Hi Everyone,We are hoping some wizard here has some magic CSS we can sprinkle in, to hide this part of the pop-up after a user completes a scorm package & course: “Course Score: Your final grade: 0”  see picture below     We love the Rate the Course being so prominently displayed!We just want to hide the part of the UI with the “Your Achievements Course score; Your final grade: 0” Until we find a solution to hide that, we have changed our SCORM player to the “Stand-Alone Mode” which then has the effect of there being no pop-up after a user completes a SCORM package and the course. Thanks in advance!Ben from Nashville

We’ve got a course that has 21 events associated with a single session. As far as I can see, there is no way to report on or view attendance for the session by event. Example: We’ve got an employee who isn’t marked complete for the session. We need to find out which event(s) he missed. I had to go through 21 sessions to check every one and find the one event he missed (event #20). Imagine doing that for 75 attendees!! Anyone else have this issue? Any workarounds? TIA! Jennifer

We often have RSVP sync problems, and while troubleshooting the issue, I saw that the step in the RSVP sync recipe which gets all the events, only fetches 200 of them. We have a lot more future events than 200. I see that the Workato action to get the items supports BATCH… is the supplied recipe not set up correctly? 

We have shifted usage of Channels in our platform from social learning and sharing, to be more used to access guides and procedural documents from SME’s across the organization. Many of our employees will want to use the Global Search function to find these guides, and right now they would appear under the Assets subheading. I saw a post about changing it in the Localization Tool, but does anyone have any sort of advice on how to change the wording potentially via CSS? Any help would be great! 

Hi fellow Docebo customers!Greetings from Nashville, Tennessee. New customer here, and we are migrating our content (lift and shift, and also building/optimizing courses in Articulate Rise) into the system, before going live with our customers in a few months.  One question that has come up with my company’s leadership team is the “naming conventions” on the platform. Have you (or do you know examples of) Docebo customers that have gone into the Localization Tool and renamed the foundational language of the system, such as Course/LP/Catalog/etc?   Any anecdotes to share good/bad?Use of the word “Course” and “Learning Plan” is being challenged, as these words would be new to our customers. CURRENTLY, our customers are getting “Modules” (a standalone PDF emailed by our coaches).   And in addition to the “module PDF”, our clients are also receiving emails with

Does anyone know if we can hide the global search bar?We are going to use a Federated Search widget (I have a separate question out to the Community here about anyone who has integrated that into Docebo) and if we can figure out how to get that presented on the Docebo landing page, then we want to suppress the current Docebo search so that both don’t appear.Has anyone done anything like that? Hello all.  I have regular ILTs scheduled for the last Tuesday and the last Thursday of the month, with notifications going out at the intervals of 1 week, 4 days, 1 day & 1 hour.  However, because of Christmas in December, I have scheduled the meetings a week early.My question is:  Can I pause the notifications?  I have set new notifications for the new day and time, but I don’t want them to get the regular notification the next week.  Can I pause or do I need to unenroll everyone from the notification and then re-enroll them in January?Warm regards, Cindy

hello - we’re looking to bulk upload multiple PDF certificates to our LMS to prevent us manually uploading them in the front end.Is there a way we can do this?

I am introducing gamification and our users have accumulated points in the old platform we switched from. I know there is a space for Points Balance if I edit a profile, but my question is… is there a way for me to import the points balance via csv or somehow or do I need to edit each user to add their points balance?Thanks. Is there a way to add external training AND have it generate a certificate for that courses, without adding an actual course they have to complete?   For instance, if my instructor is on site facilitating a class in person, can he later upload the list of students and have a certificate generated without them logging in to the course?

I have instructors enrolled to my courses so that the right people can receive notifications of course completion. But I don’t want learners to see who those instructors are because we use a shared inbox for any communication.When I open the course and click on a learning object, any that are played inline display course instructor information even though I haven’t added the relevant widget to the course.Is there a way to hide the info again?

