Hi! I’m Daniele and I am the PM for Mobile Learning. I’m glad you joined this Product Design Group (PDG) to help us shape how the mobile app evolves. 

We want the Docebo mobile app to be easier to start, simple to stay signed in, and more helpful once learners are inside. We believe the best way to get there is to build it with the people who use it.

Here is what happens next:

  • We will share with you early design concepts, so we can validate our ideas together.
  • We will send surveys to understand what are the most common use cases, challenges learners face everyday and your number 1 priorities.
  • Along the way, we will share what we learn and how it changes our plans.

        ​@daniele.corbetta really excited for this to be developed 🙌 Mobile is a big need of our learner base, 2/3 of our learners are mobile only, so looking forward to what comes from this!

        A few things we’ve heard from our mobile learners:

        • The need for more clarity in the app over what learning should be prioritised e.g. Required vs Optional learning
        • Clear renewal and completion of certifications flow entirely within the mobile app
        • Clear signposting for when a course is split between several lessons so they know to navigate.

        Our team personally would love the ability for enabling custom HTML widgets as this allows us to add so much targeted value to our learners, but may be out of scope on this piece 😅

            Welcome to the PDG, ​@NickRood, happy to see you’ve already shared some real feedback! 

            First of all, certifications renewal and completion is already on the roadmap and close to be released (I’ll keep you posted on it) - the other two ideas were not on my radar yet and I’d like to understand more about them.
