Does anyone know how to report on how many users have shared a badge through the LMS? (i.e. to LinkedIn or Facebook?) I can see who has been allocated a badge, but it would be great to know if people are sharing them. Thanks!

I’m looking for information on whether your organization is aware of the OpenSSL 3.0 vulnerabilities disclosed earlier this month, summarized in CVE-2022-3602 and CVE-2022-3786.  If so, have you investigated whether any of your internal systems are vulnerable and have you mitigated those vulnerabilities if they exist?Thank you!

Hello and Help! ;-) We are a decentralized learning organization. For us, this means that, while I am the Super Admin for LMS, we have learning admins throughout the organization that create, manage, assign, track and train for their departments. While my power users are able to create courses in Docebo, they do not have access to the Central Repository. This is a huge design flaw, as the benefit of the Central Repository is to keep materials clean & up to date where ever they are used. If my admins cannot access it, they are forced to upload new materials every time they create a new course. I’m sure you can see what potential mess this could create. Is there anyone else here that has a similar set up when it comes to managing learning in your organization? How do you get around this system design?   

Good morning everyone.   I have been talking with a few key people in Docebo and after many conversations it has become clear to me that the Product team is not getting a full picture of what key improvements and features are needed by many of their customers.   I would like to start a Sub group that is made up of a broad range of customers from various markets where we can identify what features and functions we need to have the Docebo team work on.    These can be anything from key functionality to bug fix to filling out partially developed functionality. We would need to come up with a list of things we believe should be worked on and in the order of their importance to the overall platform.  We should put together use cases and benefits.   Once we have this then we should sit down with the development team and explain each one of them and show a fully thought out solution and not just a quick fix. I believe that this will help the Docebo product becom

Hi all. We’d like to achieve the desired state described below. Does anyone have any ideas on how to achieve this?Current state: We use a “Content language” additional field in addition to the Docebo platform language. This means users wishing to change their language need to change the “Content language” additional field in [My Profile] - [Personal Info] and then change their platform language in [Preferences] - [Language].Desired state: Content language and platform language are linked so that changing the platform language changes the content language as well. Once this is achieved, we would like to activate the following setting in [Advanced Settings] - [Users].“Hide the Personal Info tab except for the avatar image in the My Profile area for all users”. 

As a superadmin, is there a way for me to check a specific page’s statistics to see how many people have visited the page? Thank you! 

We’ve been creating notifications recently, but we’ve run into an issue with the [expire_at] not generating the due date in the text of the notification.We currently have the Days of Validity set to 21 days after enrollment. We also currently have the “soft deadline” set to on - could this be what is cause the [expire_at] to not work? 

Hello, I need to send the certificates issued by the LMS to another system. I looked for APIs in the documentation and didn't find it.Can you tell me if this API exists? Did you do something similar?Thanks.

Can you change the placement of the join session button (or auto expand the drop down box).  users can’t find itIs there a way through CSS or another setting to automatically expand the course/session enrollment page?  We are having two issues: People enrolled in a session do not know to expand the session to get to the Join button when a session starts People enrolled into a course (but not a session) will see a list of sessions (often only 1 session) and not see the Enroll in this session button. Use Case #2 is needed for the new ILT bundles that we want to launch very soon.  Notice in the screenshot below that there is a message that you are not enrolled in a session but we are concerned that someone looking at this page who received a message they were enrolled in this course would also assume they were enrolled in the only session that is listed. 

We have a use case where we want the same Power User to have different course resources for enrollments vs. reporting.For example: In Q4 they need to be able to enroll users in courses 1, 2, and 3 as well as report on courses 1, 2, and 3.  In Q1 they should no longer be able to enroll users in the past courses 1, 2, 3, but now instead new courses A, B, and C.  For reporting however, they need to be able to report on both past and new courses 1, 2, 3, A, B, and C.  It looks like you can only assign one set of resources per power user.  It would be cool if you could assign resources based on the user and profile.  For example:Power User Dave - Enrollment Profile - Course Resources = 1, 2, 3Power User Dave - Reporting Profile - Course Resources = 1, 2, 3, A, B, CQuestion:How do you manage different resources for the same Power

Good morning or afternoon.I’m supporting someone who has 2 ILT courses planned in the coming weeks. I’m trying to figure out a way to create a notification that produces a link that can be used to add the event to the users’ calendars. I’ve been playing around w/ it & the best i’ve done so far is adding a link that opens the Teams meeting directly, which isn’t too helpful. Ideally, what I’d like is to add a calendar item that includes a link directly to the course (so the users enter via Docebo & the system recognizes them as having attended).If anybody has any suggestions or insights I’d sure appreciate them.Regards,Nate

Hi everyone, Does anyone know how to duplicate certificates in the Docebo platform? Is it possible to perform this procedure?  Clarity: I will keep the background image on the certificate. Only the name of the user and the course name will change on completion of the course. 

