It has been mentioned that credit tracking was going to be integrated into the platform, The issue is I can’t seem to find any resources detailing when this may occur. We use credits religiously with our trainings so this tool will be greatly utilized by us and I am hopeful we can align our integration of credits into our platform at the same times as the launch rather than attempting a clunky work-a-round with coupon codes.  Thanks in advance!

While Docebo is functioning as our Learning Management System for delivery of training to customers, we need a complementary Training Management System (TMS) or general resource management tool- this would be a platform that helps us with scheduling all of our ILT sessions:coordinating trainer schedules and contracts managing operations around booking training venues tracking other operational tasks like shipping materials or equipment to a venue ideally also tracking expenditures and salesWe have far too many ILT sessions held all over the globe with different resources required to be tracking in spreadsheets alone.Does anyone else out there have similar needs and what are you using? How do you use it in combination with Docebo? What’s working or what’s not?

Does the Teams/Docebo integration automatically set up a calendar invite for learners? I can’t seem to send the location link in an email and I am running into a lot of issues.  

I am working on reporting for our ILT and have a filter selected to show waiting users Custom reports>Session enrollment status (including all but suspended users).There are no learners being reported as waiting users, but I know there are waiting users when I look at course management.Any ideas for a work around? Anyone else having this issue?

Ok! you guys are just great at helping I am a jack of all master of none. I do everything from ID, to graphics, to LMS, to video editing, so CSS HTML is a jack not expert trade for me.I am trying to design a new page. I really liked the hover on the map kind of example Docebo put out on the guides, but I couldn’t get it to work without a white background and scrollbar.I moved to the custom flipcard and added those *somewhat* successfully. I don’t love the background color, etc.I am down to just trying to create a HTML widget that takes you to a course because I do not have Coaching or Assets. (It is also not my favorite, I would rather have just a list of downloadable files) If I could JUST get rid of that padding on the image, I could be satisfied but not happy with what I’ve done so far.Here is my CSS and my HTML for the Handy Tools/Course link widget (I gave up on the hover effect on this one): //HandT_image

I am clearly missing something here.I would like to use the Get Report Results Paginated API to feed a BI system. My alternative is to use an API with multiple calls to get the same data, and that burns up some license stuff on the BI side…..soooo trying a different approach.I have a report that has all the data I want. I just need to get it to the BI system. I don’t have an SFTP. I can’t use Google Sheets or similar. I would prefer not to have to manually do a flat file import every time I need to refresh the data.Enter the API…….I have the report ID, easy enough.What I can’t seem to find is how to get the required Export_ID parameter.If I schedule the report (new reports), will it have an Export_ID ? Will it be unique for each scheduled run? Where do I find this thing? @Bfarkas I read your post on reports everywhere (love it!)…...but I didn’t see this specific API discussed. Hopeful

Hi,  We have a use case where customers by seats to ILT courses on a yearly subscription. i.e. they should be able to sign up to 5 seats each year, if they do not use the codes in the year, they are no longer valid. Then they get 5 new codes the year after. If I create codes with an expiration date attached to a subscription, is there any way to automatically send customers new codes each year or to automatically renew the same codes?

I am looking for a pay to change the payment icon for ecommerce transactions. We are using paypal as our backend payment processor, so when you go to the shopping cart in docebo, it shows a paypal logo.  Our users can checkout using credit card and don’t actually need a paypal account, so the paypal logo confuses them. I want to change the icon to instead show a credit card symbol or something.  Does anyone know how to change the payment vendor icon?  Thanks!!

Does anyone know if it’s possible to Import  an individual enrolled users from courses into another course? From what I can tell, I can only enroll multiple users? Our workaround has been to mark the individual we want to enroll as “overbooking” or “no show” in the original course, and then select that filter when enrolling, but is there a way to just select by user?Thank you for any and all help! 

Hello,I’m trying via Docebo connect to include Custom User Fields in the anonymization process. The example which can be found within Docebo connect works well with the standard fields but does not allow me to add the custom fields as a Data pill to the recipe. The part I’m struggling with the Child recipe where you need to define in the update user step which fields you want to anonymize. However it is not possible to select the Custom user fields. I have created a custom action in order to retrieve all user data but then in this step I cannot refer to the “Filter to get users” neither to the page and the page size as is done within the standard step “update user”. Can somebody point me in the right direction please?

