I was initially told by Support today that I could allow Power Users to access the right-hand Copilot panel.
But I don’t see that as an option. Harmony told me it’s not currently available.

What Harmony told you is correct. Harmony Copilot is not yet available for Power Users but will be soon.
Please review Docebos March Momentum release post, it states that this feature should be coming March 23-25th so in the next few days.
