I thought my customer success manager said there was a way to live chat with the support team. Does anyone know if that is correct?

Hi @nichole.chandler yes but you may need to ask them to turn it ON...should look like this:

@nichole.chandler think we asked our CXM to do that but I’m sure support can assist with that.


Update: My customer experience person said that your chat is automatically turned on when you finish all of your Docebo training. 

You can also ask them to turn it on and they can do that as well. 


@nichole.chandler @lrnlab to confirm what you’ve all pretty much found, and for others who may come across the thread, Docebo Chat support will be enabled automatically once your team has completed your Onboarding (and training within Docebo University).

If you find that Chat is not enabled and it should be, please reach out to your Account Manager and a request to turn it on will be actioned internally.
