Hi all! I want to re assign a training material we have in the central repository that we assigned a few years ago. Is there a way to duplicate the training material in the CLOR so the completion does not carry over to the new assignment? I don’t have the original file to upload a duplicate to the CLOR. Any other suggestions?

Does anyone know what the image size for the thumbnail for training material is?We are fine with the course image thumbnails, but I can’t find a reference to the smaller ones for training material within a course. Are they the same size as a course thumbnail? They’re so small I wasn’t sure if there would be a difference.

Hello,Does anyone one has a process on how to upload website article as training material? Tried using the HTML page option but it’s not really working for me. 

Hi I’m quite new to the Docebo platform and would to change the rectangle label colour on the course cards for the status of the courses. We currently have blue for not started, which changes to black for courses In Progress or Completed, but we would like to have this as the following:Red - Not StartedAmber - In ProgressGreen - CompletedAny help on this would be very much appreciated. Hello! I am having a very interesting bug in our system, and wanted to see if anyone has any feedback. I created an HTML icon banner where users can easily access popular destinations in our LMS. One of the icons, is a “View All My Courses” button. When users click on this, they are taken to a page with Course and LP widgets. These widgets are broken up to show Courses Not Started, In-Progress, and Completed across the 3 widgets, opposed to the generic My Courses and LP page that just has them all combined.  When users click this icon, it works fine. However, we have another widget on our home page “Mandatory and Required Training” that we use to just filter to show them their compliance courses. Users click this, and it auto filters to just show courses with the course additional field of “Mandatory” or “Compliance”. This one works fine.  However, we noticed a very specific bug that when a user clicks on the Required and Mandatory Training button,

We’ve found our users often miss the global search at the top of the screen. We would like to duplicate it within a custom page, and our homepage. Could this be done with an HTML widget, CSS, or both together?

Hi everyone!Does anyone know why thumbnails for assets within a channel look blurry, compared to thumbnails for courses? I have utilized the double ratio trick that I have seen suggested, however the thumbnail for assets still appear to be blurry, regardless of what size it is changed to. (Guide is the asset, Course is the course upload which is much cleaner and crisp looking) Thank you for your help in advance! 

Here is a fun one - does anyone have an idea on how to hide deeplinks from the task widget?I had a higher up someone with the right intent incorrectly tell their staff to go do something. Because we are in a compliance cycle, this could cause some havoc with folks running their own reporting.To help avoid that? We are disabling the deeplinks for those courses for now. But we do like to deploy them with a tighter chain of custody (we actually have hidden the share link on a course page in the past with CSS).So...a question - has anyone attempted to tackle hiding the ellipses that can be available when a person hovers across something that is in their task list when deeplinks are enabled???? 

We need to send a notification to a group of powerusers when a user is created in the system.  We have a number of specific custom user fields that we’d like to include into the notification text.  Is there a way to use a custom user field as a short code to add that information automatically into the notification?

Greetings everyone. Have you noticed that from users' management when you want to activate or deactivate a user or users from a branch, it just rolls out? I mean the system doesn´t warn you about what you are about to perform, I think it would be a good idea to get a warning message before rolling out, get a message warning you before confirming the action you are about to perform and info about how many users you are about to modify. Does any from you know if we can configure this from CSS and in case you do, can you share how? or maybe if I need to open an idea to Docebo? Thanks 

Hi Team,I hope you’re doing well. I’m keen to pick your brain on something. We currently use Docebo to set up webinars using Microsoft Teams and Docebo sends the ILT invitation to the learners. We don’t have any visibility on if the learners accept or decline the invitations which may lead to confusion. Is there an easy way for us to gain visibility/track the invitation acceptance/decline in an easy way instead of going into every ILT session in the session to check the RSVP status? Perhaps a report of some sort or a notification that can be sent to the instructors?Thanks.

My team is looking at implementing a payment gateway. Our organization already uses PayPal, so that is the gateway we’re looking at. From testing in the sandbox, PayPal seems to require that the user has or creates a PayPal account. This will be a barrier for our customer base that we’d like to avoid. Is anyone using the PayPal eCommerce add-in without requiring customers to have a PayPal account?

