Bookmarking

Hi. 

I am hosting an external eLearning module in my LMS but the course does not bookmark. Is there a setting in Docebo where I can do this or is it part of the set up in the course itself which I don’t have access to?

    Hi ​@mbonner this is likely an issue with the course package as there are no specific settings in Docebo you can enable to allow this. Bookmarks are usually contained in the learning object suspend data and sent back to Docebo when the user exits the course. If it’s not a communication issue (lost communication, improper closing of the course or LMS, etc,), it is likely some incompatibility between the  learning object package (coding, output type, SCORM 1.2 vs SCORM 2004, etc.). Perhaps check with your vendor to inquire about this.
