Duplicating ILT Sessions Causing Connect RSVP Issues?

Has anyone run into issues with the Connect Outlook RSVP integration after using the new ILT session duplication feature?

We're seeing calendar invites not going out, and our working theory is that duplicating a session triggers the Connect recipes before Zoom info is configured on the new event. Curious if others have hit this and whether there's a workaround in place.

Hi ​@smallc although I cannot recall an exact instance, I think this might be a ‘thing’. Are you able to replicate the issue with a controlled test? If yes, I would suggest you get support involved so they can investigate further. Might be both a Connect and Zoom issue.

I appreciate your reply!

I built a test course to confirm that the RSVP function itself was working, and it was. I then duplicated that course with the session and enrolled a test user. That user did not receive a calendar invite. When I reset the events in the session and tried again, the invite went through successfully.

My theory is that duplicating a session creates a mismatch in the RSVP recipe that prevents calendar invites from sending until the events are reset. I reached out to our CSM for confirmation and will keep you posted.
