Export the contents of enrolment rules

Hi Everyone

We are going through all our notifications and enrolment rules.

I was just wondering, rather than looking at each one individually, is there a way of exporting their contents to a CSV or other file?

I have had a look through the menus and custom reports and have not found anything. I assume the answer is no but I thought I would ask as it will save us a lot of time.

    The way to get an export of all of your enrollment rules is through API :).

    You’ll need to append /api-browser to your url, so: www.[company].docebosaas.com/api-browser or www.[companyacademy].com/api-browser.

    This will take you to the available APIs in your platform.

    To get the enrollment rules, on the left side of the screen, switch “learn” to “manage”, you’ll see the page reload. About 10 options down underneath “API reference” is “LegacyEnrollmentRules”.

    The first option there is “Get a List of the Enrollment rules”.

    Go ahead and click OAuth there, if you’re signed in already, just click continue, if you’re not, sign in.

    Once you’re ready click try and it will return a list. If you have a lot of rules, its only going provide a list so long so you might have to change the page from nothing to “2” to see what else is there.

    The response you’ll get will show you the name of the rule, the list of its criteria, the courses and/or groups/branches involved by ID, not the platform name.
