Hello everyone,I have searched the community but could not find an answer to my issue. I am trying to hide the course type in the new course player within a course. We use the eLearning course type for several types of courses, not all of which are actual eLearning.Has anyone else hidden this?Thanks in advance.

Hello,I’m looking for a little CSS help to hide the “Lesson Details” block of metadata and tags in the course player. I saw in a related post that someone shared code a year ago to hide tags appearing in chapters, but I don’t believe that will work with the current course player? Any advice?Thank you!

How do we disable/retire a course?We have several ILT courses that have training materials and sessions. In the past, users were enrolled in these courses, accessed the training materials, took a quiz. They have existing records that we do not want to unlink/remove. We recently added a new course and would like to take these older ILT courses offline. We selected to make it unpublished but oddly enough they still show up on the users catalog for selection and then fail obviously. Going into the course advanced properties/time options you can only enter a expire number, not a date. Is this what we need to do in order for these older ILT courses to not show up on any catalogs?   

Hey all, I’m looking to update some of the header buttons on our login/landing page to make it easier for users to understand how to create a new account!Currently, we have the default set up with just the “Sign In” button that displays the SSO modal, then to the sign-in / registration page. But I’m hoping to change the style of the “Sign In” button, and add a “Register” button to the right - Similarly to how AWS does it here: If anyone has done this before / has any suggestions on how to accomplish this, I’d really appreciate it!Thanks, 

As the title suggests, I’d love to hear how you’d build this out… We have some technical training that we’re leading through ILT sessions at various offices across the United States. The instructors are SMEs who want to stay at arm’s length from our LMS (which I’m not entirely mad about). We are managing session enrollment using the LMS, but our practice has always been to email PDF copies of slide decks and other references to participants post-session. In a pinch, that process works but people lose emails and our email retention policy is only 365 days from send date. To that end, I thought it would be great to “host” the PDF items within the course as training materials. This way, participants could access from within the completed course shell. To that end, I’ve got a few requirements for hosting the items within the course shell…We don’t want learners accessing the materials until they’ve attended the session.  We wan

I am the Docebo admin at a SaaS company. I want to elevate our Project Managers to Power Users so that they can create custom reports to track their customers' training progress. What permissions do I need to assign so that they can only access Reports? 

Looking for feedback or thoughts on how others are managing checklist approvals when a manager is out on leave. Or if there is an idea posted, I would love to upvote it. Currently, this process falls on our field Talent Development personnel, but looking for a more streamlined/scalable option.

Hello,I have a course where we’re offering sessions for specific divisions and we have open sessions where anyone can sign up. Is there a by session way for me to select if self-enrollment is available?  For the moment, I’ve made the max enrollment 0 for the sessions where I don’t want people signing themselves up, but that’s inelegant for the power users/admins who need to assign their staff members to their specific staff session.Thanks!

Does anyone know of a way to mass update enrollments on a course to be marked with the new “Enrollment Priority” of “Required” via API? I know I can do it course by course (see screenshots below). However, we have a big gap right now where we enroll new hires into a Learning Plan of their relevant courses and while we can mark the Learning Plan as Required, it doesn’t cascade down to the individual courses. Docebo claims thats intentional behavior, but now we don’t have a way for learners (or admins running reports) to see that those individual courses within an LP are indeed required. It would be awesome to be able to batch update enrollments for multiple courses at once to include the Required Enrollment Priority.

I currently have a notification set up to automatically send an email to enrolled users for an ILT class one day before their event starts.  This notification includes the [event_date] shortcode.  That shortcode appears to have a bunch of extra information in it, as well as line breaks before and after the actual date/time information.   Example: Text in notification -“We look forward to seeing you on [event_date].” Text as it appears in email - “We look forward to seeing you on  10/25/2023 6:00:00 pm - 10/25/2023 7:00:00 pm (your time GMT -05:00 American/Chicago)Location:### Road, City, State Zip, COUNTRY.” I have a couple of questions here.Why is there so much extra information in this shortcode?  I can understand the time and time zone being included (though I would argue that those should be separate shortcodes), but the location is a completely separate piece of

Unfortunately, we’re still stuck on it. I’m hoping to get your input once again!Issue 1: We have free self-registration enabled for our learners. Learners are prompted to choose their branch from a dropdown menu. However, selecting a branch isn’t mandatory. If a learner skips this step, they are automatically dropped into the base branch. Has anyone figured out how to blank out the Direct Manager field for a user via CSV?  I have a subset of users that previously had a Direct Manager assigned on their profile but they no longer need one assigned.  I have tried leaving that field blank on the CSV file, but it did not update the field - it just ignores the blank fields and leaves the Direct Manager in place.

Hello! 👋 We commonly hear feedback from users that they lose sight of when training is due. We implemented the “My Tasks” widget on the main landing page, but the tabs in that widget don’t display expiration dates (even on the deadlines tab). Is there a setting to enable this that I’m overlooking? Assuming that I’m not overlooking something, whats your process for giving users a snapshot of upcoming deadlines from their main landing page? Are you using My Calendar? Some other mechanism? I’m considering creating a “button” that takes them to “My Courses and Learning Plans,” but I don’t love that they’d have to navigate off the main page to see due dates. Arguably, it’s what they care about the most when they log in.  I’m open to inspiration!

We are seeing that the folders we create in the central repository are visible and selectable in the full course catalog to filter classes. We want to use a folder structure in the repository that makes sense to power users but may not have a direct relationship to course sorting. Example- sub folders within topic Folders called Presentations, drawings, evaluations Is there any way to separate these? Or what are the ramifications of turning categories off for catalogs?

I already have a ticket in, but it helps to narrow things down if I know if it’s just us.We are seeing a 403 error when users try to launch an  AICC course. These are courses that used to work. The error says Internal Access only.The courses are configured to launch in a new tab, if that matters at all.Anyone else seeing this?

Thank you in advance for your help. For a new course we launched we wanted to assign to all staff and give them 50 days from enrollment date as their due date (soft deadline on). Now that the 50 days is fast approaching, we wanted to remove the days of validity for future new hires that we assign this course. Assuming all those who have already been assigned the course with eh due date, would remain unchanged, when I disabled the enable days of validity for this course, it removed the end date from all currently assigned. So I am curious what I did wrong or how should I remove days of validity but keep what has already been assigned? I see the setting’ Apply settings to all users, including those already enrolled’ but that looks like if I want to make a change to the number of days I could update all enrollments if I wanted but not to remove the days of validity altogether.   Thanks! 

Is there a way for a user to go back and review the instructions on an assignment AFTER they have completed / passed the assignment?  Right now we cannot figure out a way to view those original instructions once the submission has been graded / passed.

About to explore adding the below language selector we see on the login page to the standard header once a user is logged in. Has anyone tried this before?

Does anyone know or have a way we can add how many rows appear in the task widget?No matter what, I can only get 3 rows to appear and the view all button at the bottom. I already expanded the height of the widget but it only returns 3 which seems like such a waste to me.   The View all button takes us to a page we don’t want user’s to use.
