Set all users in a group level to Power User

Hi ​@mpalladinetti when working within a group there aren’t mass actions other than removing them. In user management you can select multiple users and there are some mass edit actions but not to change level.

I know you mentioned you’re wanting to avoid CSV or APIs. Either of those options will allow you to mass edit and change level of multiple users to Power User. CSV would be the easiest. This is accomplished through the user management area>Import and Manage. If you need help with this let us know and we can outline the steps.

​@mstrom  Thanks that is what I figured.  We have things changing all the time in our hierarchy and I was hoping there was some automated way to do it.   I guess I can script it to make those changes so it’s hands off.  Fairly new to Docebo and I keep bumping into things that I assume I’m just missing on functionality but it turns out it is working as intended.
