I want to put branch name on certificates but it doesn’t appear to be an option.

Thats a negative - off hand there are not really many “calculated fields” that we can tap into. The only calculated fields I know of are two of them - Managers Name and Full Name...beyond that...you would need to rely on your integrations to get that detail to a user additional field.
