We have designed our Rewards Shop in Gamification, but I cannot find it on the mobile app. In Go.Learn, you can see your badges/points, but I cant find the Rewards Shop 

Does anyone know if there is a limit on the number of courses that can be shown in the catalog widget? We have 26 courses in one particular catalog but only 24 are showing up.

Hi everyone, In the gamification section, I was wondering if there is a way to close the Rewards Shop but still enter new products while it is closed?I don’t think you can but  I figured I would ask.Thanks in advance! 

Have you seen any issues with users being added to Docebo (in our case through an SFTP) and automatically being deactivated? It is only happening to a few users within the file upload. There are no changes to the file we upload, but for some reason Docebo is thinking those users are deactivated.

Hello! Quick question for the group. I have created a Learning Plan and will be adding a new course to the plan each week. We already have enrolled users in this Learning Plan. How did I ensure that only these enrolled users receive the “new course” notification via email? TLDR; are learning plan notifications sent ONLY to enrolled users and NOT to everyone in entire company? Thank you for your assistance!

we’ve received some feedback from users that when looking at the course catalog, it would be nice if courses were labeled ‘enrolled’ ‘in-progress’ or ‘completed’, similar to how it appears in the “My Courses & Learning Plans’ widget on the home page. I agree, this would be nice so that learners are not confused on what they have/have not taken when they are searching the catalog. Is this a setting? Or is this something that we would need to create an idea for?

It looks like it doesn’t exist yet, but I thought I’d check. Trying to see if there is a report that can be generated to see User activity on channels, time they have spent on the channel, how many times logged in, clicks on widgets, etc. It looks like most of the reports deal with training material and assets. Is this correct or are there ways to generate activity reports on users for things other than courses/training materials? 

Hello! Is there a quick way to move a quiz asset from 1 course to another course? We have numerous quizzes in 1 course we want to move to a separate course and I am never we will have to recreate the quizzes manually or cobble together questions from the question bank. Any thoughts?

Instructor wants a test at the end of the lesson which the learner can attempt twice.If the learner fails twice the instructor wants to be notified to make them go back through the lesson (SCORM)They must pass the test before being allowed to move forward to the next lesson.I know I can set the maximum number of times they can take the test. What happens if they fail it that many times? Do they get stopped? Does the instructor have to reset it?I also know I can send a notification to the instructor for each time they fail, but I can’t figure out a way to notify the instructor that the learner has failed the max number set and has come to an impasse.

I have a Learning Plan that is made up of 7 x e-learning courses (no live sessions in the LP) and each course has a Days of Validity. Course 1 and 2 in below’s example (we call them modules not courses), have a days of validity of 1 and 4 (to show up on their calendar as Friday and Monday, as they were uploaded on Thursday Sept 1) and the rest of the prework courses/mods, show up the day after the previous live session (I think it’s 8 for those Days of Validity). OK, so Company A above is now uploaded into this learning plan. Everyone has the courses showing up exactly how I want them on their calendar. (Note, there are no live session ILTs in the LP, just e-learning.)So what happens if someone from Company A on Monday says, hey, the Boss wants to join the program. Seeing as all the employees’s calendars show what I want it to show, can I then go into the courses/modules that make up the LP, change the math (days of validity) then sign up the Boss so that the Boss’ dates mirror, (or ar

Is there a way to identify instructors other than the name search.  We are running into issues when we have others with the same name. For exampel, if I have 3 or 4 Mary Smiths in the system, it seems like I should be able to see the name and email when assigning an instructor to a course but as far as I can tell, you can only select by name. It becomes a guessing game when creating the course/session intructor assignment.   

Is it possible to release an e-learning course that is part of a learning plan at specific time? i.e 10 days prior to a session (that the user is enrolled in) starting? Requirement:To enrol users to the LP based on their start date.  User to select the session they wish to attend.  The e-learning course is not available to them until 10 days prior to session start time.Thanks :-)  

Use case: building a daily real estate wordle clone. I assume it would be cheaper to buy pre written html code (or make our own) than to hire someone to make an articulate storyline. But I don’t know. 

