Hello I am working on building my health and safety training platform from docebo. I have all our employees added as users, but they do not know they have been added. However, when I assign an employee an ILT it sends them a notification saying XYZ has been enrolled into a course. For the moment I only want to enroll the employees into the course but not send them notifications. Is this possible?

Hey all,Pretty fresh to learning HTML/ CSS. I am trying to build an image carousel that moves/ allows the user to see some different news and banners from their main page.I am getting stuck with all of the codes I’ve attempted and just don’t know what I am doing wrong and could use some guidance. Has anyone shared this experience? Hello! I am looking to create a page using the Channels widget to show ‘Custom Channels’. We are developing a dedicated space where employees can access instructional guides, and are using Channels in a round-about way to accomplish this. We want these separated from all of our other Channels, as we want these to be more a repository for those guides and our other Channels to be used for true social learning and sharing. We want to be able to use search functionality in this Custom Channels page, but the LMS does not provide the search and filter functionality for Custom Channels. Does anyone have a potential solution for this? I attempted creating a custom HTML search bar widget above it, but to no success. 

HelloWould anyone be happy to share some CSS that would remove the bottom section informing users to go to External Certificates?  All our courses are linked via Certifications and not external certificates and will like to eliminate this option.  Cheers :) 

We need to regularly review courses to ensure their content remains up-to-date and relevant for the target audience. It would be extremely beneficial to have a field linked to each course where we could set a review period. Once that time frame elapses, a notification would alert us that the course is due for review.How do others going about doing this in Docebo? We currently use an excel file to track and it’s tedious. 

How do I report on Learning Plan > Course > Training Material Progression in Insights while leveraging the Advanced Analytics package?   I'm familiar with the Users - Training Material” Report, however, I’m hoping to pull in training material completion/status into the Insights dashboards.  I’m also familiar with the Data Mart Enrollment and LP Enrollment tables, but I’m not seeing anything for training materials. Thanks for any tips!!

Basic Use Case: We have certification programs which end in a simulated, proctored exam. In brief, learners attend a VILT event, during which our facilitator unhides the test so the learners can take the exam, the learners take the exam, and we provide them results several days later. We tried administering the certification exam through Docebo but it is missing key functionality and doesn’t look very professional. So we tried authoring the tests with Articulate Quizmaker and Storyline, which is better but very buggy and deprecated. So what robust assessment authoring tools work well with Docebo? Additional Context, In Case You Love Reading 😉We need the ability to incorporate informational screens within assessments. Has anyone integrated a high-stakes, testing and certification solution? If so, curious to hear what provider you’re using and what integration method you’re using. I’ve tried two different provider solutions with LTI with little luck.

We are looking into proctoring options for some of our exams housed in Docebo. We are considering both integrated and non-integrated proctoring options. What proctoring service do you use with Docebo? Would you recommend? Do you use API to integrate? Any and all input would be appreciated!

We are currently requiring proctored exams for our technical industry certifications. This process has been a nightmare for us to manage. If anyone can help us simplify the process and streamline it both for the exam taker and for ourselves it would be incredible. Requirements:3rd party proctor can view exam taker’s environment and confirm identity Exam taker cannot access exam at any point without proctor present Exam taker can make multiple attempts Current Process:we receive email from exam taker letting us know they would like to take the exam exam taker schedules with proctor** issue them a subscription code (given to proctor) exam taker logs in via proctor portal then launches docebo enrolls in exam via subscription code takes the exam and submits if second attempt needed, must email us I record score, reset exam objects, and unenroll exam

Does anybody know if/how to have a notification sent to a slack channel when content is added or uploaded to a channel in Docebo?  We have some internal communities that would like to share content and they are using custom channels to keep things organized but their communication is primarily done in their groups slack channel. I would like to set up something so that when anybody shares anything or uploads content to “Group X” channel in Docebo a notification is sent to “#Group-X” channel in slack saying “new content has been shared in your communities learning channel”.

We are currently working on developing a way to track employee skill development. A large hurdle we are having is Skills in the platform empowers and is controlled by the user rather than from the manager. We do NOT want the user to be able to impact or select there skills. Our goal is to assign skills based on content or even external actions from the platform in order to identify individuals capable of supporting sites and projects. Additionally, we have a goal of this interacting with Workday and maybe even Dynamics in the future.Has anyone been able to achieve employee skill tracking similar to our goal? What has worked for you? What did not work?

