Harmony Assistant - Usage report

Dear Community,

I was wondering if there is any report or information available on how learners are using the Harmony assistant. It would be interesting to understand what types of questions they ask and whether Harmony is generally able to provide accurate and helpful responses.

Is something like this available? Anonymized data would be perfectly fine — it does not need to include usernames or any personal information.

​@Dominik according to the roadmap for 2026 the Search analytics dashboard is coming in H2 2026 so you need to wait little bit :)
But agreed, it’s something we need as well to fully understand the end users usage.

      I was just planning to enter a question or Ideas request this week myself about Harmony search analytics… Glad I came across your question.

      My group is really focused on data and KPIs this year, and we’ve been digging in to Google Analytics 4 to enhance our existing reports and dashboards, but so far we hadn’t found a GA4 solution to enable review of user Search terms from Harmony or the previous search functionality.

      I also missed that Search analytics is on the roadmap for 2026 - great news!
