Is there a best way to make an email notification go out to a power user a week or two after original enrollment? We have a system where a small group of users is initially enrolled on our platform to take required initial training focusing on using dealer software. One or two initial users are made the power user for their branch and after their initial training they likely don’t need to take further training. However most of the courses on the platform are aimed at technicians. I would like a notification to go out after a couple of weeks prompting them to register the other users from their dealership that would benefit from training on the platform for technicians. I can’t figure out which notification to use and how to set it up so that would happen. Can anyone share what works for them? Thanks, all.

You can use the same template, user enrolled in a course and configure to go out the your PUs after the event (enrolment) takes place.

This KB article should help. You’ll likely want to also limit what courses you apply this too so not all enrolments will be sent to the PU