Hi there,  I am interested in selecting a lighter color for the “main colors” option of the Customize Colors page.   However, the text that shows up on this color is white, so it does not show up very well. I do not know how to change the text to black, so that it will show up on the lighter color.   Does anyone know a fix for making this text black?  Meagan 

I regularly export reports that are 300,000+ lines and so the only workable option is to output to CSV. I got really frustrated when certain  characters like diacritics, cyrillic letters, Greek letters when opened in Excel were corrupted  showing something like Г„/Г¤, Г–/Г¶.I raised a ticket with Docebo help as it seemed to be a reporting  issue with CSV file exports. However, thanks to their (and Shaune Peebles) help. I was amazed to discover that Docebo reports do output correctly with CSV UTF-8  format. which, in theory, should remove the character corruption.I was totally dumbfounded to learn from Microsoft support that it’s a known, but little publicized, issue that Excel misreads the UTF (BOM) marker that says it needs to use 65001: Unicode (UTF-8) and tries to open the file as standard CSV (which causes the corruption).OK so for those of you who have not worked this out yet :Don’t open a CSV file and let Excel import it (it will get it

Hi all, These days I ran into a strange behaviour and I’m wondering if this is an expected behaviour or not.Situation:We have a “Course survey” that is used in several courses with separated completion track. So the completion of the survey is separated per each course.For one of the courses I needed to archive the completion and reset the training materials completion for an annual re-take.One of the training material was this survey as well. So the completion of this survey was reseted for this specific course. Now when I wanted to pull out some reports for other courses for this specific survey, the results were missing.Basically for all users that were on the reset process on 1 course and this survey, the responses were reseted/deleted for all courses as well.Question:  When you have a “not shared completion track” survey on multiple courses and you reset the completion on one of the

The password reset function usually works fine and users are able to request a reset and receive to their email. Now and again, there are days when multiple users report they request the reset and do not receive it. Has anyone else experienced this intermittent issue and if so, did you find resolve? Thanks!

Does anyone else NOT want power users to be able to set validity dates on a learning plan?The new learning plan update (which is otherwise great) has give power users the ability to set validity dates on the learning plan when enrolling users. We have a large client base with numerous power users who enroll users in learning plans. We have always had all our courses always available to users as a refresher as well allowing them to complete a course after the due date. Prior to the recent learning plan update power users did not have the ability to set validity dates, now they can. The problem is, they do not know what validity dates are or the ramifications of using them. Even if we send out an email to all power users explaining it to them, many will not read it or they will forget it in 3 months.If anyone knows how I can hide the learning plans validity dates from the power users please let me know.

Previously we had successfully imported courses from LinkedIn Learning into Docebo.  Users could see the courses in Docebo, enroll, and take the courses.  Users noticed this week that they are unable to get into the courses.  I’ve even imported yet another course today and users cannot complete those courses either.  They get this “oops” error screen from LinkedIn Learning.  This all worked fine previously.  

Which API Endpoint can be used to extract a report for the below mentioned activities :Export a Catalogs report via API with all courses assigned to it. Export the notification log via API - I found  Returns a list of notifications logs. GET/notifications/v1/notifications_log However, from where do I get the notification code ?Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks.

Hello all!Is it possible to create a page to just view files that are hosted in Docebo that can be clicked and viewed without having them bundled as a course/found in a course?We have things we’d like to host in Docebo, like PDFs of a guide for trainers, that aren’t necessarily a “course”. Rather, they’re just a file we’d like them to be able to quickly view at will. I have searched and see that there’s ways to do an HTML page or iFrames, but these seem to be based on the files being hosted elsewhere to link, where we’re looking to host the files in Docebo itself.Thank you in advance for any help!!

Is there any way to prevent users adding skills to the platform and force them to choose form the skills or skillsets that administrators provide? We’re a large organization and we launched today. I started the day with a beautiful curated skillsets, directly related to our competencies for talent and performance management, paired with content.I’m ending the day with chaos. I have 5 versions of “effective communication” - only 1 of which maps back to our channels, courses, and content. I need to stop the madness ASAP!
