I’d like to lookup links for courses through the API but cannot find any easy way to do this. What options are possible?More specifically right now I’d like to find the course evaluation links for a course. But any input regarding links through the API would be helpful

UPloading csv files for user groups

Yellow and black font-family was successfully modified, but red over-rules font-weight settings.See above for reference. I can successfully edit the font-family for both “.title.ng-star-inserted” and “.subtitle.ng-star-inserted” but all attempts to edit the font-weight are being ignored. Red is the “dynamic” CSS class and green shows my CSS edits, you can see my “font-weight: 300;” is being ignored. The class in red (_ngcontent-wrv-c73) is apparently “over-ruling” the font-weight determination, however, it changes every time the page

In accessing an existing user’s profile, I sometimes see a little red dot in the upper right corner of the branch’s folder icon. Can anyone tell me what that means? 

I find the error logs do not provide enough information about the error(s).  It’s too cryptic and you either assume or guess at what the information might be.  For example, opened an error log after trying to enroll users via CSV.  Typically in the first column it shows numbers.  What do these numbers indicate?  Next column shows the error, “Invalid enrollment fields data provided.”  Which enrollment field(s) is it?  There must be a better way to identify or explain what we’re seeing in the log.  Possibly add column headers with meaningful labels to avoid confusion or guessing...just a thought.  Any assistance would be appreciated. 

Does anyone have experience using the custom domain as the domain that sends emails and notifications from?  We are working with Docebo support and they are saying it is not recommended.  Seems odd and a bad user experience to not allow that.

I’m making some label updates in the Localization tool and we need to change a specific label across the whole system.  I am also tracking all the changes made on spreadsheet and making note of the module and where in the system the change is happening.But I cannot seem to find what the the “getmoreuser” module changes.  I’m totally missing it when I search for it, anyone happen to know what that module is used for?Screenshot of localization tool filtered for the module 

We are having a strange issue at the moment where some of our sessions are exceeding the max capacity by 1.  e.g. if the max number is 16 places, unexpectedly we are getting 17 enrolments.  i don’t know if its an issue with waiting lists but we can’t figure out what’s going on.Anyone else experiencing this?

Hi there!New Docebo user here--I was trying to add assets to a new channel, and the plus button didn’t give me an option to add content, only add a new channel. screenshot of ‘Add’ in Asset section of channelI took the Channels course in Docebo U, and tried exploring other settings but couldn’t find a solution--can you point me in the right direction? or is this a glitch?Thanks,Kennedy

Morning world.We are noticing that we have stuck background jobs. It looks like the system decided to take off for Veteran’s day and didnt let anyone know.Anyone else finding it? We did put a ticket in.

I think it would be really helpful for the users of any platform to be able a wishlist in Docebo for courses that they like to take in the future. Something like on Netflix, series that you haven't seen yet, but you’re interested and you want to start watching.

We have a power user profile that is only used to run reports on their assigned users. In order for the power user to be able to see the courses/learning plans int their user’s User Summary Report, and on other reports, we needed to enable the following permissions:View Courses View Learning Plans and assign the power user to the specific learning plan resourcesHowever, it appear that these power users can search for the learning plans in their search bar and enroll into the learning plan. We tried changing the enrollment setting on the courses in each learning plan to “admin must enroll user”, but the learning plans still appear and can be enrolled into.  How can we remove this power users ability to enroll into these learning plans while still being able to see the courses/learning plans their assigned users are enrolled in? 

So we have ILT courses that are tied to continuing education and the number of hours the user attended the course. I see where we can put in the CPE’s for a course but it appears it is an all or nothing sort of proposition. Has anyone figured a way to calculate the CPE’s based on the attendance of the user? 

If we were to add another asset to a learning plan (journey in our case) and a user has completed that learning plan, would their status change to in progress since we added the new asset or would it stay completed?

Hello All,Hoping someone has a best practice to share for how you use certifications.The issue we are running into is only the user can view and print the certificate.We’d like to print and keep a copy on file for Human Recourses.  If I go to reports and pull up a user and hit print on the certificate it just prints the description.We need it to capture the users name with it at least. The actual certificate would be great.Any ideas appreciated.

Everytime there is a data refresh it takes up most of the day, it seems highly inefficient for something that is tracked

Hi All, Wondering if anyone has been able to work out if/how you can get the calendar widget to show more than 2 events within the 1 day when looking at a monthly view? When I look at a calendar with more than 2 it has a plus button to see more, however would be interested if there is a way to make this show more (up to say 7)? Example below: ExampleThanks in advance!

Currently unable to import user enrollments via the cvs file.  Is there a problem with this function? When I choose to upload the file.  I just get the waiting….. message.

Does anyone know how to report on how many users have shared a badge through the LMS? (i.e. to LinkedIn or Facebook?) I can see who has been allocated a badge, but it would be great to know if people are sharing them. Thanks!

I’m looking for information on whether your organization is aware of the OpenSSL 3.0 vulnerabilities disclosed earlier this month, summarized in CVE-2022-3602 and CVE-2022-3786.  If so, have you investigated whether any of your internal systems are vulnerable and have you mitigated those vulnerabilities if they exist?Thank you!

Hello and Help! ;-) We are a decentralized learning organization. For us, this means that, while I am the Super Admin for LMS, we have learning admins throughout the organization that create, manage, assign, track and train for their departments. While my power users are able to create courses in Docebo, they do not have access to the Central Repository. This is a huge design flaw, as the benefit of the Central Repository is to keep materials clean & up to date where ever they are used. If my admins cannot access it, they are forced to upload new materials every time they create a new course. I’m sure you can see what potential mess this could create. Is there anyone else here that has a similar set up when it comes to managing learning in your organization? How do you get around this system design?   

Good morning everyone.   I have been talking with a few key people in Docebo and after many conversations it has become clear to me that the Product team is not getting a full picture of what key improvements and features are needed by many of their customers.   I would like to start a Sub group that is made up of a broad range of customers from various markets where we can identify what features and functions we need to have the Docebo team work on.    These can be anything from key functionality to bug fix to filling out partially developed functionality. We would need to come up with a list of things we believe should be worked on and in the order of their importance to the overall platform.  We should put together use cases and benefits.   Once we have this then we should sit down with the development team and explain each one of them and show a fully thought out solution and not just a quick fix. I believe that this will help the Docebo product becom

Does anyone have any ideas on how to achieve this?Current state: We use a “Content language” additional field in addition to the Docebo platform language. This means users wishing to change their language need to change the “Content language” additional field in [My Profile] - [Personal Info] and then change their platform language in [Preferences] - [Language].Desired state: Content language and platform language are linked so that changing the platform language changes the content language as well. Once this is achieved, we would like to activate the following setting in [Advanced Settings] - [Users].“Hide the Personal Info tab except for the avatar image in the My Profile area for all users”.
