Hi All - I’ve been searching posts about marking a course as outdated this morning and I’m finding a mixture of answers and fixes. I am trying to figure out if anyone has been successful in hiding this option? If not, where is the notification going to indicate that it’s been marked as outdated? How can we see that a course is marked outdated?

+10I hear you...hiding it is a challenge with the new UI since the placement of this option for users changes depending on the course type and options selected for each course. As for notifications, there are 2 digest versions; one for courses and the other for assets. Note that these can only sent to super admins and/or power users.
I wish we could hide! We have people either accidentally, intentionally, or from lack of knowledge (who knows which) marking NEW courses as “outdated.” Some I think are quite intentional at times. I get the notifications, but I am not reloading content just to clear the flag.
