Hello! I am looking for info on if it is possible to set course deadlines based on “start date” in the system and make sure that is a soft deadline? As I read in the knowledgebase I can only set days of validity for a course based on enrollment date or the day in which they start the course. In our organization we have a rule where they need to complete a course within 7 days of their start date. Their enrollment date is usually never equal to their start date but is typically earlier.  Any idea of this is something we can do?

We want to use the Task List widget, but dislike the page layout of the page seen when you click “View All”.  I’d love to be able to change the target of the View All, but I’m not sure that’s possible. Our next option would be to hide the “View All”. I’ve been playing with CSS trying to figure out how to do so, but haven’t had any luck. Any CSS wizards have any ideas?

Hello Wise Community,We’re rolling out My Team and would like to enable a notification that alerts users when they’ve been added to a team, prompting them to accept the pop-up invitation upon login. However, it seems this notification is only visible to managers, power users, and superadmins. How are you all bridging the communication gap between facilitators and learners within My Team? Do you use digests? I’d love to see a notification that informs team members when their manager has enrolled them in an offering. Thanks in advance for your insights!Warmly,Cat

Hi!Would anyone have a general certificate template for completion of the Go1 courses that I could take a look at or use?We have a template for the courses we create but since these are off the shelf courses from different vendors with Go1/Docebo content, we were thinking a general certificate of completion would be appropriate but not sure how to design it.

I have created the following power user role, but when my users log in they do not see the enrollment tab in the ILT. They have been assigned the power user role for this course are also an instructor and enrolled in the course.  user assignmentsTheir course properties view My view as a site Admin They can go into the sessions and see enrollment and enroll students, but want to see the bigger picture of all students enrolled or enroll students and allow them to pick a session.  I have triedUnenrolling them so they are just an instructor Not assigning them as an instructor to any sessions Adding groups to their power user role that include people enrolled into the class ( both enrolled in sessions and not enrolled in a session)This seems to be consistent with any power user with the same ILT rights regardless of class. My assumption would be if I give a power user role full rights to enrollment they would see the tab.Is this how the role operates? Am I missing something? thanks in advan

My organization uses the Learning Plans report to document completion and certification for our training programs.  We run a daily completion report for the previous day.  The problem is that if a User has completed the required courses but was later assigned to a Learning Plan, the completion date is set for the last item completed and we miss the update on our report since we pull daily.   For example, John Smith completed the required courses on 8/1/24, but the Admin assigned the Learning Plan on 9/1/24.  The Learning Plan completion would be set for 8/1/24. The completion date would be missed in our current workflow. Any suggestions on how we can keep track of User Learning Plan completion since we have to run a report daily and would be difficult to keep track everything? Can we have both the course completion dates within learning plans appear on the same report as the Learning Plan completion report?

Hello everyone, I am currently building a recipe in Connect for my company that pulls in a roster CSV and automatically creates Docebo user profiles. I see an option to create a password for new users but we can also leave that section blank. My question is what would the password be if we leave the password section blank?

I’m creating a few quizzes that have maximum attempts. I did a test and there is a message that is included on the fail page, that says I can retake the test in 10 hours. How can this verbiage and automatic process be disabled? We need our users to email us for a manual reset.

We just created a group with 7000 people in it. We then went to assign a course to this group. On the last page of the enrollment process, the group showed zero members. When we tried to run the enrollment/assignment, we saw a red box at the bottom of the screen without words. (see below). Has this happened to anyone else? Do we need to wait for the group to process longer before assigning?

Can you have multiple checklist observers?

