Is it not possible to complete a recertification on the mobile app GoLearn? Most of our users use the mobile app to complete their learning and recently a certification expired for them so they were notified to recertify it. But there is no option to on the app, you can see that the certification is expired and needs recertification but there is no option to do so like there is on the desktop.
Is it not possible to complete recertifications online or am I missing something ?
