Has anyone been able to insert a text box when creating a certificate? If so, how did you do it?

Good day everyone. I’m looking to see if there’s a way to make the United States the default choice for country when a user is asked to self register, or make a credit card payment. Ideally we’d like to eliminate the other countries as choices.Is this possible?Thank you!Jamie

Hate to say this, but the restaurant industry has a high turnover rate, meaning as time goes by, we have a large number of Team Members who have completed training which franchisees are required to keep for legal purposes. However, these users are no longer active or assigned to a group.  We move deactivated users outside of their group, but they remain in the branch so restaurant level reporting is accurate, but someone at the Franchise Level needs to be able to see that training data.However, whenever they try to run a simple timebound report on a specific course/asset from the Course Summary tab, they are seeing ALL active and deactived users that are in their branch because they are assigned to the top of the branch as PowerUser.   This ability to filter out deactivated users is there in the Custom Reports builder, but not as a dashboard and only available via export.What we’re finding over time is the dashboard functionality is becoming more and more inaccurate as yearly turnover

We run a blended learning course where we mix e-learning, webinars, and even assignments outside the LMS.Since we first heard of observation checklists, we figured it could be a great way to track our learners progress on some tasks. But no matter how much we fiddle with the settings and read the knowledge base articles, we can't really figure out how to work the observation checklists into our workflow. I would love to hear from you all how you use observation checklist in your trainings. Who fills them out? How do you initiate them? Who reviews them and when? Do you link them to ILT courses? I have figured out how to create observation checklists, I just haven't figured out how to use them in any practical way. 😄 In case anyone is curios, here's a bit more detail of our setup (major TL;DR warning): We offer a two-week product training for our distributors and partners. Hi all,I’m looking for input/advice from those that have replaced Articulate Rise SCORM packages.I need to update a course that’s has users actively taking it. The SCORM type will not change (using 2004). But, the structure might. Based on your experience, what’s the best way to overwrite the SCORM package?  I have another SCORM package that requires an update, but only text edits (not affecting the SCORM version or course structure).  These courses are not in the Central Repository. Thanks! 

I have a simple Certification tied to a Test (80% score required) that we would like learners to “re-take” every year and “renew” their Certification. I am wondering if anyone knows how to set this up so that after 365 Days, the Test score resets to zero?I would like to avoid learners arriving at the Test and finding their old score as it causes confusion, in that the learner does not know they have to re-take the test.  

For some background, we are a training provider for the automotive and aerospace industries. We have a few v/ILT courses that are part of mandated training for engineers to maintain an industry certification. As a result, they need to take training and recertify every few years.These courses get scheduled often, like 250-350 times per year. We migrated to Docebo about a year ago, and recently finished importing historical session data. Due to internal and external requirements, we store the last 7 years of historical course, session, and enrollment data.We now have about 1500 sessions under our largest course. Learners who are enrolled in a session of this course are experiencing 15-30 second load times when they click on the course tile on their homepage and attempt to load the session details. There’s no indication anything is happening, no loading bar or hourglass, the middle part of the screen is just blank until the sessions load in. It’s a pretty sub-optimal user experience.After

IMO menus and pages needs two major things both on the menus side:“hidden” menu items - pages accessible to the user but hidden on the menu. Technically I could do this with css. This way I can publish pages that are deep linked and not in the menu hierarchical menus - for example to put all my “classes” pages in a “folder” that can expand

Is it possible to upload a set of default thumbnail images that everyone in the platform can see in addition to the ones provided by Docebo? Based on current settings available it seems that you can either only let Power Users see images that they’ve uploaded themselves or give them access to see ALL the thumbnails that have been updated. I would like to provide a custom list of about 15-20 internally branded thumbnails to let all power users choose from.

This is the page arrived at when selecting “Learning Plans” from the admin gear. I’m trying to change the text in white.

We have created all our courses that can be added via external activities and assigned a training institute. When adding a new training activity and selecting the course from the drop down list the courses are not ordered in alphabetical order. We have over 100 courses in the list, I could remove them all and re-add in alphabetical order, however any added in the future will go to the bottom of the list and again not be in alphabetical order.Anyone know a way around this?

Hi all,When editing a user, is there any way to make them the manager of all the users in a particular branch? I may be missing something, but it looks like you can only select the team members one by one. I know it’s possible to go into the branch, select all the users, then edit them collectively to set their manager, but I think it would be more intuitive if you could select the branch with one click in the following Team Members screen. 

I have a stack of videos to upload to a course; repeated failures prompted the following:Why the 800MB limit? In a 4K source file world that is very small. Any FTP bulk upload site? Rather than one by one. Upload fails when laptop sleeps during upload. Not a problem for Box et al. What notifications does a user get if new or revised media is uploaded to an existing course? What are the supported streaming sites. I see YTube and Vimeo, but what is the other logo?ThanksPhil

Hi all.I’ve got a Power User that created a Certificate Template, but when she attempts to view it, it’s not accessible to her account. I can it on my Super Admin account, but somehow she cannot.If anyone has any idea how this is possible, or, better yet, how to fix it, I’d appreciate it.Thanks!Nate

I want to integrate with Docebo.Any users?

Whenever we have a new release of our products, we create a Product Release Bulletin in pdf. As we upgrade our customers, we provide this document so they can get an overview of what is included in the release.  Looking for a good way to include the document in that Catalog or on a page somewhere that they can easily download the .pdf without having to enroll in a course? We do not have any external page, such as google drive, onedrive, etc where we could store them.Just curious if anyone else has any ideas on this?? 

On our Home page I have the My Courses and Learning Plan widget set to sort on Code so that the Learning Plans always are listed first (I have a very specific numbering system for the Code to ensure this). But I can't find a way to set the My Courses and Learning Plan PAGE to do the same thing. Is there any way to automatically sort the PAGE?Our Learning Plans are sequential and learners get so confused seeing all of the locked courses.  We tell them they should always simply open and work through the Learning Plan.  So we want these always at the top of the list. 

How do you handle a situation where a learner is reporting their progress in a course hasn’t saved?

Good day Community,In doing some accessibility testing of a course, my team discovered that with a Test-type training material component, the results page isn’t being read properly with an NVDA screen reader. After submitting answers for a test, and being presented with the screen/pop-up that displays your status, score, and the "show results" and "retake the test" buttons, the screen reader is reading the content behind the pop-up (the search bar, the menu, and the course list), even though those items aren't visible on the screen when the test answers are submitted.The course page can be accessed with some tabbing, however, if a user is relying solely on the screen reader, they would not be able to access the options to review their test results.I’m curious if this is a known issue, or a known area where accessibility standards aren’t being met. I’ve already delved into the KB and reviewed the VPAT, but couldn’t find anything specific to the training material types/components.Any ins

Hi.  A little help please … I’ve uploaded a SCORM file as part of my training material.  I would like the material to be marked as complete as soon as someone opens/accesses this file.  I understand I need to make it known to the learner that they need to click on a “close/exit/submit” button.  Where is this button?  Thanks