Is there a way to CC someone on Docebo notifications? For example, when a customer is enrolled in an Onboarding Learning Plan, I’d like to notify them and copy the account manager, customer success manager, or project manager (whichever is applicable). Is this possible? I thought I heard that this was a new feature when I attended the Inspire event. Thanks in advance for your help. 😊

Hi all,During the webinar today, Docebo shared that the AI Neural Search feature will be released in July, but that we can already test it in Sandbox. Am I the only one who can’t find it in Sandbox?I also checked the global Artificial intelligence page in the platform. Thanks,Ziv

When creating conditions to automatically organize users into groups for our enrollment needs, I’ve found a limitation in the operators available. After scouring the community, I’ve come across some articles (Conditional Rules (for things like "User Additional Fields" in Automatic Groups) should have the same options as filtering in the User interface: "does not contain," "begins with," "ends with," and more.) where Docebo has officially parked the idea.  I can leverage the filters in the Users menu, but that process is intensive and manual.  Details:User Additional Field is a Free Text Field with comma-separated values. I.e., 001,004,009,051Eligibility and ConditionsUser additional field Job Functions contains 005User additional field Job Functions contains 050User additional field Job Functions contains 051 Problem:Due to the comma-separated values, other codes that we want to exclude may be present along with the codes that we do want to include.  Easy solution: Add a ‘does not cont

I scheduled a report to be sent to a distribution list (group) in Outlook with about 150 members. Unfortunately, it doesn’t seem to be working. I’m wondering if it should be working and if it’s not (bug) or if it’s not possible. Does anyone have any suggestions for sharing reports with a large number of users?

Hi thereOur Docebo (LMS) accounts are uploaded via a bulk job everyday from our HR System (iTrent)Query we have - when someone is on long-term sick or on maternity leave, how can we track/note this on the person’s LMS account? We then need to ensure that notifications that are set-up to remind the staff of training are stopped. The same notification also goes to their Manager so this would also need stopped. Any advice/guidance anyone can share on this matter would be much appreciated as we are rather stuck at how to get past this issue.  Thank you in advance. Andrew :)

We are using Channels to provide targeted instruction to groups of users. The content in each channel is curated to that specific set of users, with specific job roles and access.  Currently, when a learner is viewing an asset in their assigned channel, there is a “Recommended Next” panel displayed.  And it is showing/recommending assets that are NOT IN THE ASSIGNED CHANNEL. How can I disable this?  I cannot have leaners accessing information that does not apply to them.  For instance, User Guides and tutorials for our Power Users on the platform.  They have different Power User profiles.  I don’t want my Schedulers to be recommended to view the Course Development assets.  It is confusing to the users.  Is there a way to either (1) hide this Recommended Next thing or (2) lock assets to channels so that if you’re not assigned to the channel, the asset isn’t visible in the Recommended panel? Thanks!

I am having an issue where one Power Users (P1) is unable to impersonate another power user (P2). Power user 1 has been assigned all users (this includes P2) and has been given the permission to “Impersonate the assigned users.” Anything I’m missing?

New and in build phase. How do you upload a link from YouTube to the central repository each time I try it says URL incorrect - and it is correct - what am I doing wrong ?

Hi all, Complete CSS beginner over here but I’m loving reading all the posts about how to customise your platform using CSS. I’ve rounded all the edges of our widgets which looks awesome and now I’m looking for how I can round the edges of the course icons (screenshot of what I mean attached)?! I know it’s possible but I can’t quite work out how to do it. Could someone help?  ThanksSarah

If users are in multiple groups, both set up using automatic rules, but different catalog visibility - how does Docebo decide which group is the “main” one that controls their view?

Anyone have any luck or know how to implement getting the Intercom Chat Bubble to also reside within the LMS? Would be great to be able to have users ask for help on the page they are working on rather than exit out and go back to a support page just to get assistance. Thanks in advance for any feedback.

Newbie here. Please help! I need to report on 3 onboarding learning plans. The report needs to show the courses contained in each learning plan, the learners, and their progress in each course.

If a user is overdue on their Learning Plan, how can I set up notifications to alert their manager? The only recipient options are either Users or Superadmins.

We want to automate the creation of our LPs via the API. The only endpoint we can't find is for the option to display the learning plan in a catalog. Can anyone help here?

good afternoon, We are looking to set up automatic notifications to send to users 1 week and 1 day prior to a ILT session starting as a reminder to make sure there calendar is blocked out etc.I cannot see a way to set up such a notification and add a time period, the only ones I can find is when a ILT session is starting and when a person has been enrolled. All suggestions are welcomeThank you in advance,James
