Hello!  I recently learned about inserting a rotating banner using Google Slides to our home page. An easy enough process and I have it 95% done. I have the HTML code and am inserting the code as an HTML widget. It works perfectly fine, but I do notice that it has the “Google Slides” bar at the bottom of it, almost like it is doing a presentation. Does anyone know how to remove this bar? I’ve looked at several threads that also use Slides to HTML banners, but haven’t found anything. 

Recently the URL links in several courses stopped working and we’re receiving this error message. It’s not a iframe issue since the course material was written with the HTML editor, and not iframe. I added the domains to the list just in case, but that didn’t resolve the issue. Any suggestions for how to troubleshoot so users can be directed to external sites?

Hi all,We have our LMS platform built and looking how we want using CSS but now we want to have an additional homepage for another customer to view tailored content and when we duplicate the original homepage it appears as though the CSS from the default hompage isn’t pulling through to the newly created one and elements of the page are different.  What do we need to tweak CSS wise to get consistancy throughout the pages?  I have tried looking at the IDs of the boxes etc without success.This is the default homepage...One created in sandbox for the group… So the main box has lost the formatting of the font and colour and the small blue box

Hello,I want to provide a vocabulary list to my learners that is searchable and includes links and images. Has anyone done this? I’d prefer it to be housed within the LMS not something they need to download.All ideas are welcome. Thanks!Andrea

I am trying to create a report using Custom Reports Builder and I am choosing the “courses user” option. I only want to gather course data, but I am missing a few data fields. Is there a way to add more course view options in the “course fields” section? I would like to see the last date that someone was enrolled in the course and the last date that someone accessed the course.    

Might seem like a silly question but when configuring my sessions, there is an option “Last Subscription Date”, is this the date that learners can enroll in the session? I have set it for two days before each session and want to make sure the course will not be open for enrollments after this time. Thank you! Dear All, Since a long time we are struggling with user completion status for ILT Trainings. We would like all users to be marked as completed only after they have met the two requirements - 1) Attended the entire session (Evaluation-based) 2) They complete the test that has been uploaded under Training Material. (Also marked as last object marker) under course. But the moment we mark them as passed for the session they are declared as completed for the course even without giving the test. I have a learning plan that we are no longer using.  I do not want to delete it, as I want to keep the records of when people were enrolled and whether they completed it or not.  I have unpublished all of the courses within the learning plan, changed statuses of those who were incomplete on courses to “suspended” on said courses.  So people no longer have access to any of the courses within the LP.  I have unpublished the LP, as well. However, it is still showing up on peoples’ “My Current Learning”.  I don’t know what else I can do to get rid of it, as it seems I cannot change someone’s enrollment status to suspended on the LP itself.  Any ideas?

Hi all, I have some LP’s where courses need swapped out or expired and new courses brought in.  I have read a number of posts on this, but have yet to find a suggested best practice.  I have read a few different impacts to transcripts and completion status, and am trying to weigh out what is the least problematic when it comes to retaining data.If you remove a course from a LP, this also removes any completions that were made as part of LP enrollment If you add a new course that only NEW enrollments would need to complete, the users currently at 100% fall to ‘in progress’ and a less than 100% as they have not completed the new courseNeither of the above are desirable outcomes of a LP modification  If a course is expired but left in the LP, does that count towards the completion percentage?If I set the expired legacy course as an equivalent to the new course(s), would the user be successfully enrolled in th

Looking for a demo of how you use MS Teams for vILT sessions. We are testing and it doesnt seem to work as we expected and think we may have a setting incorrect. Hi All, I am new to Docebo, the first few weeks in! Yay!We’re in the process of setting up groups and branches to assign content to learners, and I have a few questions about them. I'm looking for tips on best practices specifically for our use case. First Q: Do learners see the group description or even know that they are part of a group? It does not seem like they will, but I wanted to be sure. Looking for tips here: What would you tell yourself when you were setting up, or what do you wish you had known? More info: We’re a large business (2500+ users), but our primary use will be for our call center employees for their onboarding and continued training (for new product/process releases, compliance, skill building, etc.). I wonder if anyone has any thoughts on a potential workaround for an issue we have.Our LMS instance is fed from our HR system call ‘itrent’.  in our organisation people can have multiple contracts e.g. a part time role for 3 days, a temp role that happens occasionally etc.  Its not unusual for some people to have a number of temporary contracts.The impact this has on the LMS is that the data for fields like ‘job title’, ‘reporting unit’, ‘manager’ come across for all contracts in what i think must be date order.  So the details for someone's main job (even if that's the job they are in 4 days a week), could end up in ‘Job title 3’, ‘reporting unit 3’, ‘manager 3’.This is a problem for things like:The manager not being able to see all details for someone as they are not manager number 1 All managers getting manager related notifications.  I only want the notification/approval to go to the manager of their main job. Greetings, we have integrated MS Teams into Docebo and were successfully able to run simultaneous meetings. However, when doing so neither instructor is able to create polls or initiate breakout rooms.  I’ve been reading previous posts about this issue and am hearing two different perspectives.Are these tools expected to work for a designated instructor or is the integration between the two a streamlined version of Teams?

I’m attempting to set up a digest notification for managers to list their employees and the compliance courses that are overdue. We thought it would also be nice to include courses with approaching due dates, and I thought that’s what the “Number of days to check in advance” feature is for. But then I found this:  And what I’m confused about is how the sending Notification on a specific day of the week at a specific time AND Number of days to check in advance work together.The guide linked above notes that if I use “7” days to check in advance, then the email will be sent every day for 7 days before the course is due. But I want ONE email to be sent on ONE day of the week (ideally Monday) with a list of courses for each employee that will become overdue within 7 days, and that are already overdue.Is this possible, or am I reaching for somethi

Has anyone had success creating an event that uses the Zoom V3 integration via the API? I’m using the endpoint https://domo.docebosaas.com/api/course/v1/sessions/{sessionID}/events and I can see that the API documentation shows fields referring to Zoom V3, but doesn’t indicate with the value of the “webinar_tool” field should be or which of the fields are required, etc. If you’ve built a successful payload for this endpoint, could you please share what zoomv3 fields you used and what you included as the webinar_tool value? 

I’d either like help doing one of two different options: Hide the filter button all together. Hide Price and Language.I can’t seem to find guides for doing either one of my two options. Any suggestions?   

Is there a way to have multiple languages for a LP description? I need to show the LP description in English and French.  

I have a course within a learning plan that is locked for only certain employees not all employees.The course in the learning plan is showing (below) that the Subscription is Not Active and on the admin side it says Locked The enrollment settings are where they should be, they are set to self-enrollment options. The catalogs assigned are also correct. The learning plan also is set to where there are no prerequisites or that they have to follow a certain order of courses.The course does not have any codes enabled.What else can I check to try to get this open to all employees? 

We are in the process of transitioning from one LMS to Docebo - the issue however being this is occurring over a period and there does not appear to be an easy way to bulk complete people without moving through every course and selecting tick boxes. Is anyone aware of a solution that can help here?