I followed the instructions in any Docebo documentation, and am curious if y’all can help me figure out the issue. We have the Zoom integration.These are our settings:Course: At least one completed sessionSession: Attendance based all events (we only have 1 event in the session)Event: Mark the event as attended if the user spends at least 85% of the total time of the webinar in the webinar tool.In the images attached you can see an example of a workshop with 74 enrollments and 0 completions. I attended that workshop, and there were quite a few people there.Thank you for any insights you have!

I forgot to delete my test questionnaire under “Learning Evaluation - Evaluation Designer” and accidentally added it to a VILT under the “Learning Evaluation - Manage”. Under “Learning Evaluation - Manage” I disabled the learning evaluation, but now it won’t let me add the correct questionnaire to the course, it still pulls the old one that was deleted. Is that because one session has already completed and some learners have submitted their survey responses? Anyone know how can I fix this?

When pinning a post in the Community Hub, the most recent post that is pinned appears at the top of the selected space. We have community guidelines and featured posts that we would like to have remain at the top of each space. As we pin additional posts, it moves all other pinned posts down. We found we have to unpin and re-pin any post that we want to appear at the top of the space each time. It would be helpful to allow administrators to select the order in which pinned posts appear within spaces. Has anyone else experienced this and have a better solution than un-pinning and re-pinning the posts? 

Hello everyone, I’m new in Docebo and I’m trying to customize a bit the training materials of my courses. I would love to customize for example HTML pages but I’m facing with lots of issues.First of all I want to change the font with a custom one. Reading in the community i’ve configured the custom style in the branding  and look & feel, adding the right code for the font that I want to implement.But it’s not clear to me how I can add that font in a training material- html page now.It seems it doesn’t work.Can somebody help me with this? I’m not an expert in html, but i’ll do my best :)  thank you Giulia

Hi - Enabling Focus Mode turns it on by default for ALL existing courses (that was the experience when I turned it on in Sandbox). When it goes live we would like to use it for some courses at first. Will there be a way to turn the feature on, but NOT auto-enable it universally for all existing courses in our prod environment? Thanks you.

Hi! We are wanting to revamp our public catalog course pages by adding videos to the page to highlight what the courses are about. Has anyone had any luck with this before? These videos would need to be accessible to anyone viewing the public catalog course page without logging into the lms.

Hi All,We have been recluctant to introduce the new course player, because our users don’t like change. Now that the use of it is ineviteble, we are doing testing and I am finding the waiting list for ILT course sessions to be confusing to look at from the enrolled course screen. It seems to simply tell you that you are on a waiting list, but not say what session you are on the waiting list for. Does anyone have any customizations or insights into how they make this work for their users?

Does anyone have a workaround for marking a course complete even if a user fails the test within the course?We have an assessment where learners intentionally only get one attempt so we can analyze which questions they get wrong and look for trends to inform our training for next year. However, I can’t for the life of me figure out how to get the course to mark complete even if they fail the test. I tried adding an HTML page or Slide Converter PDF page after the test and making that the End Object Marker, but that only works if sequential navigation is off and learners don’t click to open that slide first. I don’t think they will, but still wanted to see if there’s another way to get the course to mark complete?I know in the future we could build the test in a Scorm 2004 and try to pull the data that way, but we don’t have the time for that with this current project.I find it ridiculous that Docebo doesn’t have a feature for this, I don’t want the course

We have what we think might be a unique situation with the RSVP recipe of the Outlook Connector.  The connector is actually doing exactly what it should do but the way Outlook seems to be working might be causing it to not pick up when someone accepts an invite.Context:We have a partner program that requires the person trying to be certified to undergo a live, virtual session with an assessor to test their skills and knowledge.  We schedule these in our LMS and send them invites via the Outlook Connector.  These partners are often working as contractors for other organizations that cannot afford the full time headcount to hire someone directly.  This means that the partner has two email addresses:  one for their permanent company and one for the company they are contracting with.  We typically don’t know where these people are working so we are usually unaware of the second email address.The user enrolls in the training using their perman
