Solved

I have a course that covers a particular topic and will have multiple videos about that topic. I also anticipate that there will be additional content to add about that topic in the future. If a learner has taken a course and completed all the materials but then new content is added, what happens? Does their course status change from complete to in progress? Is it better to place this content into a learning plan instead to better track progress in watching all the videos?

Hi I’m hoping someone can help. I am currently a super admin within our platform and we have some power users in the system too.  I have set up an assignment within a course as we want staff to upload a document. This is working and when staff upload the document I can see it but the power users I need to see it can see it is completed but the EVALUATE button is not there for them to view or download the file. I feel like its something really simple but I cannot figure out what I am missing. Can someone please help?

Help! So, i created a course, put the course in a specific Catalog and Channel. This specific group and channel is only visible to a group. However, upon checking on the course, a Power User enrolled the learners to a course they should not have visibility with. How can I limit it to users who just have visibility to?

Our company offers a bi-monthly live Zoom call for a department. users can enroll in an ‘event’ and use the Zoom link that is provided in each to access that call.Users are not able to get on future calls because they have already been marked as having attended previous calls, or ‘events.’ They can attend as many ‘events’ as is needed. Is there a way to set up the ILT where enrollments are not counted by just attending once? Thank you!

Has the new certifications area been released or is it still under testing?

I’m trying to set up an automatic group based on 2 conditions:email contains 1 of 50 different address options ANDa specific additional field selectionI think I’m getting stumped on the conditions and sets being required to be satisfied.

Is there a way to adjust the Branding of the Learning impact Evaluation Report sent to instructors after a course. as seen in the image?

Hi everyone -I wanted to pick the community’s brain to see if I can create a Survey Insights Dashboard for our surveys. Currently, we have to download the report on a monthly/quarterly basis, and create a dashboard in Excel.  It would be amazing if the data could be shown in the Insights Dashboard. However, I cannot find a way to import the survey data into Insights.  Would anyone be able to share how they are able to create a Dashboard with the survey data? Thank you for your help!Liz

We’re new to Docebo and are currently using it for delivering our product education to customers.Currently, we have two catalogs, one for education for clinical audiences and one for education for technical audiences. Each catalog contains a mix of free and for-purchase instructor-led classes and asynchronous eLearning.I would like to be able to “group” courses and display them together based on functionality, primarily for promotional purposes.  For example, all courses related to version 2.0 could appear together, all courses for product XYZ could appear together, etc.Is there the ability to create micro-sites or landing pages (using the more traditional marketing definition of landing pages, not the Docebo definition) where courses can be grouped so we have a single link that we can send to direct users to multiple related courses at the same time?

Greetings~ Does anyone know if I can/how to pull this report. We have a drop in question and answer session that our staff coordinates. We do not require enrollment or record these sessions but I do receive the attendance afterwards and issue a badge for attending/participation. I am trying to see if I can run a report that shows all the times this badge has been issued, the staff member who received it and the date it was issued.  I know I can click on the badge and see the number of times a staff member was awarded the badge and I can click on the number of times and see the dates, but I do not know how to export this data for all. I also looked at the audit trail but that did not give me the data I needed, primarily who received it, since I or another admin were always the one that issued it manually. Thank you!

According to the API document post /learn/v1/enrollments, there is only one session id in payload. How to enroll user(s) in multiple ILT courses’ session?{ "course_ids": [ 0 ], "user_ids": [ 0 ], "group_ids": [ 0 ], "level": "3", "date_begin_validity": "2026-09-14", "date_expire_validity": "2026-09-14", "session_id": 0, "subscription_record": 0, "notification_ids": [ 0 ], "notification_uuids": [ "string" ], "enrollment_fields": {}, "consider_ef_as_optional": true, "branches": [ { "branch_id": 0, "selected_status": 0 } ], "atomic_enrollment": true, "assignment_type": "mandatory", "enrolled_at": "2026-09-14"}

We are new to Docebo and have just recently rolled out our first wave of instructor-led courses for sale to customers. We are pushing the eCommerce option to get customers to pay online with a credit card, but many of our enterprise customers still prefer to generate a PO.  Is it possible for a user to generate a quote for a course from the course description page instead of adding the course to the cart?

