Missing RENEW Now Button

Novice I

I have 2 examples of an eLearning course being out of date and the expiration date is showing but the RENEW NOW Button is not there. Any ideas?

    I’m also having the same issue since the past fortnight :(  The renew button on our task list is now re-directing users to their “Certifications and retraining” page on their profile which is never did before and like you, the renew now button on this page has gone.

    ​@mbonner ​@andrew-CH I passed this along to the team and they suggest submitting a support ticket as this is not expected behaviour.
