Hello Community! I’m trying to find a way to lift certain courses in search results using text in their description. The thing is I don’t want the text to be visible as part of the description because the search will be for a specific subset of learners and doesn’t really describe the content.For example, I want the course Snowflake 101 to be searchable with the term “Build - Acme IT” but I don’t want to have “Build - Acme IT” in the readable part of the description. Does anyone have thoughts about how to make that happen. The use case behind it is letting managers in a specific group search by their group’s terms and letting them see results based on those terms vs. everything they might get back if they searched “Snowflake.” I’m open to suggestion beyond a course’s description to lift it in the results, but we have tags turned off as something that’s searchable for multiple reasons, so that’s not on the

Is there a way to automatically assign users to a certain branch?

I am working on creating an E-Learning Safety Orientation program. We have a GMP policy due to food safety. I am being told that for the GMP policy we need an actual signature and that a “course completion” status will not suffice. Is there an easy way to add an E-Signature to the training material?

Did anyone else notice this little icon appear with the switch to the new course player if you have links in your course description that are set to open in a new tab?Is it possible to get rid of this? 

With all this buzz around OpenBadge and another question about Credly, does anyone use Accredible? and does anyone know whether Docebo has plans to add this to the apps menu?

We have a course that is 4 meetings over the course of a month.  What we were thinking was that the Session would be “January 2025” and the event would be the specific meeting dates.  The learner has to attend all of the meetings to get credit, but it doesn’t seem like I can force them to enroll in all of the Events. Do folks have a suggestion for how best to manage this?

I have all our employees separated into various groups. i have not made it that far into the software but is it possible to show session completion rates based on the user group?

Hi community,Fairly new to Docebo, as I just launched to Leadership last week, I would like to reach out here and ask all of the pros/champions a question. How did you learn to use articulate? Did you use YouTube, take some courses, progress through trial and error? Tell me all your tips and tricks. I saw there is training through the articulate website, did anyone go this route and was it beneficial? I am completely new to applications like articulate. Many thanks in advance! 

Is there a way to print an attendance sheet and have those who are enrolled manually sign?

Hi All, We have uploaded a scrom 1.2 file from both Elucidat and Camtasia tools but however we are not able to extract answer breakdown report for users. Do we have any solution for this. When we checked with Docebo support we were informed about CMI interaction calls are not available. Does anybody have idea about this and how do we extract the detailed answer breakdown report 

I have just created a Skill Set for Talent Management and added a set of skills to it. Now what? How do I connect the Talent Development Skill Set with the users who need it? Or am I supposed to do something else with Skill Sets?

We have an interesting predicament. We use Docebo for training of our customer users who purchase our products and services.  They get enrolled in the following ways:If one of our employees enrolls a product-owning customer, we directly put them in a branch where they can see the appropriate course catalogs for their access level. If a customer self-enrolls, they automatically get dropped into a “free preview” branch, where they can see a few introductory, non-proprietary courses to get started.  In the meantime we vet who they actually are and then move them to the appropriate branch if they are a real paid product owner.  This method lets them get started on their own without having to wait for approval, but prevents a “spy” from self-enrolling and then viewing whatever proprietary courses they want.The problem with this is:  On our login screen, we want to be able to show the wide selection of the courses we offer so we created a bunch of catalog

Hello, I have a SFTP file of a report of some courses outsite Docebo of users that have completed the course. How can I bring this SFTP file to be added into the course report ?  Best regards, 

Am I crazy in thinking that the subscription/cost model is that much better than many other tools?I just looked at their price model for the New Adobe Captivate - not the older version….And at 34$ a month - to subscribe to it - it may warrant a much deeper dive at it. Just curious.FYI - I have used the original Captivate since it was a tool generated by Macromedia and it was a rebranding of Robodemo right up and through 2020 so I know the other side of Captivate.

Hi!I need to add add another button to the Well done! section that users see when a course is completed. I have used the Localization Tool to change the language from ‘Retake this course ‘to ‘Click “Renew Certification” at the top corner’ as I was finding users were retaking the course rather than clicking the blue Renew Certification in the top corner.  This is not clear and unfortunately doesn't really stand out no matter how much guidance you provide.Some courses have certifications and some don't.  Some users like to retake courses to prompt learning or recheck things but as I have now removed the wording they don't know how to revisit the course once completed.Does anyone know how to add another button available to make this clearer please??  thanks 

HiWe have Obs checklist for some eLearning courses that mark the course as completed once the OC is signed off.Is there a way to remove a user from having to complete a Obs checklist?

I’d like to add a button with a direct link to the Skills Dashboard. But when I access the Skills Dashboard and copy the link, it only takes me to the user’s profile. Add to that the fact that the skills dashboard menu item takes a couple of seconds to show up, we’re going to lose opportunity for people to find and use it.Has anyone been able to find a direct link to the skills dashboard that can be used for this purpose?TIA!

Hello!Within User Management, I am unable to edit any of the Additional Fields (Job Title, Department, Location) under Edit User for only one specific user. I am a Superadmin user.  Any ideas as to why this is? Thank you!  

Hi folks.Based on what I’ve seen I’m inclined to think the answer is no, but let me ask anyway...Is there any way to see a rating for a course that is not either seeing it in a catalog or running a report? As an administrator, I feel like it should not take so many steps, it should be available directly in the Course Management page for a given course.Honestly I think that, for all the valuable information we could be extracting from this field, there is very little transparency here, it could be a lot more accessible.

Hey there!I wonder if any of you know how to set the width on surveys to make appear relative to the elements in there, with the new course player functionality, users have to scroll right or left to find all the options on the scale, and I wonder if any is experiencing the same and if you know how to fix it. Hi  We’ve noticed that now if we want to mark the Course Enrollment Policy as “Pending Admin Approval” we are forced to select the “Enable Waiting list” option.  This must be a recent change because we have courses created un July that didn't require this option. The enrollment now remains active even after the maximum enrollment number has been reached. We don’t use waiting lists and need the ability to hide a session once it has reached its maximum enrollment quota. Any idea why this setting was changed?  Thanks

I’m really struggling with finding the available APIs for the tasks I’d like to accomplish.  Is there a list somewhere that is searchable?  The calls are split all over the place - some in Learn, some in Manage, some in Course, some in Enrollments, etc.  How can I find all the calls related across the various modules so that I don’t have to do this constant hunt and peck?  Is there a list somewhere that I’ve missed?  The current need is anything that allows us to manage the issued certificates.  I can’t find anything, but not sure if it’s just because I’ve gone cross-eyed trying to read through all of the endpoints.  Any guidance appreciated.  Thanks! 

Hi all, I have managed to change the course images and thumbnails on a number of courses. When I go into a course it displays fine, and when I first click into a part saved course, however when I come out of the course I get the default pre-set image. Does anyone know how to change this please?  

We are looking for a way to create coupons in bulks (e.g. 100 coupons every month, 500 coupons every 6 months). Did anyone find a way to do it via API or any other way?
