the ILT training material. I’m fairly new to Docebo so any thoughts or guidance would be awesome!We are working on the development of a Certification Prep course that involves 7 courses with exams. We would like to have them taken in a specific order and “lock” the next course until the prior lesson is complete. We have been looking at using learning plans as the delivery option but I'm not sure if there is any functionality to complete this. Like I mentioned, any thoughts or advice is appreciated! Thanks!

I do not see an obvious API; is it buried somewhere or am I losing it?

We are mid implementation and building our notifications, and have realized that the Notification Event Details document lists out tags for use in notifications but for that event in the system the tags are not showing as available and when plugged in do not work!!  Why would the document have tags available that the platform doesn’t have? Also many events like enrollment do not trigger and are delayed by up to a few hours.  Is there a list that defines which notifications are delayed vs instant?
