Is there a notification I can use that will send communication after a learner has attended an ILT session?
I thought I could use ‘learner completed a course’ but I think that is just for e-learning, I need it for ILT.
Anyone help?

not here is not...closest you can get is the one called, Learner has completed a course, which is at the course level, not the session level so it will work well if your ILT courses only have a single session to attend.

I guess, you can use the “ILT session starting” or “ILT event starting” and choose “after the event”:
