For an ILT course, if the course completion rule is set as ‘Percentage based: 75%’ (The course is marked as completed when the learner completes at least [n] % of the sessions in which they are enrolled), session completion rule: Training Material based (The session is marked as completed when the learner completes the Test training material). Event Attendance option:

Mark the event as attended when the user joins the webinar

Mark the event as attended if the user accesses the recordings

We are adding the recording of the session as a training material in the course. Now if a learner was not able to attend the live session and watches the recording of the session (which is added as training material) then how attendance is marked for those users. Additionally, if the recording of a session is added in recording section of session, is it possible to track the users who watched the recording?
(Note: We are hosting webinars on Google meet, which is not integrated with Docebo)

Hi @Design_1 You should the option you show in the first image and toggle ON the option for users to watch the recording to be marked as complete for the event. If you add the recording as a leaning object, the you would need to mark them as attended to satisfy the event completion rules AND they will need to launch and watch the recording, OR you can mark the recording as the “end object marker”. That said, you cannot add a webex or google meet link as a learning object. You can only upload the recoding file (size limitations) or from Wistia, Vimeo or YouTube. Also if the recoding is now a lean gin object and you have other sessions planned, anyone enrolled in the course and session would be able to review the recoding be marked as completed without actually attending your event.

Hope this helps.
