This might actually be a question without an answer, but I’m looking for free or low-cost courses to help flesh out our LMS a bit. While I have a few categories in mind (IT, Security, COVID, Sexual Harassment, etc.) this is more of a general inquiry. Where does everyone get their content? 

Background Info: We currently offer a TEAM Essentials & Advanced certification that external trainers pay to complete, so they can teach this curriculum at various sites. We currently have an eLearning course the trainers must complete in order to renew their certifications with an attached 2 year renewal certification (allowing them to retake the same course). We are not concerned with maintaining completion history and the payment is handled outside of Docebo. Current Issue: We want to “prevent” these external trainers from renewing their certification until they have paid us (outside of Docebo). We do NOT want for them to be able to renew the certification before this occurs. Honestly, I feel like I need to delete the certification to prevent them from retaking the certification before payment. Has anyone else ran into this issue? We have several catalogues. each catalogues has some user/groups assigned. We want to get groups/user assigned foe each catalogue via API. not sure which API or combination of API to use

Does anyone know how to add a video url to training material to start at a specific point. I’m posting a vimeo link and using #t=[time] but Docebo doesn’t see it as a valid url.

I am exploring using the calendar in docebo to help with scheduling sessions. I intend to export the calendar into outlook so it will overlay with my existing calendar. It is working fine on my windows computer, but my colleague is using a mac and it will not work for him. He already went and changed his preferences to make outlook his primary calendar, but when he goes to export it nothing happens. Anybody know why it is doing this and how to fix it?

Hi I am trying to set up the calendar widget to automatically update users calendar in outlook to display sessions. I have been able to get it to work for me, but I was wondering if there was any way to set up docebo to automatically enable users accounts to share their calendar with outlook? Is this possible or does every user need to export their calendar?

HiI want to pull some course and session information into a web page using the API. We don’t have the expertise internally to get any help on this. Can anyone share some example javascript/json code on how to connect to the API and display some data on a web page (any data will do just as an example and I can take it from there).Thanks

We have only recently started to use leaderboards in the Gamification module. For the privacy reasons, we had to enable anonymity, so names of users won’t get exposed to other users (we’re serving external users). That’s working great.However, now, even as a superadmin, I cannot see who is at the top of the leaderboard.We’d like to recognize our top users with some swag or other benefits, however, since our leaderboards are anonymized, we can’t really know who they are.I already added an enhancement request on the Ideas portal (LMS-I-5125), but I wonder if maybe someone has a working solution to this problem (other, than disabling anonymity for a minute, getting the list, and re-enabling it)?Thanks. 

My apologies if this has been asked already - I didn’t notice a thread for it - or maybe I didn’t use the right search terms.Anyway… We would like to have courses for sale to external customers that need to be free for employees.How are you all handling this?I was thinking there should be a way to set different prices for different groups and perhaps I simply overlooked a checkbox right in front of me.Are you giving coupons to them for full discount? Creating duplicates of the course with different prices and making them visible to different groups? Enrollment links?

It looks like the webinar drop down option when creating a course is being deprecated. Do we know when webinars will go away? And any suggestions on how to handle webinars after that point?  

I currently have a webhook that fires every time a learner completes a course. I want to be able to retrieve the scores for scorable learning objects (LO’s) whenever a course is completed.  In the API browser, if you navigate to Learn (drop down) and then Tests, you'll see there's one option called "Get completed or not completed "test" Learning Objects" where you can put in a course and/or user and other optional parameters, but this returns nothing for me.Does this endpoint work for anyone for retrieving test scores? Is there a different API endpoint that will give me what I’m looking for?Docebo advertises that you can do anything through the API that you can do through the UI, but I’m stumped on how to get this to work.

As much as I’ve been trying to push away from  using Flash, we have a compliance vendor who had not converted files for flash out of a course. Is it possible to add .swf as a trusted file in Docebo?Unfortunately pushing back removing .swf from the course has not been working and one of my groups that needs this is asking this next Plan B to allow the course loaded. Thanks for your help! 

