Unable to create training material via the Training Materials page

I would like to create training material via the Training Material (ex. Central Repository) page.
However, I do not have the icon in the top right corner to do this i.e the plus sign in a circle.

 

I have used this facility on many occasions in the past with no problems but haven’t used it for some time.  What am I doing wrong?

    Hi ​@SarahBee if you are not a super admin, please check your permissions. Another spot to check would be if you or your org have aded any CSS to hide the top portion of the page. If none of these are the issue, you should open a ticket with support.
