I’m re-designing our LMS homepage & I’m looking for an option to create a slideshow/Carousel using HTML code.  I’m not a PRO in using the HTML code, Any helps? Current task list widget in home page shows only the upcoming due courses, if date exceeds it shows no due/no pending course for the learners and it cause more confuse to the learners when we sent manually overdue list to them.As a workaround, I created a HTML widget and utilized as an Announcement/NEWS area to inform the learners about the due date for the compliance course (it’s a high priority). Still, I’m looking the way to improvise the visibility of overdue courses to learners (already we enabled overdue emails).I reviewed the topic Design inspiration: Creative ways to design your homepage & wondering how others design their homepage more efficiently for their learners.How are you addressing the overdue courses to the learners thru homepage? Any best practice to re-design the homepage

Does anyone know if there’s a way to copy a learning object from one course to another without using the central repository (and without copying the entire course)?

Does anyone know if it’s possible to upload your own page icon? I think that would be quite a nice option to have.Page Icon 

As an Admi/Power User can I upload assets to Channels or the platform? Or can only users upload assets once the Channels have been created?

Hello, folks,I’ve seen in some course reports that you can pull a number out of courses of the “percent the user completed thus far” in a course. It seems to measure against any number of items in the course, but it can show that someone has completed any percentage of the course to date.Is there any way to manually assign that? If we have someone attend an ILT, for instance, and they left halfway through, we want to give them a 50% complete. Possible?

Hey folks,We don’t like how buried / how many clicks it takes for a user in an ILT session to get “all the way down” to the course survey. What are your creative solutions? Any ways to unbury it or draw attention directly to it without extra, extra clicks?

Maybe I’m missing something obvious, does anyone know if there is a way to hide learner emails from instructors of an ILT course? Due to PIPL/GDPR as well as business concerns with unauthorized use of emails, it’s a business requirement that our instructors do not get access to learner emails, but they do need the participant names to know who should be showing up, so they should be getting the roster and should get the other instructor-level privileges in the course.

I have to create a number of catalogs, each catalog will have 20-50 courses from my existing list of 400+ courses.Has anyone found a way to do this either via CSV or API? There is an api in the api explorer, POST  /learn/v1/catalog/course/batchthat seems to be the one I’m after but i am not sure how to configures the JSON with a list of courses,{  "items": [    {      "course_id": 0,      "catalog_id": 0,      "batch_item_id": "string"    }  ]} BTW what is the “batch_item_id": "string"I can do it individually with the POST    /learn/v1/catalog/{catalog_id}/course/{course_id}   1 course at a time and it works fine. any assistance gratefully received Thanks Gary

Hi!I’m not sure if I am doing something wrong, but I can't add "waiting list" in the Learning Plans. I have added "waiting list" in courses, but I don’t find how to do it in the Learning Plans.Please, someone could help me?Thank you :)

With the transition to (v)ILT courses, we configured all our courses as (v)ILT. In the course catalog, it is quite misleading that you can still filter on type. Now when you filter on “webinar” there are no webinars shown, even though we created webinars but they are all configured as ILT courses. Will it be possible, and when, for users to filter on the type of session: ILT vs. vILT?

Does anyone know a way to download a list of courses ideally with the headings? I’m sure it must be really obvious but I can’t seem to find an answer. 

I’ve been reading through the DKB, and can’t find a clear description. When running a learner report of course engagement, I see two metrics that I’d like a more accurate description for - Number of Actions Number of SessionsWhat is defined as an action? Is it any time the course is open regardless of training material? Is a session any time the open the course shell, or does session have a different definition? Thanks in advance! On a side note I loathe that this report exports training time in seconds. Given that we have to input things in a specific format, converting this number in our analytics tool is painful. 

Hey everyone, I am looking for some ideas for custom built pages with HTML on Docebo. Basically, we are looking to build a customer certification program and wanted to build a welcome page for the program landing page. However, I am not familiar with HTML and as a result not sure how to build a page like that with texts, images and buttons. Hi Community,I have a question about when a manager goes to the My Teams page and enrolls one of their direct reports into a course. They see some of the courses with Suggested next to it. What does Suggested mean? How does Docebo decide what to suggest? To my knowledge I haven’t set up anything to say which courses are suggested, so this is something Docebo is generating. 

Good morning,Multiple of my Admins are running into issues with our credentials not allowing us to log in.   For our admin accounts, we DO NOT use SSO.  We log in directly and when we do, we often get the Error - Sign in not possible - Wrong Credentials Provided.  Check them and try again.  Yesterday, I had another admin reset my Admin credentials multiple times only to get this pop up.   We’ve been having issues in Chrome so sometimes we will log in with Edge and sometimes it seems to happen when I switch browsers.   When the password is reset, I’m then able to access the system.  I’ll go in and change the password and then at some point later, I get the same error.Has anyone else experienced this issue?

We have a User that Completed a course 9/3/2021.She took the course again yesterday, Completed it, but does not show a Completion Date of 4 Jan 2022. It is still showing Completed on 9/3/2021. Any idea why the last Completion Date is not showing? 

When a user fails checkout it sticks them in Waiting List purgatory where they can't do ANYTHING with that course until admin intervention.  This is for courses that allow unlimited enrollments. Is there any way to disable this “feature” so that if someone fails checkout, nothing happens instead of shoving them in purgatory?  Honestly, I’d love to straight up disable waiting lists for any non-ILT courses.   Thanks!

WIth past LMSs, all course info would upload automatically when we uploaded the course package - course description, correct title, duration, etc. I am not finding that happening in Docebo, even with all settings correct in course package.  Any ideas?

Is there anyway to collect data on where users are clicking? What widgets they are accessing most often? Ideally, I would like to gain insights on what’s most used in the system to enhance our learners experience. 

Hello! First time posting here and trying to wrap my head around power users. We sell all of our courses and certification programs and would like to provide the option for our partners admins to enroll and purchase courses for their users. I’m not sure how to accomplish this with the power-user permission settings and hoping to get some guidance.  This community has been a tremendous help, thank you all for your contributions! 

We publish courses in three languages, and during implementation I was advised to use the same code for all 3 versions of a course to make it easier to report collectively. However, after using Docebo for a while now, I think I would prefer to use seperate codes for each language. If you publish courses in different languages, how do you handle the course codes? Do you use a common or a unique code? And in your experience, what are the advantages and disadvantages of each method?

Basically what I want is for external power-users to be able to buy 10 copies (or however many) of a course for their users as they like. Ideally through the platform and ideally with less intervention from me required. I can make the code by hand and I can run the charge by hand but I’d rather it be done automatically.  

When a course is published (internal catalog visibility only), but is not in any catalogs why does it still show up in the search on the front end? Shouldn’t it not show up at all as despite being published, no one has access to see it?