We are setting up our email notification and using these short codes: [renew_link] and [course_code]. However, in New Outlook, links aren’t clickable, but everything works good in Outlook Classic.  We don’t want to add a note in the email saying, “Please copy and paste the links in a new browser...” and using the Outlook Classic is not encouraged in our organisation since we are transitioning to the new version. Please help us resolve this error. When a user requests a course which has to be approved how can this be set to manager approval and how does the process look from the manager perspective?  I appreciate that notifications are used but how does the actual approval work on the platform? 

Hello Wise Community,We are running a small, internal pilot using My Team before rolling it out to our external partners. We have a few questions that I can’t find answered in any documentation. Course Type: ILTs with training material attached in folders. As a user, where can you see who your manager is? The My Team page is only for manager, correct? If a manager enrolls members of their team into an ILT, how will the team members know about it? How will they know to enroll in a session? Is there a way for a manager to enroll team members into a session instead of a course? Would it be best practice to have the manager email the team through the platform with the session enrollment like? We have a notification and calendar invite for when a user enrolls in a session, but not for a course. (We used to have a notification when users enrolled in ILTs, but users found it to be too much).  Challenge:  Users don’t complete the courses even given 2 months’ time and 3 reminders (manually sent out by training officers via email )Would like to hear , how do you push for completion ?  We have not activated the “enrollment attribute” function so this is not an option. 

Wondering how others handle this badging issue:Learner completes a learning plan and is issued a badge The ID team adds another course to that learning plan Learner takes that recently added course in the learning plan The Learner now receives the same badge all over againAny ideas on how to handle badges in learning plans where new courses will be constantly added - so that learners don’t receive duplicate badges? Versioning maybe? Open to ideas.

I’m looking for a way to notify our instructors in a course when a user submits a comment in an assignment. I am not seeing a notification that covers this, and the learner assignments area in the course has no visual indicator for a new comment, only for a new assignment submission.  In searching I did find two very similar requests for the same functionality that look to have been closed but do not mention what the resolution was. Does anyone know of a way to do this or what the past response was?  

Having some trouble getting custom css containers outside of their restricted widget box settings. Hello,I would like to change the message that is displayed when sent as a notification to learners. I checked under notifications, edit notification, email, description but the description field shows as blank. Would anyone have more information? Thank you

Hey everyone,  I’m just after best practices advice, we have recently started using Docebo LMS with onboarding e-learning training working really well for new starters that come into our company whether they are an office employee or operations employee.   I am now at the second stage where I am just thinking about course management, we have some internal training that occurs with our operations workers i.e. machine training (internal) and then compliance training such as forklift, first aid etc. which is refreshed regularly. All data is currently in spreadsheets.  Any advice on the best way to move forward, I was going to add all the training that occurs to course management as ILT for better reporting/analysis. I have seen the external training app but want to report on all training hours etc. 

 What triggers the "User was declined from an ILT session" notification?How does the User was declined from an ILT session trigger differ from the User has unenrolled from ILT session?  

Hello,Hoping someone can help me with understanding the concepts of the Homepages and Menus. I’m not super technical w Docebo yet, but I have a use case where we would like to display information to our instructors only, and a second use case where we would like specific information on courses and homework et al displayed to members of a Specific Cohort. Would we build separate pages for each, and then ‘assign’ those pages to those user groups via Menus? And where would these pages display? We have currently one menu that displays the following: would these new pages be tabs in this menu? and if so, would only the specific User Groups be able to see them? Thank you! 

Hello, I’m hoping for some help as we have some independent resource material we want our users to access quickly at any time unrelated to courses. We’ve experienced frustration from users saying that having to ‘enrol’ and being ‘in progress’ of a resource is confusing. Is there any way to showcase resources in a more visual format? Almost like an asset library where they can download and view at their leisure. Any help or guidance greatly appreciated!

I’ve been trying to change the background of the Download Certificate button but with no luck. There’s no option in the Customize Colors section, and I have tried quite a but of CSS code, but with no luck. i will post some of my unsuccessful code.