Hello Docebo Community, has anyone encountered this week an issue with Notification shortcode course_name no longer having a url to the course?Thank you,Lance

Hi all!For the tests, can I set up a waiting period between test attempts without limiting the number of attempts? From what I can see now, I do not get the option for a waiting period if my maximum number of test attempts is 0 (the setting for unlimited attempts).    Is my option to just make my maximum number of attempts something ridiculously high?

Hi Everyone.I am trying to add a new task in the Automation App but the condition "The administrator has uploaded a file in an FTP folder" is not in the dropdown? I am a Superuser and I have searched the menus and Docebo KB articles without success. How do I enable this option?

Is it possible to create four separate learning plans on one page, with the first plan available immediately and the remaining three locked until each prerequisite plan is completed? Each learning plan includes 3–8 courses. Is there a trigger or automated notification within the learning plan settings that would allow this type of sequential unlocking?  Thank you in advance!

Hello, How do I access the ecommerce settings to restrict e-commerce countries and to customize the dropdown field on the checkout page? Currently, there are 50+ countries to chose from, but we only need USA and Canada. Thanks,Renee

I was happy to see some reports added to My Teams. Unfortunately these aren’t super useful for our managers currently and the new tab is causing some confusion. Is there any way to remove this tab from the Dashboard. Someone previously helped me to remove the contextual help pop-ups via CSS and I was wondering if anyone could offer a CSS code for this? Thank you!

If we use POST /manage/v1/user/batch only to import users into pre-existing branches (without creating new branches in the same call), is it safe to run concurrent requests? {username: xxxxbranch_name: xxxxbranch_code: xxxxoptions:{force_create_branches: false}} Here is the API Document information:Batch endpointsRegarding the rules described previously for HTTP request verbs, some exceptions apply to certain endpoints used for bulk creation or updating of resources. In these cases, HTTP POST calls may also be used to update existing resources and create new ones in the same API call. The aim of this is to minimize the number of API calls done by the client and to exploit the chunking mechanism of the operations inherent in this type of call as much as possible. These endpoints are normally identified by the suffix /batch:POST https://yourdomain.docebosaas.com/manage/v1/user/batchPlease note:You cannot send concurrent calls for batch APIs. API call limitationsTo maintain optimum perfor

Can someone please share the required date format for the CSV enrollment field? The documentation in Docebo University suggests that the template contains the required format, but I keep getting “Please enter a valid date format string for: active_until” errors. I also noticed that when I upload my template, the process does not see or recognize my course courses. It doesn’t appear as one of the options to move over to the right. Is there a minimum character requirement for course codes?

I have learners that have completed all mandatory courses in a learning plan. The learning plan has a certificate assigned but for some reason the certificates are not showing as issued. Am I missing something?

Does anyone know how I could force a user to retake a course or re-do training material when it is part of a learning plan or a different course? For example, I have a course that is part of a learning plan, and a user completed that course, but then enrolled in the learning plan. I want them to be required to re-do that course as part of the learning plan.

We can config the Certificate template on UI, and set the certificate number on the template. Can we get the certificate records by API? And How can we get the certificate number by API?

Hi all.I’m having a surprisingly frustrating time trying to assign questions to Question Categories in the Question Bank. I can easily create questions & i can easily create Categories. But even after reading the Knowledge Bank article on the Question Bank I cannot for the life of me figure out how to connect the two. This really seems like something i should not have to ask about in here, but I really don’t know how else to get this information, so I’m hoping someone can tell me what I’m missing. Thanks,Nate

I am currently exploring skills and trying to set up some test skills based on one of the job families at my company. I added about 30 skills to the platform catalog and have not assigned them to skill sets yet, but I added these skills quite some time ago and would like to go back and read the descriptions but can’t figure out how. Is there a way to read a skill description without having to click on the “add” button, search the skill, read the description and cancel out?
