Digest Triggers Question

Hi all! New to Docebo here. I am trying to find a way that we can set up the weekly Digest so that certain courses and Learning Plan reminders are sent to users who are enrolled. But those reminders are NOT sent to anyone who self-enrolled, they are only sent to users who were assigned a course as part of a required Learning Plan. Is this possible?

Hi ​@hlewis - the reason your course is acting like this is based on the way you have scoped the recipents. Chances are there is a group that is driving it.

There are a few ways to remedy that. The lowest barrie would be to remove any scope of recipients - it will then begin to go to all who are enrolled in the course.

Thats not me though - personally? I would tighten up the scope on your grouping though. You can add a condition to an automatic group to add automatically anyone that has the status of enrolled or in progress for said course. That should button up the digest scope for you.
