Does anyone know how to pull a course completion report that includes content version information?  We are just starting to use versioning and trying to figure out the limitations.  For instance can you trigger a course with recently versioned content to change a user’s course completion status?  Can you auto-assign a course based upon the version that was completed in past?  Thank you in advance for any experiential advice you are able to provide.

Hey there! You can get this information for SCORM objects in the Course Management area under Reports > Training Material Statistics. Click the SCORM object for more detailed reports.

You can view the version directly in Docebo or export it to a CSV or Excel file.

I don’t believe there is a way to include this information in the automated reports (i.e., New Reports). If you want to set up automated reports to capture/include this data, you could consider creating a new course entirely, then creating an automated report that combines the old course and new course data.

You might choose to do this if you made significant changes to a course and want to track completion of both.