Docebo excels in many areas, but search is not one of them. The global search results are particularly confusing to our users. To address this, we are looking into adding a third party search tool like Coveo or Elastic. Does anyone have experience integrating a tool like this into Docebo? If so, I would love to hear about your experience.

If I use these eligibility rules (see image) does the user have to belong to both branches selected or will is work if the user is in at least one?  I am trying to capture a group of users who belongs in either branch. 

Hi everyone. Our team has just recently launched our LMS and have started sending out emails from the platform, for course completion reminders. However, people thought it was spam, with how basic the email composer is, where I at least, can't add our company signature. Do you know of a setting in Docebo that I can configure to add a default signature or any work around?  Thank you!PS. I dont know CSS 

One request that we have for our platform is to make “United States of America” the first choice when users self-register. What our Additional Fields - Country option currently looks like.What would be the best CSS code to do this? Or is this possible? 

Hi y’all! I am receiving an error when trying to preview my Training Materials Report.Goal: With this report I hope to be able to view the test scores (all attempts) of all users for each lesson. Problem: I am trying to preview my report and the error “Nothing to preview. The report does not match any data. Please try again using different report filters.” is appearing. I know that there are test scores to report on as I have completed some tests.Question: Why is this error happening? How can I fix it? What is the best way to achieve my goal?I have attached images of the filters I have set up and the error page.I would love some help!

Our external users in our Docebo platform are created from the Salesforce intergration app. When a user contact is created in Salesforce, there is a selection to create Docebo access to create a Docebo user account.What is the recommended best practice for retiring uexternal users when the external users primary account is inactivated in Salesforce?Example:  Charlie Brown is a member of ACME Corporation.  His contact in Salesforce indicated he should have a Docebo account and it was set up.Acme corporation is now an inactivated external user.  Is there a way that all contacts associated with the ACME corporation can automatically be set to retired with a date in Docebo when the account status is changed in Salesforce? In addition is there a recommended workflow, when an external employee leaves a company, but the company remains active?

Hello everyoneI have a customer using one of my extended enterprise subdomains, plugged into its SSO.I have activated the function to connect only using the “SAML SSO” button. But as I don’t have credential on my customer SSO, I can not connect.I can if I’m activating the SMAL_SSO + login/password option… but this is confusing for my customer: half of them connect by clicking on the SAML SSO button, others try with credentials and fail.So is there an alternate URL for this subdomain where I could connect, with my login/password and not use the SAML SSO button?

When I drop my code into the HTML text box for a Catalog Custom Page, I can see it all load correctly in the edit mode.Combined HTML and CSS preview after entering codeOnce I publish the code, it changes so that the CSS isn’t loading. Hey Docebo community! Not sure if others have run into this, but there’s a strange light blue/aqua color background for the Resume Training page in the new course player.  The color isn’t configured in your colors in Configure branding and look. According to the CSS, it looks like it’s set to a default lightblue background. Here’s the CSS if you’re looking to change the color. Hello everyone. I am creating a training package consisting of multiple modules, including videos, tests, and SCORM packages. I place the test at the end of the training package. In the general settings of the training package, I set the material attempt limit to 3. After 3 unsuccessful attempts, the test is locked, but the user doesn't receive a warning like 'Please start the training package from the beginning.' I want the training modules to be locked again, and for the user to start the training from the first module, with each module reopening sequentially.What I want is that if the user cannot pass the final test in 3 attempts, they should return to the beginning of the training package, and their training experience should reset. 

Hello, We want all users to remain access to the platform to be able to fetch course certificates and basically for historic and reporting purposes as well. But we hit a big snag here…We provide access to several catalogues through a subscription model. The payment are handled outside of the platform, and we manually put users within branches based on what the pay for in terms of access. Now we realized that users who get access to get their ILT course certificates, who previously has access to the paid catalogues, can still use the courses from their “my courses and learning plans” page. They cannot see the paid catalogues, or the courses, but all courses that they previously signed up for, were in progress with, or finished, is still available to them.