Hello,Is it possible to remove this message that appears at the top of ILTs?  We only have one event scheduled for each ILT so this message is not necessary.  I am aware that I can change the phrasing in the Localization Tool but I would like to remove the notification completely. As always any advice or tips are appreciated!

Does anyone know if there is a way to set a test from one learning plan as a pre-requisite to a test in another? For context we have 3 certification programs: A, B, and C and users are allowed to purchase all three programs. But for users to get the C Certification they are required to have completed A and B. All these programs are in their own Learning Plans.

I am working on setting up a set of vILT courses that will have weekly sessions/events, each of which will be recorded. I’d like to set up follow-up emails to be sent to registrants a few hours after each session, once the instructor has had time to add the recording. I was surprised that even though recordings are a native feature of vILT sessions, there’s no shortcode for them in notifications. Is it possible to include a direct link to the recording in the follow-up emails automatically?

Hi all,Random question and not sure exactly how to word it, BUT…I remember attending a Docebo webinar last year and they demonstrated the use of what I would call flip card  widgets (you hovered over an image and it flipped over).  I think it was something to do with airlines.They sent out the HTML/CSS code, but I cannot find it anywhere.Does anyone else know what I am talking about?  If so, do you have that email/code?Thanks :)

Anyone use this notification? Can I ask? How do you establish a person as an instructor for an elearning course? My goal is to make “an office” listen to that instructor message for everytime a learner has completed the course.I can trigger daily reporting to the group - but a message would be a bit more real time and elegant.

If you update a lot of courses back to back from the course manager, the catalogs page begins to update with details from other courses that you aren’t looking at. So you update course A, then go to course B. When you enter in the catalogs you want. It shows the details from course A, inside of course B. Even to the extent that if you delete a catalog from course B. It will actually delete the catalog from course A. I was able to identify this pretty quickly, but I can see this causing a lot of problems for some users. Is this a known issue? If not can we get it added to a fix list? Running Updated Chrome, and windows.

Is it possible to set a preference to forever remember the column selections on my user management screen? If it isn’t, is there already an idea in the portal for that? I couldn’t find it

Hello! Has anyone integrated Algolia (Federated Search) and Docebo? We can pull the Docebo information into Algolia, but has anyone put the Algolia search tool into a Docebo page?

Our Docebo instance is set up for self-registration.  When a user registers, they are sent a registration link to validate from the localization tool.  Once this is done, they can log in and start learning.  This exact  functionality broke last week for most of the week and then suddenly started working (IDK why) only to break again today. Is anyone else VERY frustrated with the automated emails from the localization tool not firing?  It breaks the ability of anyone to ‘self-register’ and it ‘breaks’ the ability for anyone to do a ‘password’ reset. The worst part is I always feel I am made to jump through hoops and told it’s a ‘customer setting’ - when later it’s shown not to be a customer setting. I’m so frustrated because I wasted half the week last week only to have the exact same problem come up again today.

Has anyone used an API for integration with Workday and knows of advantages of using an API rather than the Docebo Automation Application?

Ya know? I think folks will get this - but here is a quick 101 to avoid loading many people by hand into Course/LP enrollments. A quickie methodology to do a bulk load into an LP with a static group. I usually lean on my SMEs to let me know who the targeted audience is. Once they have passed along a listing of who their folks are? I check it for duplicates and then who is active/inactive in the system….if all looks good? I proceed to do the followingCreate a custom user field Generate a user upload CSV file to do a user upload with that custom user field (I have a field called static groups...not to imaginable) Add a flag in that column for the CSV file for all of your peeps that should be getting bulk loaded TIP two fields can do it all for you if your users already exist? And you are just looking to flag them Bulk load your users from the Users interface Go into Groups and create a new one set it to automat
