I saw an earlier post about setting the display mode on the catalogs widget to calendar view in order to create a calendar with all possible courses built into it. Could someone please give me a more detailed explanation on how to get to this editing menu for the widget?I keep coming back to the Manage Pages section but am only able to edit the title and description of pages. Thanks in advance!

When I upload a CSV of new users only a few are being created.  Any ideas?  All have the same fields filled in.  

Hello, I am hoping someone has done this before - it seems like a common thing. I want to get an event calendar on one of our pages to show the users events they have not registered for. The only calendar widget is the My Calendar which shows courses someone is registered for - am I missing something or can this be repurposed for a general calendar? Maybe a custom HTML widget is the way to go instead but I can’t find anything in the Docebo docs for this Thanks

Background: My company issues a certification (right to use a product) after an educational course + test. The customer must pass the test to receive the certification. It seems that all scenarios in Docebo are based on the learner taking the course, not passing the test. How can we set up a Certification based on the course + test score? Bonus question: is there a way to put a certification number (or any other additional information)in the learner’s profile? Or, if it was put on a certificate - is there a place for learners to collect important information?

We want to download a recording from a back-dated session. Is it possible? We want to create e-learning versions of some courses so we need to download the videos - unfortunately, we don't have the list of trainers who actually scheduled these so we can't ask for the recordings from them. Can someone help? Please

Challenge: Balancing attractive page design with flexible course visualization when there are only 1-3 courses to show the learner. Current Approach: Custom HTML pages directly linking to the courses.We have 1 html page with 3 cards (1 for each course) and a dedicated page design (1 page for each course) for the learners to are only supposed to see 1 course. Desired Outcome: We would like to set up a single HTML page that leverages a course catalog widget (or something similar) to serve our courses up to the learner in a way that is flexible and dynamic. We have tested this but it looks really poor when only 1 course is displayed. Why Now? We have learners coming into our courses all of the time. Just starting to evaluate the platform. as beautiful as the ui is, we would prefer to avoid the need to use it. Our training org builds everything in markdown and markup files like yaml and do everything in text in GitHub. I have seen the api explorer which is great, but not seeing any way to post the actual learning materials to a new course. I am assuming that is what the tmrepo service is for but that is the one service that doesn’t seem to work in the explorer. Has anyone used it and can confirm that the tmrepo service is what i tthink it is?

Making CSV files to import new users I want to make sure I understand what they want for these fields. I think Name path would be Company-Branch.  Then Company Code - Branch Code?  Can anyone tell me if that is correct?  Or what correct format is.

I am trying to determine a good starting point for image height for widgets on pages. The documentation only talks about with.Images are displayed in order to fit the available width. Since the original image ratio is preserved, the widget height will be resized accordingly. Make sure the image width is not smaller than the widget width, or it will be scaled up and might look blurry. Widget widths are  444px for 1/3 row widget, 680px 1/2 row widgets, 917px for 2/3 row widgets and 1390px for full row.I am not a graphics artist and I need to ask for approved images from Marketing, who is asking me for the aspect ratio (height x width). I will be using a combination of 1/3, 1/2, 2/3, and full rows. Does anyone have any recommendations?

We have the following widgets installed to our custom pages:Task List My Calendar Question and Answer iFrame The issue is that these widgets are not supported using the Go Learn App. Is there an alternative implementation of these widgets? How did you go about these limitations? Thanks.

When saving CSV is there a preference to CSV (comma Deliminated) or CSV (Macintosh) ?

Adding this question on behalf of a client and for visibility in case others may have the same question.  Yes, the course limit is 10 courses. 

We use Docebo for internal company learning, and up until now have only had sales content. We are working on opening up our platform company wide and will start having all our required onboarding and training content here. We want to provide different content for different employees (such as sales, managers, etc), but there will also be LPs all employees will be required to complete. We have been looking into channels and catalogs. However, we have run into a few roadblocks with this.We need our content to be sequential, so we currently have enrollment rules setup with groups for our Learning Plans (we currently have around 11). But once we open to more than sales content, we want to be able to filter the Learning Plans down to only show specific content. Since all our content is currently sales, we use learning plan widgets to show the progress of LPs, but the display will eventually contain our new non-sales content we release.We are struggling with finding a

When you select your trigger to be a learning plan event, but choose all courses…….what happens? Does that mean the notification will apply to all learning plans that learner is enrolled in?OrDoes that mean that it will send that notification for each course? That doesn’t seem possible, but I’ve seen stranger.  

Notifications work great.  Setting up emails the same way but nothing sends.

Want to send out a quick thanks to the small group of users that were able to make our (unofficial) virtual users  group today! What it lacked in quantity was made up by the quality of the conversation, knowledge share, and connections. We will plan on doing another group in Q1 2022, and would love to have others join. Morning Community,A question - as we work with content off of the shelf - specifically Docebo Content, we are finding that people are having issues connecting the dots with activity after module. I used to head off stuff like that with setting up a getting started page in other LMSs, but for the most part I thought I found the interface to the course player is intuitive for most. And I really dont think it is the problem of the course container itself.Take for example this one campaign we recently ran. Hi all,I did a test in my platform regarding the subject above.Scenario: A user did a self-enrolment to one ILT. A few days later, he enrolled himself to another ILT that coincidentally fall on the same date and time of the first ILT. System allows the enrolment and now the user has double booked himself.Is this correct or is this a bug?Thank you.

Hi All,I’m creating a new hire onboarding channel - most of which is nearly done but I was wondering if anybody had found a way of our new hires ‘meeting’ or talking to each other through the channel?I know that individual courses have a forum option, which would have been ideal, but they’re not available in channels. The Question and Answer page might also have been an option however notifications of new questions or comments only go to experts, so other new hires wouldn’t know that anything had been asked.Has anybody tried to do anything similar and found any unique workflows to foster discussion within a channel or group of users?ThanksSinead

Of course this is something much easier said than done! Does anyone have an effective tagging management system or process to share? How are you using tags, and for what purpose (both in and out of the LMS)? Do you find tags to be an effective way to manage content effectively?

I’ve got one page that has a lot of catalogs that all fall under the umbrella of HR & Wellness.I want to put a quick navigation menu at the top of the page so people can quickly jump to the catalog they want.I found the CSS IDs of each of the widgets, and created an HTML widget with links that points to them. e.g. if the widget is doc-widget-341, I make a <a> tag that goes to “#doc-widget-341”.However, the page reloads with every clicked link. Does it violate GDPR privacy regulations to display an instructor’s name on a public course? Do you require an instructor to give permission to list their name? Are you listing instructor names on your public courses?