Hey everyone,We are using the social feature in Docebo (Portal) and had a question to see if anyone knows how to do a certain function inside it. On pages we created we added a widget box that was a menu bar across the top for quick access. Can’t seem to add that box on unique pages such as the Leaderboard, Calendar, My Achievements, etc. I know you can always get back to the menu different ways, but this menu we created makes it faster to navigate. Is there a way to add custom menus to these unique pages? Thanks in advance! Joel

Hi All, We are currently facing the below mentioned issue w.r.t to recertification in Docebo.Past Scenario - Our old LMS tool worked in the following manner -Set of a learning plan was established for certification. The moment there are any updates in terms of exams or courses, users would receive a notification to renew their certification /re-certify only the updated courses or exams. Expiration date would be set to three months for recertification. Certification Validity was automatically updated post successful recertification.Setting an Expiration to 3 months is not possible in docebo, neither is automatic recertification and the only way we can achieve this is now in docebo is by changing the validity manually for every individual user which will create Tons of manual work hence not an ideal solution!We also thought about launching yearly certifications but this solution has not been accepted due to the fact that users will need to recertify each and every year which is too much

I’m importing a CSV of external training for the first time into the system. As far as I know I’ve done everything correctly. Below is a screenshot of the import schema as Docebo sees it. However, none of these end up imported. After I click Next on this screen nothing happens. There is no background job generated, and I never see the trainings go into the user’s transcripts.So far I’ve tried creating the Course under “Manage Trainings and Institutes”. This didn’t fix it, and my understanding is I shouldn’t have to do that anyway because we are not requiring those fields be selected from a drop down.I don’t know what else to look at. What am I doing wrong?

I just watched the Release Readiness webinar for August. YAY for custom skills!I am confused on one point though. I thought during the question and answer part Marco said (or at least didn’t say it wasn’t possible) to associate custom skills to Assets. I also understood the term Assets to be referring to informal content in channels. In the KB article on skills though, it says that custom skills cannot be associated with informal content.  For anyone wondering why I would want to do this. Imagine a field tech takes a video of how to solve a problem and uploads it on a channel. The skill would pertain to our in house system only, so it’s a custom skill. Anyone in the know…. can informal content AKA assets be tied to custom skills?  

Hey Community, when I search the platform search bar, it shows both the course and the learning object and I want to know if you can hide the learning object from the search bar so only the course appears?

I have a slew of courses  (20+) that need the title changed. Has anybody ever done a mass course title update? If so, what were your steps?

We need to have the ability to tell the attendees to bring certain things to a course such as their laptop, a calculator, or possibly do prereading work. This only applies to some of the courses we teach, not all of them. It would be great if we could enter a special note in the Registration letter.

Hello all.I’ve got a Power User who’s getting the following error message when trying to download a report off a course (from the Course Management menu, not from the Reports menu, not sure if that makes a difference):[gnumeric] Error while converting file Does anybody know what this is about? i was able to use the same path to download the report without any problems, so i’m wondering why my PU is having trouble.Any input is appreciated.

I’m using the Certs & Retraining app to handle our Safety Training Program. Users take an elearning course and receive the associated certification. Each cert has a renewal period of 1 or 2 years. When it’s time to renew, users can take a qualifying elearning course (which is already linked to the cert).It worked as intended during testing. We’ve now launched it and have about 18 courses on the system associated with certs. The problem is that some folks are issued the cert and others aren’t. In trying to troubleshoot the issue, I’ve analyzed the reports and there’s no rhyme or reason to it. There are no themes related to date, specific course, or user that I can see.Has anyone else experienced the issue?

After my perusal of the events/triggers list, it looks like this isn’t native at the moment.And yes, I will humbly accept the “Will, you missed the notification … it’s called: xyz.”Cheers!
