I am super excited about the Marketplace Agent beta because the search function isn't ideal. However, I still can’t get the Agent to work — it returns errors. Has anyone else experienced the same issue?
Here is an example of its answer:
Right now I’m not able to curate anything because the Content Marketplace catalog service is down — every search attempt for those terms is returning an upstream error from the marketplace.
Because my remit is specifically to search, compare, shortlist, and import marketplace content, that outage blocks me from:
- Running the separate searches on your seven key terms
- Applying your duration, ratings, and format filters
- Screening out manager-focused items.
- Doing tone reads based on real titles, descriptions, formats, publishers, and dates.