We are looking to assign Power Users a custom selected course catalog as a resource to enable them to enroll users in only the courses associated with that catalog.  It doesn’t appear this is currently possible?  You can assign a catalog as a resource, but it doesn’t display those courses under “Course Management” for the power user to then enroll users in.You can assign “All Courses and Learning Plans in Visible Catalogs”, but this then gives them the ability to enroll users in any courses associated with any catalog they have visibility into as a user which gives them access to enroll users in additional courses out of scope if our use case.  We only want them to be able to enroll users in the courses from a specific catalog.  The “Custom Selection” Courses & Learning Plans option allows you to select specific courses, learning plans, or categories, but NOT select catalogs.  USE CASE: Ideally if we can give multiple power users access to a specific

The Skills functionality in Docebo looks great but as global organisation we speak a variety of languages and large numbers (approaching a majority) of our colleagues little or no English. Skills are only available in English at the moment, would anyone else benefit from being able to unlock the power of skills for their non-English speaking users?

Trying to ask an intriguing question:Let’s say you have an off the charts compliance run...and you are asked to produced engagement analytics. Where do you start? I am showing for the entire company:Frequency of completions and their distribution throughout the work week A cumulative total per day (to understand rate of completion) Weekend learning What days key messaging went out to the organization Push down approaches from leaders Bottom up approaches With the hope of linking messaging to engagement and understand their value Top 5 business days of engagementAnd this is without diving into demographic data and “vectors” of their organization to understand their relative performance.

I have auto enrollments set up for new hires and I don’t see a way to set a deadline (or in Docebo-speak, an ‘expiration date’ - confusing terminology also). Am I missing something? Is it possible to set a deadline when setting up an auto enrollment?

How do you audit your user additional fields? For example, Cost Center 1-Marketing, 2-Performance, etc. The options (1-Marketing, 2-Performance), are created, maintained, and updated in our HR system and not communicated to Docebo. I am in the process of auditing Additional Field options but do not have a way to quickly export the options and send to HR. As additional field answer options are updated and deleted, how does your team keep up with it?Thank you,Courtney H.

Looking at the channel list, i have created 42 channel but do not have visibility beyond 40 in the main view. This means that i cannot move the most recently created ‘up’ the list for more visibility or higher ranking.  Anyone know how to fix? 

Hello,Our platform has several hundred user accounts that have never logged in. Before we deactivate them, I wanted to potentially leverage the "User has not logged in (in a specific time period)" notification. It is currently turned OFF.The default for the notification appears to be seven days after the event or account creation. If I change the period to 60 or 75 days and then enable the notification, will Docebo go back and process accounts with those specific time parameters? As we move forward, the plan is to turn the notification on with a standard 7-day window.Can I also have two versions of the notification running? One version runs at the 7-day period, and then another takes the same action but at a later period, say 60-days after account creation.

Hi there community, Do you know if it is possible to change an assignment score? An instructor of ours accidentaly graded an assignment as 0/100 and passed. I would like to change the zero to the actual and correct grade the learner got. Is this still possible after grading?   

Does anyone know why it’s often impossible to return directly to the previous page in the Admin Menu and other areas of Docebo? It’s possible at the very top of the menu, but once I get to second level links or below, there’s no way to do it. This adds to the workload when editing multiple courses or users, because once you’ve loaded a page there’s no direct path back to the previous one. For example, right now I’m editing the course code for almost 80 courses spread over 4 pages in Course Management. Once I’m on page 2 of the course list, clicking the back arrow in either Docebo or my browser always returns me to page 1 rather than page 2. This isn’t a big deal if you only have a few edits to make, but it can get frustrating when you have many to do. I tried getting around this by opening the edit link in a new tab, but for some reason that option is disabled as well.

Hi all,I’m currently editing tests in a course consisting of 6 folders. When I click the [BACK] button after editing one of the tests, I’m taken to the very top of the [TRAINING MATERIAL] hierarchy rather than the folder in which the test is stored. This means I need to keep clicking the folder again to go back to editing the remaining tests in the folder. This is only 1 extra click, but due to the number of tests I’m editing, it’s significantly impacting the efficiency of my workflow. I’m thinking about submitting an idea to see if navigation can be modified to go straight back to the folder, but I was wondering if anyone else has noticed this and thinks it would be worthwhile submitting an idea. I suppose if you are only making one edit, it might make sense to go straight back to the top of the hierarchy rather than the folder in which you were editing. However, when I make changes to videos, I’m taken back to the folder in which the video is stored rather than the top.

I have created a course and session and am attempting to import the events. I keep striking an error on Session_UUID. What is this field and where do I find the information? Alternatively, where do I find the Session ID? 

Can someone help clear something up for me? For some reason when a learner or facilitator completes a course, then that’s it. they can’t go back and re-watch it again. Help has told me that I have to go into the username, to run a report then click X on their Version Status Reset Score? So I would have to do this for every course in a Learning Plan? Surely there’s something missing, no? That means for every learning plan there is an average of 5-8 courses each and who knows how many people are registered.  What am I missing here?
